They should have a microwave in the room instead you have to walk to the microwave near the office from the room. Inconvenient.

The people were nice and helpful. There were no blankets in room, and when we went back to ask we were given very thin poor quality blankets that had stains, a cigaret burn and some sticky morsels. There were no washcloths or small hand towels. Did have two clean bath towels. Parking fine by room for easy unloading and ramp accessible. Did have simple desk with shelves set in for storage. Table and two chairs. Large TV.

probably one of the worst hotels I have been too... hard mattress... dirty room... crappy pillows... can hear people in next room and upstairs walking... drug dealing all over the complex... no ice... no service... no furniture in room... no microwave... lots of permeant residents... no vending machines... no room service... all around horrible experience

Lights did not work . Plastic bags were covering the windows . Did not offer us another room. Told us to call Expedia to get a refund . Had go find another hotel. Called Expedia. Expedia told us they needed to contact the hotel to get refund . Expedia tried for several days to contact the hotel. Expedia left a message that they tried but could not refund my money . BUYER BEWARE . DO NOT STAY HERE .

It is under contruction and upgrading at the moment. Room was missing end tables, but all things were new, (bed, bathroom, paint, etc.). When finished, this place should be nice. Staff could use an upgrade on hospitality, and customer interaction.

This property definitely needs some work. There was no furniture in my room except for a fridge and a bed. None of the usual amenities I would expect at a motel were present, for instance, hangers for the closet, an iron for wrinkled clothes or curtains to block the bright sign blasting light through the window at night covered only by what looks to be plastic used to protect the windows from stray paint. With that said, this property has the potential to be five stars. It is in an excellent location on the East side of Pasadena off a major road that is walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The rate at the time I stayed was awesome. I was out most of my stay conducting my business and not in the room. They have a nice pool to hang out next to that is well kept. While I can't give this property the rate I believe it will live up to in the future for now, I will definitely be keeping this place in mind for future visits to the Pasadena area and will hopefully see the improvements sorely needed corrected by that time. The improvements look to be actively ongoing, and once those are complete, I'm very sure this place will be a haven for travellers looking for accommodations in the San Gabriel Valley.

filthy. stickly table, dirty shower floor, no telephone cord, television not working. blinds tore down partially so anyone could see in. no blankets. just a single sheet. by far the worst place i've stayed.

Dingy and bad smell of cigarettes and dirty mop water in the room. The windows don’t open and there is stains on the walls. Additionally only one light in the room worked do not book here!

Extensive mold in shower, low water pressure. Found paraphernalia in room. Room was dirty, furniture broken down, T.V. did not work, no remote. One bed broken the other made so much noise when you moved it woke you up. Etc, etc, etc.

There was hair in the sink, a white substance in the bathtub, some small reddish brown circles on the bathroom floor. If that wasn't bad enough, the window, to the right of the was baarded up.

Very disappointed by the property. For the location it should of been cleaner and updated rooms. Very disappointed with restroom it was not clean a used bar of soap was left in shower. Towels were so old not usable stained . I will not stay at this location ever again

My stay at this motel was not good. The room wasn't clean, the shower was broken and everything was dirty. I observed few insects walking on the floor and bed.

I need to request a full refund of $379.08. This room was filthy and was infested with bed bugs. We left after the first night because of the bed bug infestation. The mattress covers were torn and covered in stains. I have two bites on my hand. Please let me know what the next steps are.

The bed was dirty. The room reeked of cigarettes and the bathroom still had used bars of soap from the previous people. Towels smelled like cigarettes, spiders everywhere.

I had roaches in my room, I provided video proof of this and nothing was done. They do not provide hand towels or face towels at all, I requested to have new towels put in my room and it was never done, they were building community microwaves built in cages and drilled directly into my wall all morning and the following day. I will NEVER return to this place ever again.

Room was in poor condition, unfinished patches on walls, bathroom door would not shut properly, blinds were missing many slats. In need of a paint job. Upside: No bugs, gated and very quiet.

Room was simple, no frills and very clean. A small brown bug (rhymes with coach) greeted us inside the room upon arrival...but the room was so clean, we assumed it may have come from outside/fumigation after effects.

If I could rate this place a zero I would! Expedia should take them off their list! The room smelled like urine, the towels had some kind of adhesive dried on them…. The window covers( blinds?) we’re filthy… and the people at the front were rude as RUDE as anywhere I’ve ever stayed. Never again. Travelers beware!

Staff one night was very inconvenient I didn’t even get to stay because I had to have a cash deposit and I literally stayed there the 2 nights before and I didn’t get to

Checking in was frustrating. They didn’t have my name on file for my reservation. It took 20 min to check me in. The room was ok upon entering but the disappointing part of all was the hideous bathroom. It had gum marks on the tile, paint was flaking off, sink was clogging up and mildew also.

The room was clean. The personnel were helpful. Easy parking.

They kept my security deposit and refused to acknowledge that we had given a deposit. It was not documented properly.

Staff was incredibly rude and didn’t care about the safety of their guests!!!!!! Too many creepy and seedy people standing around outside just watching people. I didn’t feel safe there at all and the staff did nothing about it. I’m sure they would have sung a different tune had it been their own family feeling like that. Just abhorrent! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

Horrible experience. The toilet was leaking The room was dirty . We were told that we would get a room change and was ignored . People outside smoking drugs and yelling all night .

It was nothing like the photos, we didn’t even get real blankets, there was graffiti everywhere, it felt unsafe, beds were broken, tv didn’t work, and the rooms were not well maintained.

The place doesn't look so bad from the outside but the rooms are terrible inside and maybe they are not entirely responsible for the guests but it seemed like a place where people of dubious reputation live for long days. When I entered my room I didn't feel so comfortable and maybe the price could justify it but I have been in suites at 4 star hotels for the same price. What made me run away from there immediately were the tenants of the rooms next door who immediately went out into the hallway and tried to look out the window which by the way had small curtains that didn't completely cover the window not to mention how burned and torn they were. And these guys were muttering behind the door and through the window of the room. That's why I immediately preferred to lose the money and leave that place.

This place is terrible. Very dirty, and felt unsafe. A lot of really sketch people wandering around all night in and out of the property. The room was disgusting. I slept in my car.

The motel was in terrible condition outside -- broken, dirty and unsafe. Lightbulbs were burned out outside, and the sign that said "morning coffee" was false advertising, there was NO coffee in the morning (no coffee maker in the room and no coffee or anything in the lobby, which was locked). Also the room smelled. Only positive was that the room was ample size.
