Eurostars Berlin

I love Eurostars properties in general and this one set a new standard. The sauna and pool are lovely and clean. Breakfast buffet was a little spendy but made up for it with endless mimosas. Would definitely stay there again.

Schönes Zimmer, geräumig und modern. Gutes Wifi. Leider sehr laut bei geöffnetem Fenster wegen S-Bahn Trasse. Schiebetür vom Bad ließ sich konstruktionsbedingt nicht zu 100% schließen. Keine Kurzparkmöglichkeit vor dem Hotel zum Be-/Entladen. Parkplätze sehr teuer.

Diese Unterkunft war wirklich super, super schön und unglaublich sauber… Es hat im Zimmer an nichts gefehlt! Ich war bereits in vielen Hotels aber hier gab es einfach alles !!!! man hat an die kleinsten Dinge gedacht. Zb Rasier mit Rasierschaum und vieles mehr…. Auch die Mitarbeiter waren sehr sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Das einzigste was mir nicht gefallen hat war einzig und allein die Sauberkeit des Poolwassers das müsste richtig gefiltert und gereinigt werden da der Poolboden nicht sauber war. Es waren Haarkneule zusammen mit dreck auf dem Boden des Pools zu sehen und der Poolbereich roch etwas nach Urin Schade ist es dies zu erwähnen da das Hotel an sich eine 10 von 10 war, was das Aussehen und die Sauberkeit in der Preisklasse angeht. Man kann ja nur besser werden wenn man konstruktive Kritik annimmt. Aber dennoch ein sehr schöner Poolbereich!!! Der Sauna und Sportbericht war klasse !!!!

Ett fräscht och välhållet hotell med stora, bekväma rum, rejält badrum. Skön säng. Kliman fungerade bra och var tyst. Överhuvudtaget är det förbluffande tyst med tanke på att järnvägen går så nära. Bra och prisvärd parkering i garaget. Fantastiskt bra läge med S-bahn och U-bahn utanför dörren och promenadavstånd till de flesta sevärdhetet i östra Berlin.

Très bonne expérience de voyage, chambre spacieuse, très confortable, avec balcon-terrasse privatif et sans vis à vis (n° 805) avec un prix imbattable grâce à mes vignettes Hotels.com Hôtel équipé d’un centre bien être avec piscine, salle de sport et sauna de 7h à 22h. Petite séance et sauna des le matin parfaits pour démarrer mon séjour !

Das Eurostars Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Berlin und ist super über die S-Bahn erreichbar. Das Zimmer für 2 war, wenn auch etwas älter, sehr schön und geräumig. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Leider hatte ich immer wieder Probleme mit dem Fernsehenpfang. Hier wurde mir aber schnell und freundlich geholfen. Das Frühstück war ein Traum. Gerne empfehle ich das Hotel weiter!!!

*Location (10/10): The hotel is located right next to Friedrichstrasse subway station. It’s in the middle of Mitte, the city center and within walking distance of many tourist attractions. You have plenty of shopping and dining options very close. As far as locations go, it does not get much better than this. *Room (8/10): We had a triple room for us and our kid and it was spacious and renovated. The room had crystal walls facing the hall, which brought in plenty of natural light. There were 2 beds. The large one was huge and both had comfortable mattresses. It had a large bathroom with a bath tub and toiletries (including toothpaste). The room also had a fridge with plenty of drinks and snacks (at a cost) but no microwave. The only negative thing about the room was the TV. It was internet TV (live channels, streaming) but you could not watch almost anything in a decent quality or without freezing. Other than that, wi-fi worked fine on our devices. *Facilities (8/10): We used the swimming pool every day of our 3 day-stay. The hotel has a nice pool on the 8th floor with nice views of the city. The only problem was the water temperature. It was 27°C which by the end of March was still quite cold. *Breakfast (10/10): The breakfast buffet was impressive. It had everything you might want for breakfast, both cold and hot foods. * Staff (9/10): The staff was nice and kept our luggage on our last day before leaving for the airport.

Der var rent. God service fra meget venligt personale ved skranken. Nydeligt værelse med udsigt til TV-tårnet. Lå perfekt lige ved stationen.

Lovely, clean and comfortable room. The room felt homely as soon as you arrived. Great extras such as the welcome on the TV, the robe, a good hairdryer and the Christmas chocolates. Lots of great mirrors too.

Pro’s: Excellent location next to the Friedrichstraße station. Quiet room with the view to the inner courtyard. Wifi worked and was relatively quick. Spacious room and bathroom. Con’s: I have never stayed in a hotel room - let alone in a hotel which claims to have 5* - that’d be so filthy. Almost everything was dirty. After I cleaned the “sticky-dirty” handle of the water kettle, the towel was black. The floor under and behind bed (the bed is on wheels and moves at night) was thick with crumbs, hair etc. The bed side table was all sticky with grease. The bed was hastily made and there were hair of previous customers between sheets. Furthermore, in four nights, I didn’t manage to make the AC work. The coffee/tea station was never replenished. In the floor corridor, the light was always flickering, suggesting problems in the electricity work. But it seemed to bother no one. At this price, there are many better options in the area.

We only stayed one evening, but the hotel was convenient to the Hbf and metro and easily walkable to dining and shopping. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The hotel staff were accommodating with luggage storage when we needed it after checkout. Would stay at this property again.

Housekeeping service was not good. The housekeeper didn't clean the room well, for example, they didn't clean the used cups/glasses in the room everyday, didn't keep refilling the daily coffee drinks and the necessary toilet paper/box tissue after we used up. Hope the management can pay attention to these and make improvements. Thank you!

Clean and quiet room, excellent breakfast, close to my main areas of interes.

Our only real issue with our room, was that the bed is on wheels. So when you sit up to watch TV, the bed rolls away from the head board 😂 Other than that, no issues! Great location to the SBahn (you can't hear it) and lots of dining otions with in a 7-10min walk

Hotel centrally located to S- and U-Bahn lines. Room was spacious and comfortable. Mostly quiet given the train tracks were right outside the window. Wi-Fi absolutely horrible and hardly worked.

Das Hotel liegt gleich bei der Station Friedrichstraße und hat einiges zu bieten. Es ist sehr sauber, die Zimmer sind ruhig und haben eine schöne Ausstattung. Das Bad hat auch eine Badewanne mit Jacuzzi-Funkion, perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem langen Tag in Berlin. Das einzige wirklich nervende Problem ist das Internet und auch das Fernsehen, welches ausschliesslich übers Internet funktioniert. Dauerende Ausfälle, absolut nicht-existente Bandbreite und Verbindungen haben selbst mich als Informatiker zum Ausrasten gebracht. Ansonsten ist das Hotel sehr gut.

Bad service, unpleasant staff at reception

Lovely room, friendly staff, perfect location, awesome breakfast.

Exceptional service! Chema and all the beautiful multilingual staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Gorgeous clean swimming pool and every corner of the room was spotless clean. Centrally located in Berlin and close to historical sites and plenty of restaurants and shops. Loved the A/C, the fresh pears and drinking water and candies. Will definitely stay there again!

Surprisingly convenient location, near major public transportation hub, a day ticket gets you to anywhere. Staff were very professional and friendly. Will recommend.

The Front desk staff is the best. They are very helpful. polite and super nice. The location is just next to the train station, or you can just walk, it is only 15–20-minute walk to many attractions. I love free ice cool water and free small fruits at the front desk, every time we come back from walking around town, we grab it, and it is so refreshing and feel really appreciate how the hotel care about these little things.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Eurostars hotel. We had an issue with the room at check-in and the staff was very efficient in sorting this out and offering another room, even before the official check-in time. All staff are super friendly and welcoming and really take their time to welcome you and answer any question. Nice and refreshing water is available on arrival. Good choice at breakfast. Swimming pool, although small for the size of the hotel, is very nice and clean. Very well located for transport and tours. Nothing to complain about. Excellent. Thanks for a great stay.

Mitt i centrum av Berlin. Tunnelbanan som granne men man hör inte tågen. Vi bodde i Mitte för att kunna göra promenader till olika delar av staden och i det hänseendet var det perfekt , nära till många sevärdheter o museum

Está muy cercano a la estación, es muy práctico pero zona con muchos homeless.

Right off Friedrichstraße it was easy to access public transportation, including buses, trams, subway and intercity rail. For the most part, historic sites were very walkable from this hotel. Plenty of great restaurants in the area as well as shopping.

Hotel is centrally located, clean, modern, great breakfast, professional staff, most of them speak German, English and Spanish. Walkable to the museums, Berlin cathedral, Brandenburg Tor. Shopping nearby, galleries Lafayette. Mall of Berlin about 25 mins walking. Public transportation next to hotel, Uber very convenient. App works great in Berlin.

El hotel está muy bien en todo. Está muy bien conservado cerca de todo y al lado del transporte. Desayuno muy variado y bueno con opción gluten Free. Repetiría sin dudarlo.

Es war sehr sauber, die Betten waren sehr gut und angenehm straff. Toller Ausblick auf den Reichstag, leider am Bahnhof trotzdem volle Punktzahl da mann bei geschlossenem Fenster nichts gehört hat, war eh zu heiß und die Kllimaanlage hats gerichtet.Am besten war das serh Umfangreiche und tolle Frühstück, bei dem Samstagsmorgens jemand Klavier für die Gäste gespielt hat.
