Great bed and location,but extremly poor service in the bar not only one but several days in a row.. One bartender said he was stoned and they did not even pretend to be interested in any sort of services while others looked more on their handy instead of the clients they had...They simply did not care at all and even though we have been here several times because of a great location,we will not come back again. For 3 days we tried to get a beer

Manglede toiletpapir flere gange. Så var badekåben væk selv om vi ikke havde ønsket den skiftet.. Morgenmaden havde for mange gange ikke brød og andet, det var både tidligt og sent og mit i mellem. Parkeringen var uforholdsvis dyr 223€ pr døgn.

Leider kann ich dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen! Das Hotel ist relativ charakterlos und austauschbar, die Lage ist gut! Sehr verwirrend: man vertraut den Gästen nicht und berechnet das Zimmer komplett beim Einchecken. Das Zimmer zeigte starke Gebrauchsspuren! Der Wasserbehälter der Nespressomachine war länger nicht gereinigt worden und die gebrauchte Kapsel des Vorgängers klebte noch in der Maschine ! Flecken an Vorhängen rundeten das Bild ab ! Auch auf meine Beschwerde hin änderte man nichts ! Bei einem Preis von knapp 200€ pro Nacht als Einzelzimmer bei meinem Aufenthalt absolut enttäuschend und passte nicht ! Da gibt es in Charlottenburg bessere Alternativen! Ich habe mich jedenfalls nicht so wohl gefühlt !

Stayed in this hotel 10 years ago and good to see the high standard still remains. The location is close to the train station and underground so easy to get about. Hotel is clean and tidy, the staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast selection was fantastic. Will stay again on my next trip to Berlin.

Das Zimmer war dreckig.Das Bett unglaublich hart.Die Kopfkissen gehörten in den Müll-total durchgelegen.Der Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht richtig und Toilettenpapier war kostbar-es wurde nicht aufgefüllt.Wir hatten ein Deluxe-Superior Zimmer.Das Frühstückspersonal war muffelig,unfreundlich.Mit jedem Tag wurde das Sortiment an Lebensmittel weniger.Diverse Lebensmittel wurden nicht nachgefüllt bzw wie abgezählt.Und das Hotel war gut besucht.Viele waren unzufrieden und äusserten das auch.Die Ignoranz der Angestellten suchte seinesgleichen.Wir waren schon öfters in diesem Hotel,aber so war es noch nie.Für uns wird es keinen weiteren Besuch mehr geben.

Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Lage waren super. Das Zimmer am Fahrstuhl war leider sehr laut und würde so nicht wieder genommen werden! Frühstück war sehr gut und die Auswahl war sehr gut . Kann dieses Hotel empfehlen und würde es wieder buchen.

The room was large and clean. The woman in charge of the dining room was exceptionally rude - my wife was ill in our room and she accused me of lying when I took a basket of their gluten free selection (a muffin and two pieces of toast) up to her and demanded I pay the full 25 euros for the full buffet on her behalf. Apart from her, nice hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was nice and very clean. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve had in Germany. I would highly recommend H10 Berlin Ku’damm to anyone heading to Berlin for business or pleasure.

Jättefint hotell med perfekt läge. Allt var till full belåtenhet. Tunnelbana precis vid hotellet. Kanonfin frukost. Enda tråkiga var turistskatten som tillkom, men det är väl kanske samma på alla hotell.

Ruhiges Hotel, trotz Lage im Zentrum Berlin's. Für mich war die Nähe zum Theater des Westen wichtig, nur 10 min Fußweg. Für Touristen, die das Zentrum West von Berlin erkunden wollen.

Fantastic stay at a great hotel, staff were fantastic really helpful, breakfast was great with a good range of options. Room was clean spacious and quiet for a good night’s sleep. Location is fantastic a short walk from one of Berlins main transport hubs and just off one of the main shopping strips. We’ll definitely return.

L'hotel era pulito e il personale cordiale e disponibile. Ambiente silenzioso nonostante si trovasse in una via movimentata. Posizione ottima sia per la metro sia per la stazione ferroviaria di Zoologischer Garten che è raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi, è stato facile raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città. Ottima zona anche per ristoranti e negozi. Colazione molto varia e cibo di qualità. Tutto perfetto!

Liegt sehr zentral. Ist ein modernes Hotel ohne Balkone. Leider war ich total genervt, dass man sich beim Frühstück wegen jeder Tasse Kaffee hinter 6 Leuten anstellen muss. dass macht ein ansonsten schönes Frühstück eher unentspannt.
