It was terrible no hot water so small only 1 elevator was working

Arreglar la falla del ascensor.

So expensive for a hotel with 7 floors and no elevators working. Terrible.

No servian los elevadores, el baño de mi cuarto no estaba limpio, las persinas del front desk muy groseras, si se pueden quedar en otro hotel que nosea este haganlo

Está en zona accesible para pocos días, algo descuidado las habitaciones en general, solo funciona 1 elevador

En las televisiones no hay la opción de poner otras plataformas de streaming más que Sky, sólo hay dos clavijas para enchufar dispositivos y son localizadas muy lejos del alcance de la cama, no son proveedores de champú y tampoco cuentan con cafetera en la habitación. La recepción de la habitación se hace después de las tres por lo que si llegas antes debes considerar en esperar hasta esa hora, cuando fui un elevador estaba descompuesto.

Agradable pero muy sucio en los lugares comunes como pasillos y escaleras. Limpio en los cuartos. El elevador fallaba un poco.

El cuarto está muy pequeño, dos personas no caben en esa cama que según la descripción es para dos personas. La primer noche, alguien entró a nuestro cuarto porque le dieron la llave de nuestra habitación, y toda la estancia estuvimos muy incómodos. El hotel tiene dos elevadores y uno se descompuso toda nuestra estancia y había mucha gente para estar compartiendo un solo elevador.

It was not very clean. I did not feel comfortable staying there because the bed sheets were dirty. Also they do not have washing machines to wash clothes which is super inconvenient. Staff was nice.

Todo excelente, solo se daño 1 elevador y eso ocasionaba tráfico y tiempo, sugerencia, darle seguimiento inmediato.

The smell of sewer was pretty bad and there was bedbugs in our room. The staff was very kind to give us another room but offered no apologies for the inconvenience. Very disappointed

Worst experience staying at this hotel. I would give this hotel 0 stars if it allowed me to do so. 1st room I check in we woke up to find bedbugs I requested a room change took more than 5 hrs to change my room. 2nd room ac didn’t work I had to go downstairs they had advice me that maintenance will go check. 30 min later I had to go back downstairs because maintenance didn’t shown up. 3rd room they gave me took me minimum 5 min every time to open the door. I kept going downstairs to change the key because they continued to desactive it. Also the bathrooms are horrible the water of the shower comes more out the door than what it stay inside. If you guys are staying at this hotel because of the location there’s better options. Hotel mesa Luna is a newly constructed hotel right across from ibis. There’s also city express junior, holiday inn. Please don’t stay here just because of the location.

El baño estaba sucio La regadera estaba llena de cabello ajeno Olía a que las sobrecamas estaban sucias La persiana no funciona a bien Los mosaicos del baño tenían hongos

El olor a drenaje es asqueroso todo el tiempo en las habitaciones, estuve en el 5 piso y en el 6to, solo dos toallas, no tiene un buen desayuno. Lo único bueno es lo cerca a la clínica médica y al consulado. Hay mejores opciones cercanas. No microhonda ni refrigerador en las habitaciones.

The room we stayed at has a heavy sewer smell. The smell was reported to the lobby staff, however, no action was taken by anyone. The flooring was also falling apart and missing pieces.

Al llegar me asignaron una habitación en el 5to piso. Después de estar una hora alcancé a darme cuenta que una chinche se acercaba a mi pierna. La atrapé y la llevé a la recepción. Me cambiaron a otra habitación en el piso 7. Estaba sucia y tenía otra chinche. Que porquería. A donde mando los videos?

I did not receive the breakfast included, had to pay for it. The room smells really bad, the room wasn’t very clean and it’s really small, as well the bathroom. In my opinion is not worth the price, however it is well located, but if I’ve known it was that stinky I would have chose another hotel.

Tv channels and antenna for some of that stay for a long period of time there is no variety of channels to watch. its either No signal or channel with transmission problems. it's a well-known hotel and for the price they should have better cable company servicing the clients

Property is very old AC unit not working was not pleasant in very hot weather felt stuffy and suffocating. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The only good thing about the property is that it’s very close to the American Consulate. Staff was friendly.

La habitacion estaba muy pequen̈a y los canales en la tv no se veian bien se veia borrosos.el personal bien

Muy buena ubicación, cerca del consulado, tiendas y restaurantes. Lo malo es que la habitación era muy pequeña, el colchón era más colchoneta y las almohadas muy feas cero cómodas. La televisión que nos tocó no se veía bien, no había muchos canales y los que habían se veían muy borrosos, nosotros tuvimos que quedarnos más días en Ciudad Juárez por trámites y preferimos cambiar de hotel por esos detalles.

That it was close to all the places that i wanted to go .but the room doesn't have a refrigerator and a coffee maker and doesn't have a iron, most of the customers ftom this property stays a least a for 6 day so w need those articles.

Tuvimos una mala experiencia en general. Lo único positivo fue la ubicación, ya que está muy cerca de todos los sitios importantes para realizar trámites migratorios. También nos gustó la comida del restaurante del hotel y del restaurante frente a este, además de las opciones disponibles a través de Rappi. Los taxis afuera del hotel fueron muy prácticos, y hay una plaza justo cruzando el puente peatonal. Sin embargo, el hotel estaba muy sucio desde el primer momento. Había cabello por todos lados, tanto en los pasillos como en la habitación al llegar. Tuve que comprar mis propios productos de limpieza porque estaba en pésimas condiciones, a pesar de que hice una solicitud previa para que se cuidara ese aspecto debido a una condición de salud de mi hija. El personal fue muy grosero y poco capacitado en atención al cliente, con excepción de dos señoras mayores que trabajan en el restaurante, quienes fueron amables. El trato del resto del equipo, especialmente en cocina, fue tan incómodo que decidimos no consumir el desayuno que ya habíamos pagado. Además, el agua de la regadera y lavamanos generaba hongos rápidamente, lo cual es una clara señal de falta de higiene. Por si fuera poco, desarrollé dermatitis debido a la mala calidad del agua, y aún no se me ha curado, lo cual ha sido muy molesto y preocupante. Debido a todo esto, tuve que acortar mi reservación, y aun así el hotel se negó a reembolsar siquiera las comidas que ya no consumiríamos durante los días restantes.

WARNING!!! DO NOT make the same mistake we did! Stay far away from this place. On our first night, when returning to our room we walked into a room full of smoke that smelled like burning tar. All of our clothes were ruined and I had to pay to have them dry cleaned to remove the smell!!! After moving us into a separate room the tv didn’t work mattresses were piled up outside in the hall and worst of all the water heater exploded causing the entire 2nd floor to flood. We had to evacuate for hours in the cold night while we waited for the fire department to clear the situation. No discount no attempt to make right. The manager genuinely seemed not to care when I express our frustration about the visit. DONT DO IT!

The rooms are smaller than other nearby hotels, but the service was good. It’s very close to the consulate, which is the main reason I chose it—walking distance to both my medical exam and consulate appointment. Las habitaciones son más pequeñas que las de otros hoteles cercanos, pero el servicio fue bueno. Está muy cerca del consulado, que fue la razón principal por la que lo elegí, ya que se puede ir caminando tanto al examen médico como a la cita en el consulado.

This is a great place to stay close to the Consulado and every office you need for your paperwork. There’s plenty of places to eat, a shopping mall and movie theater walking distance. Reasonable prices and a very attentive staff.

The room was extremely small, no fridge or microwave in the room. The laundry service was expensive . They did have a restaurant in the lobby that we thought would be convenient however on the first day of our stay we ordered a chicken salad that was warm(unnatural) and enchiladas Swiss(smelled and tasted like the cream had gone bad and the chicken was cold). I asked for a replacement meal and got a caldo de res which was good except for the cold tortillas. However when it came time to pay I was charged for all 3 plates because according the the managers another person who was staying at the hotel finished their enchiladas and "practically licked the plate clean. Needless to say we ended up paying for the meals but never went back for their food service. On our 4th night in the room we noticed a awful smell coming from the vent system. When we stepped into the hall way the smell got worse so we requested to have our room changed to another floor. Worst 2 week stay in a hotel ever.

Breakfast was good with different options

Personal no muy atento, habitaciones huelen a drenaje, desayuno repetido y sin opciones.

The breakfast area needs improvement regarding refills. Dishes are sometimes out, and the cheese is not refilled until the next day. The cream is also not refilled, and the chocolate powder runs out frequently. Additionally, the menu is always the same, but overall, the food tastes good.

The beds are very comfortable, cozy and clean , the bath was small but ok,the food at the restaurant was different every and delicious, the staff always friendly and helpful, is very close to the USA consulate and it feels safe to walk to the nearest wall. Is a great option and the price is good .

La gente amable, pero no tienen ninguna idea de la calidad de los desayunos en hoteles ibis alrededor del mundo….. le Ponen manteca grasa de cerdo a los frijoles del Desayuno y se niegan a apartar frijoles sin manteca para los huéspedes que por buenos hábitos de salud no comen grasas de cerdo en el desayuno. Tampoco quieren que pidas miel de abeja, solo ofrecen jarabe artificial de maple, y cuando se pide la Miel la tienen escondida y dicen que no van a pedir que les surta más para los huéspedes. El colmo, escriben “Yogourt wit honey” con faltas de ortografía en inglés cuando estamos en frontera con EU. Gracias
