Maintenance came to spray the room with pesticides, halfway through our stay. Pool is smaller than pictured. Overall 5 out of 5.

We chose to stay at this Hotel based on the reviews it had. I now wonder if those reviews are real. Where do I start, this suite was advertised to have a kitchenet and it did. However it was never mentioned that there was extraction above the stove. If you decided to cook the, smell and smoke would stay in your room and in your clothes. It's like cooking in your bedroom with no ventilation. They have a window that opens about 3 inches, however the window has no screen. We had so many mosquitos in our room, it was horrible. You can smell whatever anyone else cooks. We had to put towels all around our door to try and keep the smells out. We decided not to cook at all, instead we said let's enjoy the pool. We got to the pool area jumped in because it was hot. I slowly started to notice that the water was murky, I couldn't see my feet at all. I got out and never got in again. I checked the next day thinking that maybe it would get cleaned. Nope, I was there for 12 days. The waster just kept getting darker. We then decided to spend our time in the gym. The gym had non-working equipment only 1 treadmill was working. They have a large mirror with a huge crack right in the middle, that thing can crack on someone at any moment. The laundry room smells like dirty sewer water all the time! Don't dare ask for anything extra even if you offer to pay for it. The answer was always no, everything is counted. What does that even mean? I wanted extra pillows and toilet paper.

Little noisy, but gets the job done if all you need is a place to stay during your consulate visit. Also gym has a good variety of dumbbells

Property had an easy check in. We did arrive earlier than expected and were accommodated earlier into our room. Staff were very pleasant. Pricing was reasonable. Did utilize the gym to workout one day. Gym is very small with some weighs and two treadmills. It did have a broken mirror which could be potentially dangerous (a hazard sign was in place but for safety reason I believe it should be changed). They also have an outside pool; weather was cooler so didn’t use but seems a nice distraction). The hotel itself is close to consulate & CAS which is about a 10 minutes walk. That was very convenient for us. Also very close to a mall Plaza de las misiones (about 2 min walk). The room itself was clean and had a working refrigerator, heater/cooler system, a microwave, and two section stove which we found very helpful. Prior to booking hotel you are advised about not having utensils or any dishes available for your room, and they do cleanings to rooms every 7th day. This wasn’t necessarily an issue for us but it was slightly annoying that we had to request for towels and toilet paper. (Had to go to main desk and request some and were given quickly but perhaps toilet paper should be stocked in the rooms like at least an extra roll since our stay was for 10 days). My other complaint would be that our room was not cleaned the 7th day and honestly didn’t think about it until afterwards but not sure if that’s something your supposed request. Otherwise we had a great stay.

The room was clean and the AC kept the room cool. The pool was not working when we visited. We left meds in the room and the staff was happy to keep them until our return. The staff was amazing.

Spacious rooms with refrigerator and microwave included. Clean and comfortable hotel. Excellent location, just a few steps from the U.S. Consulate, Starbucks, and "Las Misiones," the largest shopping mall in Juarez with many food options, movie theaters, and entertainment. The hotel staff is very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The hotel also has a laundry room, pool, and gym, but I didn’t use them, so I can’t give an opinion about them. The only downside is that every time I stay here, there isn’t enough toilet paper in the bathroom. This time, there was only half a roll for a two-day stay for two people. I had to ask the staff for more paper, which is not nice, and it has happened every time I’ve stayed here. This is the only reason I’m not giving five stars. But overall, very good for the price.

My stay at Extended suit was great! The staff is really nice and helpful and I was able to get a taxi within minutes. There was stores near by and the suit also has a pool with a small room to work out in which was even better. I recommend it! Great place.

El hospedaje es regular, no tienen servicio de limpieza hasta los 7 días entonces uno mismo tiene que ver lo de mantenerlo limpio, es agradable tener refrigerador, estufa y horno microondas solo que tienen que traer sus trastes/alimento La alberca súper fría y literal no se puede ingresar Cerca del centro comercial y restaurantes

5 years ago they had coffee in the morning at lobby and not anymore i think they should provide people with coffee at least we pay to much for not having that service anymore. They should think about bringing this back. Also this time we used the pool i think they should clean it often.

La habitacio. Muy descuidada y eso de no hacer el aseo es terrible por ser i salubrico y las toallas demasiado viejas y sucias dan asco secar tu cuerpo el baño con olor a caño aparte de no tener un cancel completo esto por prevenir un accidente porque el agua se sale fuera del cancel y no te hacen limpieza nunca es muy insalubre al igual que puedes adquirir una enfermedad por desaseo en el sanitario es denasiafo caro para no darte ningun servicio de limpieza perdon no vielvo a hospedarme con ustedes aqui lo mas rescatable es la amabilidad de los recepcionistas pero eso no compensa ni el precio ni el servicio

The room was not priperly clean. The bed sheets were dirty, the room smelled like sweat and like someone teied spraying a man's cologne. Also the bed sheet looked like it was a curtain not a bed sheet. There was rust on the shower. I will provide pictures below.

The Front Desk gentleman was very attentive, his customer Service was Superb!. The room was spotless. I loved my stay at the Extended Suites.

The bathroom had mold in the shower - it had a bad smell

Photos of the rooms, total false advertising! The moment we walked into our room, it stunk as if the room had not been cleaned in a very ling time! Water coming from the kitchenette sink smelled like sewer water. The floors were so filthy, i had to change my socks twice in one night! The water pressure from our shower was literally drops! We complained to front desk and they offered another room but when we went to check iut the other room, it was the same! The sheets were so damn stinky and we woke up with the worst allergies from having the dirty AC turned on. I give it 1 star because the staff was nice, but the hotel over all was absolutely disgusting. We checked out and booked at La Quinta instead.

No hacen aseo a diario, lo hacen cada 7 días . No cambian blancos salvo que tú vayas a recepción a solicitarlos al igual que el papel sanitario . Huele mal pasillos y habitaciones cuando alguien utiliza la parrilla para cocinar. Hay basura en los pasillos .

Necesitan mejorar en la limpieza diaria de la habitacion. Por que no la proveen y cuando uno se espeda por mas de una semana no ofrecen este servicio, solo mejorar en eso.

The property needs to invest more in their remodeling. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Bed frame & night stand was broken. It seems the ceiling had a leak, it was stained, patched and not even painted. I pay for 3 nights left after the first night, even though I lost 2 nights. The employees are super nice. It’s better to Pay a little more & get better rooms across the street

The only things I didn’t like about it is that it has very poor soundproofing. You can hear when other rooms open and close their door. You can also hear other AC units kick on. If someone is cooking in another unit, your room will sort of smell like their food because the vent system has a leak.

The hotel was nice and comfortable, the A/C in the room worked great and the surrounding area was pretty neat. It’s a shame that they offer kitchenettes in their rooms but without any sort of pantry or cutlery, it loses the point of it.

I like that everything is near and easy to get. Although there are some minor details. The price is fair. It is not too expensive or too cheap for what the hotel offers. I liked what it offers without an extraordinary price. I stayed 2 weeks and I wasn't bored at all. The only thing I didn't like much is the internet connection, that one need to be fix or boost.

The hotel was ok. Good: location is close to the consulate and across from the mall, so there are food options. Cheap and has a gym. Didn’t like: It was quite cold inside and there was only a small blanket. No hot water for all 3 days we were there. Smells a little bit weird on the third floor. You can hear everything that is happening in the neighbour room. But overall it is an ok safe place.

The place was ok. The description said there was 42" tv. Mine was loke a 32".

Great stay , very clean , very spacious! Great place to stay

Everything was going well at this location right until the time of check out. I checked out a week early and that is when I realized there was no refund. At the end that was not the issue, that was my mistake for overseeing this at the time of making the reservation. The issue was the way the staff handled the situation. Monica I believe is her name, seemed to have an attitude when I asked about the refund, advised me to check with my booking site to ask but that they would not help me there. I immediately reached out to Expedia to see what could be done, I was in the lobby when the representative called. All the staff said was “Okay, Okay” my last name “okay” and hung up. Then Monica looked over at the other individual at the front desk and started laughing while whispering glancing at me. That was the humiliating part. The site website states this is an English and Spanish company but their of the two staff members working there spoke English. While I was in the lobby there Monica was also discussing personal information about another individual staying at this location. Laughing and mocking the customer. This was the only issue I had. The whole time there I was treated politely, it’s really sad how bad of an experience I was left with all to one individual that could not demostrar professionalism.

Comfortable experience. Small store in lobby has basic essentials including cookware in case you want to cook in the unit.

The hotel has assigned long-term stay rooms right by the kitchen, making them prone to noise and heavy odors from cooking by other guests. This arrangement reduces comfort for anyone staying longer than a few weeks.Moreover, the coffee machine never seems to function, and there were no alternatives provided. Not offering coffee at all in a business hotel gives a poor impression and creates unnecessary inconvenience for guests.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is right across from a shopping mall and many restaurants. Walkable to most things in this area. There are no pots and pans in the room so if you are planning to use the kitchenette make sure to ask the front desk about renting a set. Great hotel!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location for US Consulate, restaurants and shopping. No hair dryer or coffee maker in room but Starbucks is within 200-300 yards from hotel.

Rooms designated for long-term stays (two months or more) were located directly next to the kitchen. This proximity led to unfiltered smells entering the rooms and also resulted in considerable noise from cooking activities performed by other guests. The coffee machine is broken (all the time). No alternative coffee options, such as instant coffee, were provided. This is unacceptable for a business hotel where guests rely on having coffee in the morning.

Rooms intended for extended stays (2 months +) were located immediately next to the kitchen area, which unfortunately allows both cooking smells and kitchen noise to reach the rooms without any barrier. It’s pretty disturbing. On top of that, the coffee machine is constantly out of order and no replacement option (such as instant coffee) is offered. This is disappointing, especially for business travelers who expect reliable morning coffee.

Hotel is at a very good location. Few minutes away from consulate, and various food options and best thing is the quick market in the hotel.
