Location is great if going to the American embassy. Everything is literally walking distance. The rooms are small, no refrigerators in room. There is security 24/7. A mall across the street with a movie theater in it as well. Our stay was pleasant

This hotel takes their cleanliness seriously. Everyday we walk in the hallways to get the elevators or lobby you will always see the cleaning ladies. Their constantly mopping the floors and cleaning rooms and are always making sure your taken care of. The cooking ladies during the morning hours are super friendly and are always making sure everything looks clean and all the empty food pans are refilled with fresh food. Its close to the consulate, very safe as there is security 24/7 outside the hotels doors and free transportation. Theres also a laundry room and you can print for a fee. Me and my husband were satisfied with our stay here.

It was okay rooms are small so not ideal for long stays. Tv didn’t work in my room and internet was slow and annoying. Beds are comfy.. it a better hotel for older adults as you see a bunch of them relaxing in the dinning area talking with people .. if you plan on being in the room all day it’s not an ideal hotel

En general este hotel está bien para lo que vienes a hacer de trámites consulares, visa, etc. Lo único que no nos gustó fue que sus televisores son muy antiguas y no hay Netflix o algo con lo que puedas entretenerte, de ahí en fuera todo bien.

BY far the best service ever. The staff goes beyond the call of duty. In a very stressful situation they provided support like driving me to get a paper I was missing (no cost and a big smile and “we are here to help you” attitude. The staff made me feel protected and safe amidst a very stressful few days. KUDOS to Esmeralda and Adrian for their kindness. Thank you

El personal del hotel en recepcion pesimo servicio,No contestan el telefono cuando llamamos desde el cuarto. El desayuno nada de variadad solo huevos revueltos y frijoles. Las politicas del hotel no son nada beneficas ni flexibles, les regalamos 4 noches, no accedieron a reenvolsarnos por lo menos 3 noches o 2, apesar de dar motivos validos.

El personal del hotel en recepcion pesimo servicio,No contestan el telefono cuando llamamos desde el cuarto. El desayuno nada de variadad solo huevos revueltos y frijoles. Desde la llegada la actitud de ambas recepcionistas, despota. La habitación pequeña para el costo, almhoadas con olor a cabeza, el cuarto con olor a humor sucio. Solicitamos cambio de almohada y solo nos fnviaron dos toallas pequeñas para cubrir ambas almohadas. Fue bastante desagradable y el costo 2,000 por noche.

Location is great if going to the American embassy. Everything is literally walking distance. The rooms are small, no refrigerators in room. There is security 24/7. A mall across the street with a movie theater in it as well. Our stay was pleasant

My stay was very pleasant. I came with my parents for a visa interview at the American consulate. The walking distance of the hotel to the consulte, the medical exam building clinic, farmacies, and other stores was very conveniente. Dining option around the are and a Liverpool plaza closed by, made my stay even more convinient. I will recommend City Express Junior to friends and families for a future reference.

The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are extremely small. The cleanliness is a 5 star. Hotel includes breakfast it has a little of everything but i was really disappointed with the food if you’re staying for more than 3 days I will totally not recommend this place everyday is the same breakfast eggs, sausage, beans and supposedly chilaquiles but there more likes chips with red or green sauce.

Its small and quiet. And very convenient for the purposes i was there for. Great shopping in the area. The breakfast provided was delicious like a mexican/continental style. It was very flavorful. The cafeteria is small and can get crowded.

An excellent choice if you're visiting the consulate. Being directly across the street made my trip completely stress-free. The team went out of their way to point me toward great nearby places to eat, and the daily breakfast spread was fantastic, delicious, and very filling. I would definitely stay here again!

They need more ice machines specially in the summer. They were always out of ice. Then for breakfast the food was always the same and they would run out and didn't have more. Staff was really nice and helpful and room was always left really clean.

It was a really great hotel and the staff was amazing. Everyone was helpful and really nice. I enjoyed my stay with them and the driver Isaias was one of the best. On Saturday’s there’s tours and he took us to some great place. Teresa from cleaning was also absolutely amazing. She made sure we had everything we needed in our rooms and any questions we had she answered. I really do recommend this hotel from the food to making it easier for you during your process.
