Days Inn by Wyndham Kingsland Naval Base I-95

The bed sheets had a bad smell and so did the towels and wash cloths. The pool was dirty when we arrived also.

You better buy some Lysol spray before entering these rooms. Room 120 very musty, smelling floors were in terrible shape coming apart, dirty toilet paper on the bathroom floor found mildew on the curtain in the front bed and pillows s smelled terrible like they weren’t even washed . Don’t plan on eating much for breakfast it’s a joke.. the door to our room was Bent up like someone tried to break into it, and handle itself was crooked . The washer and dryer outside was out of order and in terrible shape. Advertised an outdoor pool, but don’t plan on using it. It was all full of algae and all green along with the hot tub.. I have lost all my faith in Days Inn as this place should be shut down . i’m pulling in the parking lot and walking into the lobby. It looks very nice until you get a room for the night. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.!

We booked this hotel because it states they have rv/camper parking but that was not the case. Also apparently you aren’t allowed to sit on the furniture or hang out in the lobby for some reason. Before we left the property in the morning we had the continental breakfast and heard that if you eat too much they will charge you and if we filled our cups from home with anything we would also be charged. We only got ice from the ice machine and we’re using water from our camper. The room was average and I wouldn’t say not to stay here but would only suggest it in passing.

We loved it. Excellent location. The parking lot was perfect, closed to the room, easy to walk in. All the staff were very polite and helpful to us. The room was excellent and clean. We going to return it, for sure!

lt looked good outside and in the lobby but the clerk was unprofessional and disrespectful; the hotel was not senior/handicap friendly, no ice available on the property, the door was stuck and hard to open, there was some mold in two of the rooms, a roach was sighted, fifth in toilet bend storage, one bathroom door knob was broken. All king rooms were upstairs and it was not disclosed that there was no elevator until after you have checked in looking for access.

My history/price at a Wyndham had been great! I was calling to speak with staff regarding blocking off other rooms, the only clerk that was available was not professional or warm as he kept saying WHAT, AND NEVER SAID THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING US, OR GAVE HIS NAME, THEN FINALLY SAID ONLY THE MANAGER COULD DISCUSS THAT WHO IS INLY THERE EARLY MORNINGS!!!! I had a king reserved but after checking in, it was at that time that I realized and was told there was NOT AN ELVATOR ALL LING ROOMS ARE UPSTAIRS AND THE PROPERTY IS BOT HANDICAP OR SENIOR FRIENDLY!!!!! upon getting that revelation, being 70 years old and still healing from knee surgery, I had to go back to charge the room to a queen on the bottom floor for convenience, Then I could not get the door open and had to return again. At was told the key was okay, the clerk came out and had to force the stuck door to open and said I would have to PUSH IT HARDER WITH MY SHOULDERS that is weak from a fall I had that damaged my lower back and entire left side some months earlier. Though there was an ice bucket, THERE WAS NO ICE AVAILABLE ON PROPERETY AND WE HAD TO GO PURCHASE A BAG AT A STORE!!! i HAD TO CHANGE THE TOILET TISSUE ROLL AND THERE WAS FIFTH UNDERNEATH THE ONE I PULLED OUT, THE FACETS HARDWARE WAS VERY TATNISHED AND OLD LOOKING, EVEN AFTER I TRIED TO CLEAN IT MUSELF FOR BEFORE TOUCHING THEM AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST, AS I WAS PLUGGING IN MY PHONE, AS I WAS STANDING THERE A SMALL ROACH WAS SIGHTED NEAR THE PLUG CRAWING!!!

Absolutely the best days inn I’ve ever stayed at. Beds were comfortable, room was nice and the lady up front made everything very convenient and fast! She went the extra mile and left no stone unturned! Even brought us pool towels while we were in the pool!

The room smelt of mildew, me had to turn the air off because the smell was so bad. The towels and sheets felt damp. Under the beds were disgustingly dirty. The breakfast was poor, the waffles did not taste good at all.

This hotel waa the worst i have ever seen. After getting my room, i lofted the sheet ans there was black poo from bed bugs on the mattress. I asked for another room. I got into another room, got ready for bed and a mouse ran under my table and then to under my bed. I called and asked for my money back. I was only there for an hour, the manager promised i could get a refund. Now over a week later and no refund. Not good business at all! The room snelled and the chair had stains and was ripped. I dont understand how they are still able to be open. Totally disgusting.

First their amenities did not have an info button for pets saying how much they charge which leads people to believe there is no charge. But they said $35 but when I complained they dropped it tom$25(most places charge $20) Second there were roaches in the room. Third when we turned off the lights we heard noises and the dog wouldn’t settle, when we turned the lights on there were mice! I called the desk and at 11:00 pm they moved us to another room. At 11:30 they put people with young kids above us and they were making noise, running up and down the steps and hall and sounded like they were bowling or doing acrobatics! My husband spoke with them twice but it wasn’t until 4:30 AM that they stopped. We couldn’t even call the desk cause there was no phone in our room! When I went to check out I complained to the desk clerk but she didn’t speak enough English to understand. She put the manager on her phone and she was rude. She said we could’ve checked out for a full refund… at midnight? She said I could’ve called them and I said there was no phone in the room. Very very unsatisfactory service and accommodations. As a Wyndham Hotel I certainly expect more!

Clean room in good area. Only stayed a night since we were passing thru to Florida. Felt safe and would stay again.

Dirtiest, nastiest, smelliest hotel I’ve ever stayed at! I will NEVER go back!

This hotel is definitely not worth the money. There was mold on the refrigerator, nasty splatters running down the walls. The tub/shower had hair in it(not my hair) there was a very annoying beeping sound coming from the night stand plug in ( I had to unplug it) empty Kleenex box, stained wash clothes & towels.Upon checking in the young man said a $100 deposit was required. Why???? I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.Also some real sketchy people walking around

10/10 do not recommend. Dirty sheets, bloodstain on the back of the bathroom door, toilet felt like it was going to break when you sat down, scratched doors, the list goes on. Do not waste your time or money staying here. We needed a convenient stop overnight, and we almost got right back in the car and kept driving we were that appalled.

Pictures do not match the actual rooms. Very dirty. Towels had holes in them. Door was broken. AC unit leaked and also refrigerator.

I was really impressed with the cleanliness and the staff’s service. Highly recommended.

Room didn’t have hot water got upl that morning to take shower didn’t have time to be swapped before work they moved to different room that evening had to pack up move my stuff tired. They offered no discounts nothing wasn’t friendly

Beds were comfortable. Quiet. The breakfast was ok.

The door locks were totally useless. There were no catch assemblies in the frames, so they partially closed. Not just my room, but I asked for a different room, and they were all the same. Staff and cleanliness of rooms was good, but I would not stay again.

The TV was impossible to navigate and the heater wouldn’t heat the room above 64 degrees.

The Hotel was ok and clean but the tub spout was broken and very loose. Water pressure due to the broken spout was very low for the shower. Towels were ratty and full of holes. The breakfast was poor at best with very little to choose from.

Beds were so comfy!

Customer Service was horrible. First they asked for a no notice $100 deposit. My card had over $100 but less than $115. The desk clerk tried saying he only charged my card $100. The card company sent me a text message stating it was declined due to an attempted charge of $115. The next morning, the day shift person was mad because I asked for extra towels. I had two adults and three young children. The attendant said i needed two rooms because i could only have 4 people in the room. Customer service killed any repeat business!

Staff very friendly. We were very pleased upon arrival seeing the property.

Very quiet evening the rooms were very clean enjoyed my stay However at 10:57 there is an employee assuming the manager from the front desk knocking on my door saying that check out was at 11:00 I was literally walking out the door at 11:03 carrying my belongings and she starts yelling at me to get out of the room and she was going to be charging my car at a $25 late checkout fee and screaming all the way down the hall about getting the f*** out and calling the police unbelievable Service never in my life will I ever stay here again to treat customers that way is unacceptable I was holding my belongings in my hand walking out the door the room is completely spotless and there was no reason to have done that to me

Staff was great and met my special accommodations request for a shower chair. Room was clean

Made the reservation, they saw the reservation online but refused to allow me in because apparently they had not gotten “paid” by Expedia although we showed receipts. Before arriving I called to confirm and the guy was really rude on the phone and had told me everything was fine. Then once I arrived, they said they could not help that we had to deal With Expedia.

Absolutely amazing and friendly hotel representative, Carolyn! She went over and beyond for my daughter and myself on every level. Enjoyed staying here especially the service and friendliness of the staff. Will definitely come back if in this area again.

Our room was clean and cool and we had a peaceful night's sleep, so as a facility, I found the property pretty good. Unfortunately the receptionist at checkout was reluctant to assist me, told me the system could not provide the information I requested and there was no one she could call to help. After much persistence eventually I was told it could be emailed if they had my address on file which I provided, then she told me I could wait or leave! When I said that I'd initially been told it was not possible to provide this information, she denied it and announced she wasn't going to do it and disappeared. If you're expecting friendly, helpful staff, you may want to look elsewhere.

Rooms weren't ready when we arrived at 5:30-6:00 PM. Went to dinner and came back at 8:30. Rooms still were not ready. Within about 30 minutes rooms were made available, although not what was requested in reservation. We wanted and needed at least one on the ground floor for a disabled individual but got all 3 reserved rooms upstairs and no elevator was available. When we got to our rooms there were no towels or washcloths. No remote control for TV. Telephone did not function in the room, so I had to walk back to lobby to attempt to get these issues resolved. Then in the morning, the Continental breakfast was not what we expected. It had far fewer choices of items to eat than in the past and not worth staying for. All of the above-mentioned problems were not unique to us, as it was the same for other guests attempting to check in or out at the same time for all of my lobby visits. The only good thing was that the young lady working at the lobby desk was very personable, polite, apologetic, and she was working very hard to accommodate everyone, in spite of all the difficulties she was having. Apparently, she was short staffed and challenged on multiple levels that night and she kept her cool through it all.

The staff was very accommodating to me during my stay.

There was a mixup with the billing - the receptionist refused to rectify the situation.

Surprisingly quiet, clean place to stay just off 95. We stayed overnight on the way to Florida and it's was everything we needed.

For the price, the hotel was great, the rooms were clean and the staff were alert & knowledgable. The area around the hotel was unsavory. A lot of sketchy guest loitering. Unnecessary loud noises in the wee hours of the morning.

It was a quick stop before heading to our destination. Place was clean and easy access to highway

We juat stayed for the night but the breakfast was non existent they only had yogurt and cereal.

The hotel was conveniently located to my destination (Okefenokee swamp). The price was very good. The staff was friendly. The room was old and outdated (rust on the metal coat racks and towel racks). The breakfast was very limited (basic cereal) and the coffee machine was broke.

Pro: easy on an off Route 95. The room smelled nice and was clean. I had no issues with the beds. Staff was friendly. Cons: To take a hot shower, you need to run the water for a good five or more minutes. I believe one of the shower pieces were wiggling out of the wall a little. The breakfast could’ve been a lot better. There was nothing there that I wanted. I think there might have been a waffle maker, but since I don’t eat waffles, nothing else was appealing. No hard boiled eggs, no bagels and the pastries that they did have did not look good. Overall, though for the cost of the room, it was clean and served its purpose. I would definitely keep it on my list to stop at again if I needed a place to stay for the night. Plenty of local gas stations and food.

Decent room in convenient location. However, the towels were all dirty looking and worn, the sink basin was cracked and broken, we saw a small roach and the breakfast was a complete disaster. The juice machine at breakfast was not working, the waffle mix machine wasn't working and the basic items were not kept stocked. It's a good place to stop and sleep but it is a bit below the normal Days Inn experience.

Check was easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast with many choices. Would stay again.
