Friendly and accomodating staff, great view onto the city from the restaurant, and the room was neatly arranged and offered a fine view onto the garden and the old part of the hotel. The restaurants offered delicious meals and breakfast. A bit bothering was the bathroom door that was not noise-proof, the WiFi connection with its blinking lights that you could spot at night, and the noise coming from some apparatus at night. It's fine when you got earbuds and a sleep mask, though.

Nicely situated hotel in Liege with convenient (cheap) car park across the street; friendly and very helpful staff at reception/concierge desk. Rooms are clear, with good amenities and a spacious bathroom. We had both dinner and breakfast at the restaurant where the food was very good. The cook-to-order egg station and wide choice at breakfast for a reasonable price were a plus. We will undoubtedly use the hotel again next time we visit Liege

Room was ready so the very helpful reception staff let us check in early. Pool and sauna were excellent - didn’t use the gym - with robes and towels for the pool supplied in the room. Very comfortable large room and bathroom. Parking available opposite the hotel for a charge.

Stayed 2 nights

The room was dirty, the hallways were dirty, the staff was not interested at all to provide a pleasant customer experience. A stunning example is that staff took the elevator before us to transport dirty dishes. The breakfast was extremely messy with empty coffee machines, broken juice machines, empty yoghurt, other products. We had to find our own cuttlery and the staff was generally completely overwhelmed. For nearly 500 euro’s per night the quality was far, far from what is to be expected at those prices. The spa looked good but it was so crowded we decided not to go. The gym is equiped very well but the machines were, surprise- dirty. Really a shame because the venue is fantastic, but clearly very poorly managed
