Room was dirty. Towels were dirty. Staff was rude. Air conditioner on room was not running properly. The front cover of air conditioning unit was literally falling off.

Room smelled of dog, and dog urine. The floors had a sticky film as if moped with a product that clean the previous Tennants up (who likely had dogs). The ac couldn’t keep up with the room, the fridge did work the pool was open and they had microwaves in the office for use. They had more than just local channels. The bathtub was operational and clean, the beds were hard but clean

The property was extremely worn down and did not appear to be properly maintained. Several issues negatively affected our experience: The pool filter did not appear to be working properly, which raised concerns about the cleanliness and safety of the pool. The poolside tables had only one umbrella available, and it did not appear to be designed for those tables. The laundry room was out of order for our entire stay. The entrance door to our hallway was broken for one night, creating both an inconvenience and a potential security concern. When we requested extra pillows or a blanket, we were told none were available. The pillows in our room were extremely flat, and the mattress felt very old, worn out, and uncomfortable. These were not isolated minor inconveniences. Together, they made the hotel feel poorly maintained and left us feeling that the accommodations did not meet a reasonable standard for the rate we paid.
