the hotel has a great location - right across from the train/bus station, which was convenient for me. the area is not the greatest though, as staff has to let you in (to block questionable people from entering). overall, I had a good stay

Perfect location for the station. Good wifi and helpful staff. Did not need parking and did not have breakfast. Did the job as described but it is a budget option, room has all essentials but no kettle or refrigerator. Fine for 1 or 2 nights but would not want to stay any longer .

Dirty, old, malfunctions, gangster hood, someone offered us drugs as we were walking in, hairs and nails in the shower, stains all over the floor. I would most definitely NOT recommend! The only positive aspect was the young gentleman working the front desk that was very nice and polite

Hotel tres bien situé car en face de la gare et tout les transport en commun se trouve à ses portes. Le centre ville est à 30minutes à pied. En revanche tres bruyant car il y a un bar dans la rue. Mur de la chambre avec des taches suspectes,poussieres sur le radiateur,sol sale. Heureusement draps et linge de bain propres.

Good place for an overnight stay if you need to get an early train. Regrettably we had neighbours that were up most of the night talking and arguing. Location of hotel is right across from the train station but also seemed to be in a “rougher” neighbourhood. Room was good size for 2 people for a short stay. Linen was clean. Mop however left clump of hairs on floor from previous people(s). Thankful floor was not carpet! Front staff were fast and nice.

I never stayed in such a small place with the smelliest toilet/shower combination and bathroom door that barely opened and closed past the bed. We were allowed to check in early but reception lacked any friendliness or warmth. Location was next to our car rental and across the street from the train station which was exactly what we needed. I would consider other hotel options adjacent to this hotel in the future.

L'infrastructure a vécu et on voit bien qu'avec le temps des réfections ont été tentées mais l'espace demeure limité. Tout le plaisir du séjour repose sur une équipe jeune, gentille, aimable, serviable, disponible, attentive et réellement à l'écoute. On se sentirait prêt à les rencontrer en dehors. Seul point noir : la recherche très longue d'un stationnement même payant aux alentours. Peut être que l'hôtel pourrait nouer un partenariat avec les parkings environnants ?

The staff at the property was so friendly and helpful. The woman who checked me in was very fast and efficient. The night man reminded where the internet code was. The day manager stored my bags while I toured the city. We talked about the area and the weather. The breakfast was very good and inexpensive. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.

This place is right across from the train station so it was a necessary place to stay for 1 night . It was clean inside. Rooms are dated and the breakfast is not worth paying for. Not safe area so when you left you took all valuables but didn’t feel Safe walking around with them. Lots of loud fights and police constantly in the area. So no would not stay there again. Would take a cab from somewhere else. I see why they lock their front doors in the evening. The area is so dirty. Drug deals and people peeing on the street. Yuck Staff were lovely and helpful tho.

Tramway et bus sous ma fenêtre donc très bruyant (j’entendais quasi pas les trains) + machine nettoyant la rue à minuit donc bruit + quartier mal fréquenté (dealers et gens qui zonent) + que des kebabs ou à emporter (sauf un Jap), bref je n’irai plus c’est sur même si le personnel est sympa et professionnel.

Trevlig personal och rent hotellrum, men lite klaustrofobiskt och väldigt stökig omgivning. Anlände sent på kvällen och det var många påverkade människor på gatan utanför. Porten till hotellet var låst så det kändes ändå tryggt.

Mycket prisvärt boende. Lite opraktiskt med handfatet i rummet i stället för i badrummet. Rent och fräscht rum. Ok frukost men dåligt påfyllt för ungdomen som ville sova länge och kom ner sista halvtimmen. Gullig personal. Det positiva vann över att läget kändes lite otryggt. Hade inte velat gå dit ensam sent på kvällarna, men vi var tre vuxna tillsammans och kändes det ok.

The staff at the property was so friendly and helpful. The woman who checked me in was very fast and efficient. The night man reminded where the internet code was. The day manager stored my bags while I toured the city. We talked about the area and the weather. The breakfast was very good and inexpensive. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.

I checked in late, but Thibault who was on reception couldn’t have been more helpful. He let me park my motorcycle in the rear compound so it stayed safe over night. So very glad pressed my his professional approach and nothing was too much for him. Definitely stay here again

Great location for train, bus, and tram. But inside - Plain white corridors and rooms made it seem like a hospital ward! No chairs, only a stool. Noisy from the street below until after midnight.
