Nous sommes resté 3 nuits en famille. Il ne faut pas s'attendre à un palace mais pour nous la base y est! Donc séjour bien. Seul petit bémol le soir si vous arrivez trop tard à l'hôtel, il n'y a plus de place de parking!

Close to the highway, clean room, friendly staff(even gotten a coffee after breakfast time). Make sure you have an Ibis booking number if you want to check in after the reception is closed with the self check in. I booked via hotels.com(Expedia) and could not check in so had to wake up the night shift. Working EV charger(22kw). Renovations are being carried out so I hope the smell in the toilet and the extraction in the shower will be dealt with. I slept at worse/dirtier hotels for more €. I will come again!

As we arrived the staff was lounging by the desk and did not greet or welcome us. A staff member, who I am assuming is a management role, came from the back office, did not greet or acknowledge us. Placed her cigarette pack on the counter, took a cigarette and served herself of a coffee. The staff continued on a conversation among themselves… As we returned on the second day we realized that our luggage was opened and 150 Euros were stollen from a pouch, containing 400. I know this was our fault as we should had not have left the pouch behind. The bed linen is yellowish. The dust and debris are evident all over the public areas and in the rooms (we had 2). The only positive aspect was the young man attending the front desk and breakfast area on day 2, as he offered us coffee and croissants, he was kind and welcoming.

This is a budget hotel so don't expect fancy thrills. We were pleasently surprised. The hotel is clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff is friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was perfect. There many restaurants close by to choose from, within walking or driving distance. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would stay here again if we were in the area.

Séjour d'une seule nuit, salle de douche existante puisque la douche (ambiance camping car) était séparée du lavabo. Néanmoins nous étions dans une chambre bien insonorisée et agréable dans l'ensemble. Le personnel était très accueillant et serviable. Petit plus le petit déjeuner sans gluten que j'ai beaucoup apprécié.

Pour commencer la chambre ne dispose pas réellement de salle de bain. Il y a un lavabo dans la chambre à côté du lit ( première fois que je vois ça. ) La douche à une porte transparente génial pour l intimité avec son enfant ( pareil premier fois que je vois ça.)les toilettes non pas de verrouillage et pas de brosse. Et la Clim ne marchait pas.sans parlé des gens sans respect qui claquent les portes sans arrêt et qui hurlent pour parler. Je ne referai plus de ibis.

Très bon accueil. Chambre propre. Correct pour une nuit. Par contre nous avons été réveillé à 4h du matin pas l’alarme incendie de l’hotel. Tout le monde est sortie sur le parking puis au bout de 5 minutes on nous a dit de rentrer que c’était rien. Sans aucunes explications… autant vous dire qu’avec un jeune enfant la nuit a été très compliqué à partir de ce moment là. Personnel le lendemain matin qui fait comme si de rien était et qui s’excuse même pas pour ce désagrément. C’est très moyen!

L’essentiel pour tout à prix raisonnable : petit déjeuner bien, chambre avec l’essentiel. Clim réglée trop forte que nous avons dû baisser. Gros stress pour recevoir le numéro de cde de l’hôtel pour récupérer si besoin son code d’accès. Reçu le code accès à 20h sans problème mais que se passe t il si on ne le reçoit pas!?

Bonjour, je vous remercie pour l'accueil. L'hôtel est très propre, bien entretenu et agréable. Je tiens à souligner que l'accueil du jeune homme le jeudi 29 août après-midi a été particulièrement plaisant ! Si nous pouvions bénéficier d'un personnel aussi accueillant dans tous les hôtels, ce serait vraiment merveilleux, bien que cela devienne de plus en plus rare. Je vous remercie.

Hotel situé à proximité du FUTUROSCOPE, dans une zone commerciale donc environnement pas très chaleureux mais on s y attendait ; par contre bien situé pour la salle ARENA. Personnel tres aimable , literie confortable, stricte minimum dans la partie " douche", petit-déjeuner correct. Prestations globales en adequation avec le standing de cet hôtel.

Nous avons passé qu une seule nuit mais une nuit sans bruit dans une chambre propre . L établissement est très soigné et le personnel très accueillant et souriant. Établissement proches de divers restaurants et à 5 min du Futuroscope 👍 Je recommande fortement.
