Property was in a good location; however, we arranged for parking and was told we could pay before we left to receive a discount on parking. No-one was present at reception when we left therefore parking cost us $65.00 instead of $25.00

Definately not worth the price and if you have accessibilty needs this place is not for you. Parking 5 min walk and if its raining like it was for us, good luck lugging your luggage

Convenient, location, clean, however, much smaller room than expected. Laundry facilities on a different floor, and an extremely slow lift made accessing things slow.

Property is simple and practical. Area is well serviced and close to CBD. Staff we courteous and friendly. Facility has room for improvement, carpet is really old and dull, Lift was slow and then decided to breakdown day 2. Place is reasonably clean, however, could be better also with basic things around like not having an empty tissue box replaced.

We like the location walkable to everything what needed to do and we need to see. Hotel could used microwaved and safety box in the rooms . Microwave in the lobby could be useful as well. Staff are nice and friendly. House keeping they are working really hard maybe they are short of staffing. There are days that we did not get our room clean so I had to go down to the front desk to get toilet paper and towels it happened twice out of 14 nights stay’s.

In one room the bathroom had poor ventilation and thus looked to be growing mold on the ceiling. There was also some mold growth in the sink and a roach came out of shower drain. Room was in back of hotel/high floor and was quiet. Other room could hear a lot of outside noise/music. Rooms were small but nice other than mentioned above.

King deluxe room was tired looking and relatively small. Amenities lacking, no teaspoons no shower cap etc. Property is clean and very conveniently located. Staff is wonderful. Don’t try to sleep on Saturday nights as our room had no noise insulation and we only managed to catch some sleep after 4 am when the relentless yelling, car horn honking and general drunken party noises stopped. Bring earplugs or perhaps avoid Saturday nights.

Room 201 was presented as upscale room and was large and roomy. Unusual design where lower edge of bed directly in front of sliding door to bathroom. Slide out of bed into bathroom. Staff, elevator, room all good.

The receptionist was welcoming and friendly. We had booked the Kind suite, but the room was dated, although the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had a sliding door which was a little precarious. the noise form outside is typical with the location. Overall a comfortable stay.

Arriving late at night and not being used to Sydney our arrival was confusing. Calling to check, the night staff were reassuring and calm. With a night club nearby I feared that we wouldn’t sleep, but we were out like a light and stepped fantastically. A little slip up with room top up’s, one coffee sachet was never going to cut it for two, was promptly and friendly corrected by reception. The 24 hour guest services was very reassuring and in many ways essential and made our late check-in, early check-out so much easier and provided friendly interactions.

Was supposed to check in early. Arrived early and was told room wasn’t ready for awhile. Was then let know at 2pm that it still wouldn’t be ready for another hour and had to take another room to avoid running any more late for a festival I was attending

Only location is great. Staff not friendly at all . We asked for cleaning room, when we back still many places dirty. Anyway if you only looking for cheap. It's can be your hotel.

Staff were pleasant and they had the room ready based on when I noted I would be arriving via airplane. Only a 20min walk to downtown. Train station was half a block away too. Easy access to restaurants, grocery store and cafes.
