We only needed to stay one night, the room was a good size and was very clean. Shower was nice. Plenty of parking. Price of stay was reasonable. If I ever need to stay in this area again, I will definitely book here again.

we chose the accommodation for the reasonable price, the car parking included and the location, close to a venue where we were attending an event. The room was ok although one of the bedside lights was faulty and the shower was leaking. Unfortunately other guests were noisy outdoors until late at night meaning it was not easy getting to sleep - so we didn't have a restful stay.

The room was filthy and smelt like cigarettes. The stains on the floor were putrid and I’m not sure what it was but there was something banging in the roof all night. The bed was rock hard. Very cheap I agree, but won’t be here again

The room had a terrible smell to it it smelt like a dead animal we went to reception. They tried to spray a bit of spray around. We went for dinner, opened up. The room came back. The room still stuck. We went to reception. They said, unfortunately, there was nothing they could do because they were fully booked is very uncomfortable one of the worst nights accommodation we’ve ever had on Sunday upon checkout we mentioned it again after speaking to reception twice through the night. They said there was nothing they could do as management wasn’t working today.

The hotel was filthy dirty bed sheets, chair the i would not sit on because it was that dirty. Carpets heavily stained generally run down. Not to mention the bugs and cockroaches. Book 3 nights only stayed 1 went elsewhere for the other nights. My colleagues room was the same

I think for the price, my stay was quite good. I liked the chairs out the front. Breaky was good, and the staff were pleasant. TV signal was dodgy on the channel I was watching, and the fridge barely got cold. Overall the room was clean and well presented and I enjoyed my stay. I would reccomend this hotel and I will stay there again.

we stayed in Room 50. which is next to the Reception . While it was a new room. But the construction and design was terriblle. 1. The walls of the rooms are so thin, the next door noise and talking was heard throughout the night. no peace. 2. The gap below the doors was so big, that noise and light comes through easily We can hear footseps, luggage dragging and talking. So painful to hear those chattering and baby screaming , next door 3. The door cannot be close automatically quietly but with a loud bang. We had to endure a neighbor few doors away, who goes in and and out talking so loud and the opening and closing the door. It affected our rest. We had to put up with the noise fpor 3 nights. 4. The basin was badly designed, so small and narrow. No matter how you try. water get splash unto the floor when brushing teeth ot washing face. I am not sure of the other older rooms. But would not recommend staying at these new wings. Very noisy and no peaceful rest.

This stay was made difficult by the staff. I emailed before arriving to check if they had a cot and they said yes, and when I turned up they said they didn’t have a cot. My son wet the bed and it was really hard to get new sheets because the maid said to ask reception and reception said to ask the maid and I needed to basically get the maid on the phone with reception so they could argue about it.

I was fine to overlook the first hiccup because it wasn’t a big deal and sometimes things happen that are unavoidable, but not multiple issues. It took quite a while to get into the room as the reception couldn’t get the cards to unlock the rooms to work. That’s ok there was no hurry. She eventually used her staff master key to let me in the room and came back with keys supposedly to the room a few minutes later. That would have been fine. An hour later just after I’d had a shower the lock on the door to my room buzzed and in walks a couple with all their bags. If it was 2 minutes earlier and I’d have been completely naked and I can say I’d have made a far bigger complaint then. There’s no soundproofing so was hearing the family next door slamming their door every few minutes for the first couple of hours, and more than 5 times between 2am-4am. Next I had to leave my room for a while, I came back and the key I’d been given to my room didn’t even work. What if I’d come back after reception hours closed? Guy on reception tried to be a smart@ss about it until it didn’t work for him either. So guests from other rooms could get into my room but I couldn’t. Yeah, not impressed. Then the tv only picked up ABC channels of the free to air not helpful when wanting channel 7, and the fridge didn’t even cool the water at all that put in there after it being in there all night. At least it wasn’t food or medication that needed to be kept cool

We’ve stayed here previously and it is convenient to where we were attending a function. Pleasant motel & staff - good sized room, great hot water for showers. Being on the highway, it was a bit noisy at times. I did find the mattress a bit uncomfortable but other than that we would stay here again.

The hotel was conveniently located for an event we were attending. Our room was nice and reasonably clean - we did notice some long, dark hairs on the carpet near the bed. The shower was good and hot and the bed quite comfortable. There were some noisy guests across from us who were sitting outside their room after midnight and some others came home after 2am. (Not the fault of the hotel but not great) We would stay at this hotel again in future.

The property said it had restaurant and bar facilities, breakfast facilities there was none. Had no cutlery in room, as we had to order in meals. no shower caps, front door rattled all night. Could here the room next door having a shower. Noisy plumbing
