The room was very unclean. The sofa bed had dust and dirt all over. The sheets on the sofa bed were used with dirt and stains. The Bedroom bed was clean but small bed. The microwave had dried up food all over. It was a very disgusting and disappointing experience. Not at all a 3 or 4 star.

My spa didnt work at all so i paid extr cos i had a bad back for a spa and they wouldnt send for rhe electritrision cos it was 6 so i think they didnr want to pay extra to have him come in

The check-in experience was unpleasant and rude, but the parking was excellent. The room was in poor condition, with holes in the walls, doors, and shower where items were broken or relocated but not patched, painted, or fixed. The furniture was battered, the vanity had paint marks and was worn, and the floor had cracked tiles, some replaced with mismatched tiles. The bed had springs poking through, making for an uncomfortable sleep. Although we expected a relatively quiet location, the access door right outside our room banged frequently with turning traffic. We would not stay here again.

Enjoyed the room. However, itsl needs a bit of TLC as the sconce cover was broken and the cover for the remote to the air conditioning was loose. Great massaging shower head.

The air conditioner did not work, we had to leave the door open, traffic noise and street light and heat keep me awake most of the night. For an apartment, it had no sink. Only one wardrobe to store clothes and the dishes were also stored in there. Very unsatisfactory

I enjoyed my stay and the location was so convenient, my room was always 100% immaculate everyday coming back from work, its just unfortunate that the restaurant is not open due to covid but other then that i would stay here again.

The Coffee House as always was excellent. In Central Rockhampton. The Breakfast/Lunch Restaurant provided excellent food and Coffee at Reasonable cost. The Managers are Friendly and Chatty.
