+++ Super hôtel, chambre très spacieuse et bien équipée, piscine formidable. Le restaurant sert d’excellents plats pour un prix très convenable. Le personnel est vraiment sympathique et serviable. - - - Je déconseille la chambre « vue partielle océan » qui en fait « sans vue » avec un balcon inutilisable à cause du bruit et des vendeurs de « produits illicites » Il faut aussi éviter de nous vendre des contrats alors que nous sortons de 12h d’avion, laissez nous nous reposer un peu avant.

I booked the 2nd most expensive room category 'Romance Suite Ocean View' and the website photos showing a perfect uninterrupted ocean view. However, when I checked in, I was given a room on the 6th floor near the back of the hotel with a view of the 5th floor garden area. To see the ocean, I needed to walk right up to the window and turn left to see just a partial view of the ocean between the trees and the cabanas. When I returned to Reception to tell them I was given the wrong room type, the Rooms Manager was very rude and told me there were no other rooms available and threatened to ask me to leave the hotel if I continued to complain. When I asked for a credit for the difference in price to a room with partial view, he refused and told me that I must contact Expedia/Hotels.com. When I contacted Expedia, they also refused a credit because the hotel refused their request. I have NEVER been treated with such rude and unprofessional conduct by a hotel in over 40 years of travelling all over the world for business and leisure!

Rude terrible staff, have to listen to a sales pitch before you can even check-in, and outright predatory lying by staff as they try and blatently double bill you. The property has also been undergoing construction for at least 5 years with constant noise and drilling while the property's attitude seems to be "deal with it."
