Nice hotel but no ac (just a fan) and no elevators. We walked up and down a maze of stairs to find our room. It was actually fun for me but I did not have a lot of luggage. Place is nice. Pool was kind of dirty. No beach access- just scary rocks. But it is pretty.

It’s a great place to stay . I loved the ocean view . The food at the restaurant was delicious. If you have children they have a small zoo, playground and indoor swimming pool. The rooms are nice . They don’t have AC but when we went it was nice weather so it was ok .

No WiFi in the room and told by staff “it is what it is”. Cleanliness is not the best and the pools are not only small, they’re also murky. Restrooms have no ventilation, so, unless you shower with the restroom door wide open, the restroom are sticky, extremely humid, and gross, when you come out of the shower.

We love this spot and went for the Valentines Day special. If you get a standard room during winter, make sure you upgrade because there are no heaters in the standard rooms. This place is kind of funny too because theres like 1 eletrical outlet per room. A lot of the lamps and things aren't plugged in because there's no outlets to plug them in. Upgrade and get one of the ocean view rooms. ITS WORTH IT!

Partial facing ocean room is fantastic .. can hear the ocean all night. The parking was EZ, the room was clean and they want all out with food choices/ service on the free breakfast - very impressed. Only improvements I would suggest (1) WIFI worked in the rooms and (2) the windows were less drafty (chilly with no heat expected but room was very cold with the windy draft).

Overall the property was great. The only 2 reason I rated a 3 stars is because mattresses are really old and worn out and there is no ice machine available. Not all rooms have refrigerators and I wish I would have read throughly before booking. Free ice is offered in a cup and the bar is cheap about it, otherwise they’ll sell you a bag of ice for almost $3 USD. The staff was nice, helpful and friendly. The hotel entertainment is great and if you feel like staying in there to eat they have a variety of buffet breakfast and lunches which I didn’t try but smelled good. If you are going to party and don’t care about the mattress then you’ll be fine. I was there for a small getaway with my hubby and to be priced at average American hotel a night the I would expect at least a good bed and decent sheets. Also all you get is a fan. No AC which is not bad because weather was great when we went. I do believe they are few rooms with ac option so look out for that. Baja tends to have gloomy weather evenings and mornings so we were fine. It’s walking distance from calimax and other restaurants and shops. Overall, the beds are important to me so I would not stay if I’m going to try and relax but I would stay if I’m going to go party in Rosarito, puerto Nuevo or Ensenada

Really disappointed with our stay this time around we have stayed multiple times but this visit was not acceptable, pool super dirty , people eating in the pools , super noisy at night loud people kids running through hall ways plus we were charged for my 13 year old as an extra ( adult ) so that was unexpected so don’t think we will be coming back soon which is unfortunate because like I said we have stayed here with no issues in the past ( plus the lady in the reception was rude )

Front desk staff was rude. I misplaced my breakfast ticket and the front desk instead of helping was accusing me of losing the ticket and proceeded to check the camera. So what if I accidentally lost it? Was that a reason to be treated that way?!? A couple who did not use their breakfast voucher heard the commotion the front desk staff was causing and offered us their voucher. The from office staff woman sneakily and without my awareness or consent charged my debit card $43.50!! I am filing a complaint and demand a refund of $43.50!

Nice family vacation. The resort is very kid friendly, there’s a mini zoo, playground, two pools, and lots of grass to run around in. There are lots of stairs, so be prepared to walk. Room was spacious and clean with two bathrooms and multiple beds/pull out sofas. Only cautionary thing was that we stayed in a second story room and the windows to the ocean didn’t have screens, something to be aware of. Resorts is also in walking distance of the puerto Nuevo shops and restaurants. It was overall very nice and we will return!

My stay was beyond amazing, waking up to the sound of the waves. My room was very spacious clean and comfy. The indoor pool was great everyone was very respectful. I was very dissatisfied with this hotel, i will not be coming back at all. The only good thing about this place was the pool and that was just okay not completely clean. The room we received was right next to the bar area and it was extremely noisy couldnt sleep at all through out the night because of the karaoke show they had that lasted way too long ! The reception area should warn that those rooms will be super noisy due to being next to the bar area, very upsetting couldnt enjoy the this stay. And they cpuldnt even switch our room ,the front desk was not helpful at all. The food and drinks were not good at all either so dont waste your money. The room had no AC and it was very stuffy and they provided a fan to connect BUT that room had NO available outlets only outlet was for the tv , how does that make sense!!! And the restroom had no towels ,we had to call for them to provide towels for the hands and to shower- this should be automatically ready in the room and the beds were soo hard and stiff after one night, we woke up with backaches. We reserved for 2 nights but we ended up leaving on the second night, didnt want to sleep there thats how unhappy we were with this place.

Super bad food and service . Took them 45 min to get 3 kids spaghetti and a ceviche. We were the only table in the restaurant. Had to get up and see what was taking them. The lady responded that the kitchen also had to do the orders from the pool kiosk and the bar. I glanced at the pool and it was empty and the bar was empty too. Sooooooo.... The place is family friendly that's why I gave it some stars.

Room was decrepit & hot as an oven no air conditioning with 83 degree weather ask for AC they told me it would be $106 dollars more per night they gave me a small fan that blew very little hot air window (only one) wide open but room never cooled so it would be bearable. Good music had a great singer entertaining Just not worth what we paid for
