Lovely place to stay. Normally stay every year at Christmas time only thing with this year was it was very quiet and the bistro closed and sports bar closed due to Covid Clean rooms serviced everyday!! Which is great staff amazing

The lobby and our room were clean and spacious. One suggested improvement would be about the hotel information provided to guests in the rooms. The correct process to access the carpark after 11 pm was unclear. The written information provided in the room said to scan our room keycard to open the roller door but this didn't work. We had to go to reception and was advised scanning won't work and we have to call reception and they will open the roller door for us. It would be great if the hotel information provided in the guests rooms are kept up to date to avoid confusion and inconvenience to hotel guests. Aside from this minor inconvenience, we enjoyed our stay at Mercure Melbourne Caroline Springs hotel. Thank you.

We had major dramas the first night, room card would not open parking garage door, other guests were allocated our room and walked in on us at 4am and then reception rang about 4.30pm and wanted us to verify our room number and said we were allocated another room. Next day the room card wouldn't open the door, toilets in the public area were filthy.

Its been a while between stays here and I was hoping things would have improved. Lets start with the overpriced restaurant that thinks charred to death steak is medium rare. The second effort was nearly ok. $55 for a very small overcooked Tbone served only with chips, its always going back to the kitchen. King bed Lake view room was nice and tidy. But I think the bed has been in the room since the hotel opened. Springs coming through the mattress, stop being cheap and get some new beds. Up there with the worst bed ive slept in.

1. The lady in the morning when I checked out was not very helpful. 2. The lady had a bad attitude. 3. Was not helpful when asked for anything. 4. No Toothbrush or shaving in the room. 5. When asked the receptionist in the morning she said she don't have in stock. Such a big hotel and no good service Also, when I booked the room there was a sofa available in the room as per the photos. But when I reached at the room there was no sofa. When I called the staff they said its the same in all the rooms. But my friend stayed at the hotel before as well who recommended me this place confirmed there was a sofa in the rooms. Its should have things that you see when you make the booking or made clear that it can be different. Wont be booking this place again.

The room was very clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. Staff were very nice and welcoming and the facilities were great. The only issue was the noise from cars hooning about in the car park outside, which is out of your control. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

I love the location of the Mercure Caroline Springs. A small Shopping Centre is across the road with a Coles and Woolies, a small lake you can walk around, kids' playground nearby, breakfast at the Hotel Cafe with great coffee. Just love the location. 10/10

I 5 dagar fungerade allting perfekt fram till lördag morgon. Efter att ha väntat på den beställda frukosten i 45 minuter blev vi tvungna att gå för att hinna med dagens uppgifter.Då hade vi drucket upp kaffet och juicen sedan länge och frågat efter maten 2 gånger. Det gjorde att vi också hoppade frukosten nästa dag, avresedagen.
