Wonderful family hotel. Super friendly staff, good food options for kids, great little pool amd spa areas and stayed with our dog in the room. Mountain view from the room was amazing. A great location for late summer walking, or skiing in the winter. We'll be back!

Booked a premium room with mountain view for a 5 nights stay. While our room was on the mountain view side, we had a ground floor room with a view of three adjacent chalets and walkers passing our bedroom window on a wanderweg. Feel that Expedia customers receive lesser treatment than direct bookings. While the room was disappointing, the restaurant and staff were first class.

We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities this hotel has to offer. Quiet, wonderful views, beautiful wellness oasis, excellent cuisine, bus to the concert and, above all, very dedicated and friendly staff under the careful and very personal management of the director couple. We will be back.
