One of the best properties I have ever stayed in. Wondering location, very clean and super helpful staff. The only negative was that the staff couldn’t provide a fan, we requested multiple times but apparently they did not have enough fans for all rooms. Apart from this, everything else was great

Amazing hotel. From the moment we got picked up from Saanen train station by their shuttle service to our return everything provided by the friendly staff and the hotel services was excellent. We particularly enjoyed the pool. spa and having use of the bikes was an extra bonus.

We were there for a company event that included attending the Beach Gstaad volleyball tournament. The biggest complaint that we all had was how hot the room was at night. We had to have the windows and balcony door open, which let in the noise from people on the street, the night time party at the tournament and mosquitos. We also didn’t have the best service in the restaurant and our bill was well over 1000 francs for our work party dinner. Those are the reasons why I gave it 4 stars and not 5. The room was clean and modernized and the bed was comfortable. The location is very convenient but the rooms are hot and having the windows and doors open lets in all the noise from the street below. Be aware of that when booking.

We had an initial challenge but the situation was expertly handled by the GM/CEO where she demonstrated real leadership and customer care. We look forward to returning later this year!
