A very interesting building with unusual styled rooms. Staff was pleasant, and helpful. Breakfast was a very impressive array of meats, cheeses, fruits, breads, pastries, rolls, yoghurt, eggs, veggies, coffee, tea, juice and more. Nice ginger shots! Another unusual layout but it worked for the most part. Breakfast staff really busted their butt to stay on top of things. Well done!

We had a non-functioning blackout curtain in our room (room number 704), which allowed a significant amount of light into the room and made it difficult to sleep properly. We raised this issue with the manager at reception at the time, but unfortunately, he was unable to offer any solution or assistance. The issue was also reported to the hotel. We are therefore quite disappointed with the standard of the room, especially considering that we paid over SEK 5,500 for our stay. For this price, we did not expect to be placed in an attic room with poor ventilation, no proper windows, and, on top of that, a broken blackout curtain. We completely understand that issues can occasionally occur, but what is particularly disappointing is that the problem was reported during our stay and no meaningful solution was offered. We feel that this falls well below the standard we should reasonably expect for the price we paid. We would therefore appreciate it if the hotel could offer us appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and the poor room conditions. We hope you can understand our disappointment and look forward to hearing how you would like to resolve this.
