This hotel was perfect. It was clean, comfortable and had the most amazing views. We went with a sporting group and right outside our rooms was a large grass area overlooking lake Jindabyne were the kids could play and the adults could relax with a drink.

All good, my only two concerns are: -Parking: for a motel, having too many cars parked in the car park, some utes with trailers, etc not leaving enough room for each guest to park in their own bay is an issue. Yes, you can park across the street but what's the point? In my opinion, there should be a size limitation and rules in place to avoid patrons leaving other patrons without their parking space -Housekeeping: bunk beds were not made when we arrived, sheets were clean and available on top of bunk beds. We would have prefer the beds to be made before our arrival

Convenient and nice location, good facilities and the room was tidy and clean. Bathroom/shower was a bit small with no lock but to be expected. Free wifi was good. Staff service was unfortunately quite unfriendly and somewhat hostile from one of the receptionists when we walked into the reception area to check in, we were early and didn’t realise that we didn’t need to check in for our room. Parking bays should be reserved for those staying in the rooms as a lot of the time most of these were full. Pretty good experience overall though!

A brand new multi storey addition with undercover parking and even an elevator makes for extra convenience. Although, the sliding doors to the balcony lacked any fly wire and the room needed privacy curtains to prevent people from seeing inside from the motel block directly opposite. It certainly was quiet. Double glazing helped.

We lucked out and got a room in the new building, which is quite nice. Unfortunately, we got the one room in the new building for which there is not a covered parking space underneath. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was in a new part of hotel, large room with great bathroom and large shower. Breakfast was included and very good. The hotel had direct access to lake jinderbine. Great hotel and excellent value .

Great views of the lake. Super comfy bed, modern bathroom with a cooked breakfast to start the day, centrally located to shops and restaurants. We ate upstairs at the pub the second night. Meals were fantastic, good size tasty and fresh vegetables cooked well. Staff were friendly and helpful and plenty of pool tables. Regret going to other pub night before.

Lake Jindabyne Hotel has never dropped it's standard i n the 20years we have been visiting. After a long day on the road, you pull in and open the door to a freshly cleaned and fully equipped room with a fantastic view. The bar & balcony are fantastic to just sit and relax with a drink or a meal from the bistro. The staff are always friendly and great service. Wouldn't stay anywhere!!!

Very little parking. Beds were comfortable. For the price I would have expected they could have actually made up the beds rather than placed sheets on them. no linen change except for a clean bathmat.

The room was not cleaned when I checked in. Thankfully I was offered another room which was a very good thing, but what if there wasn't another room available? The room I fist checked into had visible human waste in the toilet, the morrow was filthy as was the sink. There was crap all over the floor and a toothbrush and tooth picks left in the sink area. It was disgusting.

Our room was old and tired (just like me). The room had a number of blow flies in it and no fly spray, so used the curtains to exterminate them. The shower and toilet area is very small and no hooks to hang clothes. Neither the A/C or the T/V remotes worked (probably flat batteries). The dinner menu was quite extensive, but our orders - beef skewers and Eden mussels - were not enjoyed at all. The beef was quite tough and several of the mussels were not properly cooked. When we complained about the mussels, we were advised that the chef would be informed. When we enquired later what was the outcome, we were advised that the chef had in fact been told, but no one knew what he said. Not good enough. On the other hand the buffet breakfast could not be faulted. A great variety and well presented. Would we stay here again - NO.

We were upgraded to the new part of the hotel which was great as it was brand new. The only problem for us was the bedroom was located upstairs and bathroom downstairs. Also we had problems with Wifi and there was no staff around at 3pm to assist us. Reception was closed for the day!

Superb room in the new block. Easily the best in our 8 weeks travelling around Australia. Bed was huge and comfortable; the bathroom with 'his and hers' sinks and large soft bath towels, with an enormous walk in shower was like being in a 5 star hotel. The only slight downside was the breakfast food, as some items were not great and the coffee was very poor BUT the room itself was tremendous.

Stayed in large studio which was brand new. King size bed and generous bathroom. Tastefully decorated throughout, big flat screen tv, and brilliant location close to lake and shopping village. Complementary buffet breakfast was delicious and absolute value for money. Will definitely recommend and stay again.

What a beautiful new wing to the hotel. The bedroom upstairs had fantastic lake views (given the name). The fixtures and fittings are very high end. Hope they redo the whole site to the new wing standard. I liked the contactless check in with your room pin code sent to your phone. The lady at breakfast marking people off the list was very welcoming and full of smiles. So great to see. Really enjoyed my stay.

The Lake Jindabyne Hotel is in a great location and within easy walking distance to restaurants and the lake. The views from the room are spectacular as you watch the sun rise over the lake. The bathroom had been recently renovated, but the rest of the unit could benefit from an update too. Overall I would recommend this hotel, and the free breakfast is a bonus!
