Great location with a view of the lake. Restaurants onsite and breakfast was included. Would stay here again. Only negative was there is no lift for those requiring mobility assistance

As I've already filled out the online form, the checkin process was very quick. The room is very modern and clean. They offered a free drying room, which is very handy if you're going to the snow mountains. Plenty of parking in the 2 small carparks and the overflow carpark across the street. We also parked in the medical centre carpark which was better than the overflow as it wasn't muddy. Breakfast was a good selection of hot & cold items. We tried out both the Overflow and Clancys restaurants for dinner, and rate the food 5 stars. The location is so convenient as we walked to the nearby shops and even walked to Woolies, as parking around there is a nightmare during the school holiday snow season. All in all, we've found a gem and will definitely come back.

We were not made aware of the stair arrangement and found access to our room and dining facility difficult

Recently renovated and a great location to explore the areas around. Good parking. There is a little bit of additional noise from the restaurant and bar downstairs on a Fri / Sat night. The benefits of having good quality places to eat and drinks within the same property makes up for it after a long day.

Great location to get to the snow, great food, staff were friendly and helpful, entertainment most nights, beds were so comfortable. Only downfall was the parking for the hotel is limited and that there is no lift, only stairs. But overall we were very happy.

The hotel has two options for food and both were fantastic. Breakfast was part of the deal too. Access was difficult as there is no elevator. We obtained a room that had a double bed and a bunk bed for 2 children. The double bed was up against a wall and was difficult to get in and out of without disturbing my partner. Location of the hotel is fantastic with easy access to the shopping centre and lake.

The location is fantastic but given the premium in price we expected more than a good location and what’s offered by a typical model. The cleanness was disappointing, we saw a dirty sock left behind the stool and hidden spots remain uncleaned.

It is very convenient and clean to stay. The staff members were all very friendly. Breakfast was consistently good as we stayed there for 5 nights. The room cleaning was done very well daily. The only comment we had is the bed/mattress is too soft for us, not hard type, so kinda hard to sleep during the nights. Could be due for a mattress change. Otherwise, everything is prefect.

Soundproofing in the rooms is terrible.

The property is currently under renovation, which I think they should let people know before booking. There were tarps and mess all over the corridors and workmen everywhere bing incredibly noisy, especially throughout the night as they seemed to be staying there too. The walls of the rooms are cardboard thin, so you can literally hear everything going on in the rooms and hallways around you. You can hear people on the toilets, hear them talking on the phone, hear what they are watching on tv, and you can certainly hear their loud rap music being played at midnight and beyond. We did get a newly renovated room, which was really comfortable, really nice and clean and loved the new decor etc. It's just after a long day when you want to sleep, the noise is incredibly loud from surrounding guests.

Great place to stay wish I’d booked the front rooms looking over the lake but I can’t complain it’s a beautiful Inn.

We stayed in the base family room that has a double and a bunk bed. All updated. Small but perfect for what we needed which was day trips to the snow. Fab location to walk to restaurants etc and easy parking. Great rate that included an excellent breakfast too. However, the rooms you can hear pretty much everything in the corridors (they actually supply ear plugs). Level 2 on Saturday night we didn’t hear the bar. It was other guests. So as much as it really suited our needs, if you’re a light sleeper and can’t sleep with ear plugs. It’s probably not for you. If the rooms were quieter, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Accomodation double charged me the accommodation fee. When I pointed this out to the Manager I was told that they were unable to refund the credit card surcharge associated with the second payment. The Manager was rude and combative when I pointed out that I am being penalised because of their mistake. Manager maintained the she will not refund the Credit Card surcharge and then threatened to charge Administration fees if I tried to discuss the matter further with them. Management finally paid the duplicated credit card fees when I advised them that I will refer the matter to the ACCC. I never received an apology from Management. Dispute this, I found the room clean and comfortable but noisy music till 2:30 am The restaurant staff were very warm and friendly, food was terrific.

Alarming Unethical Practices at Banjo Paterson Inn I recently had the displeasure of staying at the Banjo Paterson Inn, an establishment that has demonstrated shockingly unethical behavior. It is evident that the Banjo Paterson Inn has no qualms about taking advantage of their guests by surreptitiously accessing and exploiting their credit card information without any prior warning or authorization. Such actions are not only morally reprehensible but also outright illegal. I implore anyone considering booking a stay at this hotel to exercise utmost caution and protect their card information vigilantly. The Banjo Paterson Inn has demonstrated an utter lack of respect for its guests' financial security and is evidently willing to engage in clandestine financial activities without the slightest regard for their customers' consent or well-being. It is crucial for prospective guests to be aware of the alarming practices at the Banjo Paterson Inn, as their actions constitute a serious breach of trust. Any establishment that operates with such blatant disregard for customer rights and privacy cannot be trusted to uphold even the most basic standards of professionalism and integrity.

Banjo Paterson is very good value for the price. First class service, great clean and modern facilities, incredibly friendly and efficient staff and above all they actually care about their guests. The location is wonderful too, close to all things you need to be. If staying in Jindabyne I would rate them above all.

Check in was simple (as was check out 2 days later) thanks to Tina - she is proffessional, courtious and friendly. But my biggest like was the bed - I slept for 11hrs! And the breakfast buffet is amazing. I'll be back again for sure.

We turned up earlier than planned at around 12:30pm. After staying 5 times previously we did not expect the welcome that we received. We were told that they would message us when a room became available (with a smug look on the receptionists face). A lie! Could not check in until 1 min past 2:00pm. We had come back from a walk and just waited in the restaurant. Honestly just tell the truth or allow an early check in when the rooms were "clearly" cleaned and available; especially given that we always check out early. Some business sense would be very good. We will have second thoughts about going back again due to how we were treated.

Stay was excellent. Breakfast was fantastic and the sever in the morning was our favourite. I like the different restaurants within the establishment. Close to walking path and shopping. We will return!

Great location, lots of things to do nearby. The balcony has nice lake view, was beautiful & very relaxing. Children liked to walk along the lake. Not far from the mountains.

Prima hotel met een jeugdige vibe, centraal gelegen vlak bij het meer in Jindabyne. Supervriendelijk personeel en uitstekend ontbijt. Diner opties ook prima. Ruime kamer met fijn king bed en stapelbed, moderne schone badkamer. Zeer geschikt als uitvalsbasis voor Mt Kosciuszko. Wij komen hier graag weer terug.

We were there in autumn - off season. Would probably be a bit noisy at peak times. Fantastic supplied breakfast. Staff were nice.
