Front desk employees were super sweet.however the property sucked. Elevators broken. Hot tub was broken which is the main reason why I booked at this location. The rooms smelt weird. Beds were uncomfortable and even though there was a fan in the bathroom there was no switch for it and taking a shower made the bathroom unbearable to be in.

One of the cleanest hotels-everywhere. Lobby restrooms clean, smelled good and personals if you needed. Bar very nice bartender so nice. Had a restaurant but I didn’t eat but there were several tables. Will definitely stay here every time I’m coming to Dallas.

Overall the Hilton Garden Inn North was pretty good. Liked the free parking and the front desk staff was really great. I would rate the property higher but having a broken elevator and a broken ice machine made for some inconvenience. The location is very convenient and very little road noise.

Very clean and the staff is nice. Plus covered parking inside parking garage is free and you go directly from elevator in garage to your floor. Great for packing and unpacking. Safe.

Great location, close to everything. Safe parking, doors locked w/ key access at night (Nice feature), rooms are spacious and comfortable. Updated TVs (So many hotels don't have this...), nice workstation, comfy matresses, cold AC, overall everything was excellent.

AC is cold and works. Door was sticking to the floor which made it hard to open. Cleaning staff was unpredictable. Only one elevator was in service.

A storm knocked out the electricity and they had a generator for the essentials. I applaud them for that. Had to take a cold shower.. again not their fault. The property was clean and bed was comfortable…all I could ask for… they did excellent on the things they could control.

Second stay here and both times facility was clean rooms were very nice, well maintained and staff was friendly and helpful. Only minor issue was you can hear the freeway at times but that is unavoidable.

This hotel needs routine maintenance. The dark shade on the window did not stop until it was almost to the floor. The bathroom sink faucet did not turn off. The water spigot on the tub was falling off. The hot tub is very dirty.

At check-in, the employee checking us in was not friendly at all. She asked if I was a Hilton honors member and I said no. Then she pulled up something and said “well you aren’t a HH member”. Then she needed to see a credit card so I have a credit card with no number except on app- the number is not on the card - her response, in a rude tone, “I need a card with numbers on it” so I pulled it up in wallet on my phone. I let the person behind me go first because she just wanted a drink and the same employee points to the side and says “ you can just ring it up yourself there”. The other guest was trying to verify she could charge it to the room from that kiosk and the employ was curt in her response. She gave answers but her tone was not friendly at all. One elevator was dirty upon arrival and dirtier the next morning. However, the rest of facility was clean and the rest of the staff was friendly especially the young man at breakfast. The interstate noise is a little loud at night but it is right by the interstate.

We stay here every 90 days for business or their adjacent property but usually Prefer this one because of their excellent bartenders and certain front desk young Lady. This time we had no issues until this morning. I awoke before my hubby to shower and was trapped in the shower until i was able to scream loud enough to wake him up. The shower sliding door was stuck and off track. It was hard To close at first but i didnt think anything of it. My hubby had to remove the door completely to get me out. I usually travel Alone and had i been alone, I would have been trapped in there till well after checkout when housekeeping came to clean. Thank Goodness that didnt happen. When i checked out and interrupted what looked to ge a personal phone call with the lady at front desk. Her response was simply ill inform maintenance and that was it. Let me Also mention for the last year and a half i have tried to use the indoor heated pool as they always say it’s working and it is not heated STILL and unable To be used. Unsatisfactory to say the least. The amenities are included in the price but i did not get my money worth. Also never have the adult beverages you advertise and always run out Of food or appetizers every time. DO BETTER HILTON. SincereLY EXPEDIA AND HILTON MEMBERS

The hotel itself is nice. But the expressways are almost within throwing distance of the rooms, and as a result the traffic noise can be overwhelming. We had trouble getting to sleep the night we were there. Otherwise the room itself was very clean, and the bed very comfortable. Staff were all professional and courteous.

Maintenance was lacking. Lightbulb out, dryer not working, walls thin. I had a sleepless first night because they put me in a room close to Central Expressway which was very noisy. I also had a mixup when I booked an extra night and had to go down to the lobby at 11 PM to get it sorted. The staff is really nice though.

We didn't do breakfast at the hotel since there were better cheaper places close around. They dont have any type of shuttle which would have been nice since we were traveling but we use uber. Also our room was book for 4 people and we only had 2 towels we asked for more and never got them. you could tell the room had either just been finished being renovated or was about 90% done, painters tape on the wall, every fixture in the bathroom was loose you had to slam the sink facet down to get it to stop leaking. the tile behind the coffee bar/ fridge area wasn't finished. One of the beds wasn't sitting proper on the base/frame so we had to call maintance for that as well. Nothing crazy or major but I noticed it so I know others will to. it looked like a DIY at a relatives house not a Hilton. also about an hr before check out the tv just stopped working? was that on purpose? just weird.

There were no blinds in my room. Two of the different lights in the room didn’t work at all and the bathroom door was a sliding door and was stuck in place and couldn’t be closed. The hotel was notified and there was no other room available to move us to so we had to stay in this room. They sent maintenance to the room and they said there had to be a work order put in for these things to be fixed and it would be the next day before it could get done. Beyond upset with this stay.

Most of our stay was great. Issue with bathroom door coming off rollers and fell. Unable to fix it. We told front desk. We were disappointed in the high cost for breakfast. Rarely have we stayed at a hotel where there wasn’t a free breakfast.

The service throughout my stay was amazing but my room wasn’t the best compared to last year when I stayed in the same hotel. The sliding door to the bathroom kept getting stuck and off track, which wouldn’t have been safe if I was alone & my family wasn’t there to open it from the outside. The sink and shower kept leaking after turning the water off. Lastly, there was a smell in the room and the pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable. I was very surprised because my last stay was perfect and this time I had a totally different experience. I believe everything is fixable and wouldn’t mind giving the hotel another try because the location is perfect and near the mall & downtown.

The front desk staff as well as the GM, Hilarie spent their time explaining why they didn’t NEED to offer the most basic of services: bottled water for Hilton Honors and follow through on requested housekeeping instead of just owning the missteps and fixing the problem. Terrible customer experience and it would appear to be based on lack of basic training.

There were 4 of us in our double queen room, we only got 3 towels/washcloths. We asked for another set, and were told they didn't have ANY. Hotel was not full by any stretch, wide open parking and saw very few guests when we were there. Front desk and housekeeping said there were no towels or washcloths, and there was nothing they could do about it. It was completely bizarre, like going to a restaurant, your food comes out and they tell you there's no utensils to eat with. Towels are a BASIC necessity at a hotel. How could they not have ANY in the entire hotel? It made no sense. One person in our group did not get to shower, which is unacceptable when you've paid for a room for 4. I've never experienced that before, and not one employee was interested in providing a solution. One guest checking out said we could have their unused towels - IMAGINE this! It was strange to say the least, and unacceptable at best.

Lady was very unfriendly when we checked in and we had to wait forever for her to come from the back to even acknowledge us. The girls the next day were so nice though and made up for her rudeness. Faculties were decent especially for the price!

Overall hotel and staff were great! The only Bad thing is location. Hotel is located in homelessville. I was in my room about 1 hour and my truck was broken into, window shattered and a laptop stolen from truck. 3 other guests also had same thing happen to them. Bad location for a nice hotel!!! Beware!!

I was traveling in Dallas on business and this hotel was conveniently located off the expressway. It has a modern vibe and the front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. The restaurant unfortunately closed early all 3 nights that I was there, and I worked late so it was problematic as there aren’t many dining options nearby.

We booked this hotel specifically because it had a pool and breakfast. Check in and the pool is out of service and there wasn’t any breakfast served. We also found old blood on the sheets.

When we arrived, they told us that the pool was broken. That was a big part of our stay. We went down for breakfast this morning (3/12/2023) and the restaurant was dark. I asked them if there was going to be any breakfast, they said no. A continental breakfast was also supposed to be included with our stay, but they said that there was a maintenance issue. We later found out that no one showed up to prepare breakfast. We are beyond disappointed and probably not going to stay at another Hilton Garden Inn.
