The receptionist and the gouvernante were very rude and unprofessional they didn’t want to help . However the hotel Manager and the restaurant managers were very nice and very helpful

Séjour décevant au Djerba Golf Resort & Spa, qui ne correspond pas selon nous au niveau attendu d’un 4 étoiles. Les chambres sont vieillissantes, la literie peu confortable et plusieurs détails donnent une impression de manque d’entretien : baignoire repeinte avec traces de peinture, poire de douche marquée, portes des toilettes et de la salle de bain qui grincent, chasse d’eau peu efficace. Le ménage n’était pas réellement fait tous les jours : lit refait, serviettes changées, mais sols non nettoyés systématiquement. Il a fallu réclamer. La restauration est très répétitive : légumes parfois peu cuits, mêmes desserts chaque soir et café décevant, souvent du Nescafé. Les animations sont sympathiques grâce à l’équipe, mais peu variées : aquagym, réveil musculaire limité, soirées répétitives avec karaoké, chanteur, courte danse orientale ou soirée tunisienne. Au-delà d’une semaine, tout semble déjà vu. Plusieurs services annoncés étaient fermés ou non fonctionnels : piscine couverte, pizzeria Pergola, restaurant italien, grill extérieur jamais vu ouvert. Le spa est cher, avec des prix affichés en euros. La plage était mal entretenue, avec algues non nettoyées et bouts de verre dans le sable. Toilettes extérieures lamentables : bouchées, portes qui bloquent, et toilettes hommes de la plage sans lumière. Point positif : Wi-Fi gratuit partout et certains employés très agréables, notamment Alaaeddine, Faker, Amine, Ali et Hamida. Mais globalement, l’organisation est insuffisante.
