Room and facilities were clean and comfortable. Unfortunately there was a party going on across the alley from us that woke us up several times. Underground parking is great but at an additional cost and is quite tight for larger vehicles.

Overall the stay was great. There is no ice machine on property and the front desk didn't even know what ice was. That was weird! Great value to stay downtown Edmonton with a large family.

I was unsure when I first walked in. The place seems very old. The elevators are really small and very slow. The staff, however, were very sweet and informative and once I got to the suite I was convinced this hotel was perfect. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean and nice. I have 2 small children so finding a hotel with 2 bedrooms is essential. The area is super cute but can sometimes seem a little unsafe with the amount of sirens we heard all night. Thankfully they have underground parking so I didn’t have to worry. I will absolutely be staying here again.

The hotel is in a sketchy part of downtown Edmonton. The room was huge with a bedroom, an office and a living room/kitchenette. Unfortunately, I could not get the room cold enough for me, even with the AC and fan on full. The toilet handle broke on first try, maintenance had to fix it. I scratched my medium-sized SUV leaving the tiny parking spot they assigned me in the underground parkade. I will stay somewhere else next time.

Room was large and clean. One front desk staff on duty at a time, she was away from the desk when I arrived to check in and since the front door is locked after 6pm I had to stand outside in the snow until she was available to open up for me. Very limited underground parking. Overall good for the price but not the most convenient.

The apartment was just ok. It was well equipped and spacious, and in a decent location. However, underground parking is an extra charge and free parking is provided in the nearby strip mall paling lot. We found a bottle of water under the couch when we dropped something, suggesting that the place is not cleaned properly between stays. At this price point we're also expecting a proper duvet cover rather than a duvet tugged between two flat sheets.The bedroom windows faced the alleyway, which was flooded with light that even the closed curtains didn’t black out fully.

Underwhelmed. My first impression: The lobby smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and the front desk clerk was painfully slow. They asked for a $200 deposit because I booked online and then required another $20 for parking. Parking comes with an old school garage door opener that is another $50 if lost. Cha-Ching, Cha-Ching. Stress levels are rising and I’m barely 10 minutes in the door. The actual stay: There is no daily newspaper as advertised and the televisions were a complicated nightmare to operate. The beds and baths appeared to be clean but the kitchen was not. Thankfully I didn’t need it. Beds were comfy however and the building was quiet.

We stayed in the 2 bed room 2 bath suit, the bathrooms were quiet drirty, and if you looked you could see it requires someone to do more than a quick surface clean, walls are dirty, doors, basebords, light fixtures, corners ext. However the bedding was clean and for me that was the important thing.

I do really like staying here and have been here 5 times in 6 months. Its a convenient location. Pet friendly. Comfy beds (and im super picky). Friendly staff. Cleaning could be a bit better. And the rooms are a bit on the warm side.

The staff was extremely accommodating. When we checked in there was an issue with both our drapes and our TV remote and--instead of explaining how to fix them, over the phone--one of the front desk staff actually came upstairs to our room to help us resolve the problem! The rooms were huge, featuring all sorts of kitchenware, tons of storage space, and cozy furnishings like a faux (but toasty-warm) fireplace. We were also grateful to have full-sized appliances, which are nearly impossible to find in suites these days. The property is old-ish, so the oven didn't work very well, (the temperature wasn't as hot as indicated) and the elevator was a tad on the scary side. Nonetheless, this was the absolute perfect place to have a family gathering, and we were quite grateful to the staff and the owners for providing such a wonderful place to stay.

We were situated on the top floor which I liked as Jasper Ave can get quite loud (emergency vehicles and people). Parking wasn’t available in the parkade so we had to park in the save on foods parking lot a bit of a walk away. Definitely do not leave anything in your car!!! The room was clean, spacious, and the convenience of the kitchen was great for our needs.

Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only downfall was there was only AC in the main area and not in the bedrooms however, there were ceiling and standing fans in each room.

I am so happy I booked this property for our family of five for a week. We had a very spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath unit which had a full size washer and dryer, dishwasher and a fully stocked kitchen. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and professional. The city area around the property was a little dingy and you would occasionally see homeless people, but that’s expected in any big city. The hotel is conveniently located next to shopping and highways. I also liked that the entrance to the hotel was always locked, you would gain entry either by card key or staff opening the door for you. Our next trip to Edmonton will definitely include another stay at this hotel.

Loved this location for an Oilers game at the Roger’s Place. We walked back after the game, much faster than trying to wait for an uber. It was clean and spacious, beds and pillows were comfortable. The laundry in the suite was a plus. There is underground parking for a fee or free parking in the plaza beside the hotel. Many food options and stores in the area. Great staff, heating and cooling was easily managed with the in room thermostat.

Hotel was largely fine, but the check in was a bit frustrating. I didn't arrive until after 5 pm, and the front door was locked, due to being outside normal business hours. Provided a note on the door to talk through an intercom or call a phone number. Unfortunately, neither worked, and I was only able to get in, as another guest saw me. At the front desk, there was a note that the clerk was away, helping another guest. About 10 minutes later, she came back, and the rest of the check in went smoothly. Basically, boils down to if you are going to have a system where the door automatically locks for security, you still require a reliable way for guests to enter and check in. Most hotels I've stayed pretty much have a desk clerk at the front desk, and when I came back after dinner around 8 pm, no one there. Rest of the hotel was nice and good location.

We were very early to our check in time and we were so thankful for the allowance to check in when we arrived. Our family of 4 had tons of room and were pleasantly surprise at how big the suite was! The 2 bedroom were perfect. Kitchen was fully stocked and happy to also have laundry right in the suite which was perfect as we'd been traveling for a bit. The suite was perfect and the hotel is conveniently located to everything with most food deliveries being 10mins away. We felt right at home.

Parking was an issue. I called day prior and was told there was underground parking. Upon check in I was told it was full & to park in outdoor lot. I left my license plate with front desk as requested however someone didn’t do their job & they towed my vehicle. I left my license plate with front desk as requested however someone didn’t do their job & they towed my vehicle. The stay with my small pet worked very well. Spacious and well appointed amenities. Outdoor parking until indoor became available. Wifi wasn’t working and the hotel compensated me on checkout without any request. Helpful staff. Good location for my visit.

The stay overall of great! Loved the double king suite for family. The updates to the hotel were amazing but on check out in the morning on Monday. The clerk working reception desk. Seemed like she didn’t want to leave the office while I was waiting at the desk. Asking me questions throu the office door. Very un professional in my mind

Room was large and clean. One front desk staff on duty at a time, she was away from the desk when I arrived to check in and since the front door is locked after 6pm I had to stand outside in the snow until she was available to open up for me. Very limited underground parking. Overall good for the price but not the most convenient.

I was unsure when I first walked in. The place seems very old. The elevators are really small and very slow. The staff, however, were very sweet and informative and once I got to the suite I was convinced this hotel was perfect. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean and nice. I have 2 small children so finding a hotel with 2 bedrooms is essential. The area is super cute but can sometimes seem a little unsafe with the amount of sirens we heard all night. Thankfully they have underground parking so I didn’t have to worry. I will absolutely be staying here again.

Room and staff were good but the downtown area is very unsafe, our vehicle was broken into, would not recommend for bigger trucks that dont fit in underground parking.

I am so happy I booked this property for our family of five for a week. We had a very spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath unit which had a full size washer and dryer, dishwasher and a fully stocked kitchen. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and professional. The city area around the property was a little dingy and you would occasionally see homeless people, but that’s expected in any big city. The hotel is conveniently located next to shopping and highways. I also liked that the entrance to the hotel was always locked, you would gain entry either by card key or staff opening the door for you. Our next trip to Edmonton will definitely include another stay at this hotel.

First time staying in Downtown Edmonton so had some skeptism about staying right on Jasper Ave but I have nothing but positive experience . It’s a nice change from a hotel room . Stayed in the north east location as previous said jasper ave may get noisy from traffic . Everything you want and need in a place . We were able to walk to different fun pubs and bars . Everything you need from grocery store , food restaurants , coffee , liquor …. right outside your door. I will definitely be staying here again . Thank you for the hospitality

Loved this location for an Oilers game at the Roger’s Place. We walked back after the game, much faster than trying to wait for an uber. It was clean and spacious, beds and pillows were comfortable. The laundry in the suite was a plus. There is underground parking for a fee or free parking in the plaza beside the hotel. Many food options and stores in the area. Great staff, heating and cooling was easily managed with the in room thermostat.

We were two couples in town for a concert at Commonwealth. The location of this hotel is great for getting around - an easy 5 minute walk to the LRT and maybe 15 minutes to walk to the Ice District. There is a grocery store right beside the hotel and lots of restaurants around. We had a two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite and it was a great size, well equipped, and clean. The staff was friendly, check-in was easy, there is free outdoor parking a quick walk from the hotel (maybe 2 minutes) that we used with no issues. I’d stay here again.

Grocery store less then 5 min walk from hotel. -I found the price of the hotel to be reasonable for the experience provided. I easily gave this hotel a 5/5 and already booked this hotel for my next trip to edmonton in October.
