The hotel is pretty dated in general and could do with an update.Rooms and bathroom are a bit tired with leaky windows when it rained. Beds were clean and very comfortable.It's about a 10 minutes walk over the Wexford Bridge into town. Best part of this hotel are the staff who were some of the best we've come across. Very helpful and friendly. The food is especially good and would recommend for a meal.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect and provided an opportunity to walk across the bridge into town with glorious views and sun sets. The room sadly was just dated and the bathroom was old, cramped, and not clean- the toilet had a slow leak and the shower was impossibly tiny!

Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Room was comfortable and clean with plenty of space. Looking forward to returning to Wexford so I can stay here again.

Stayed in many hotels and accommodations across England, Wales, and Ireland for two weeks. This was the only stay that didn’t meet my expectations. My mother would not use the shower in her room because it was dirty. The location is good and the staff was friendly. The restaurant on site was ok, but still one of the few times in my travels that the food wasn’t excellent.

We were looking for a bed & breakfast for one night just to Lay our heads. The staff we’re lovely and friendly the hotel itself was outdated would be beautiful if updated .. food was very good .. A bit of a damp bad smell in our room maybe from bathroom did say to staff and they sorted it! Shower was tiny

Rough nights sleep mostly because of the join between the beds as it was two singles joined together. But over all the Staff made the stay enjoyable.

Personnel très sympathique et serviable. Petit déjeuner excellent. Chambre jolie et bien équipée mais jenai pas trop aimé être au rez de chaussée, on entendait toutes les conversations venant des jardins et allées et l'insonorisation des chambres est moyenne.

Hotel is old and dated rooms are dark and stuffy plus we were put at the back of the hotel looking at out the bins. Didn’t book with breakfast but went on the first morning and was n9 buffet , had to order it and it wasn’t great. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels in Wexford and have to save it’s definitely the worse one. There was no music over the weekend either which is bad considering people have to go over the bridge. Very disappointed and won’t be back unless it’s updated and things change, I don’t recommend this hotel.

Chips looked and tasted pre cooked and luke warm, chicken overcooked and dry. over priced for what it was. Bed lumpy and shower was weak pressure. It could be a lovely Hotel with investment as great location.

I booked this accomodation after being in hospital so it was a very late check in. The hotel staff member Jim was very accommodating making sure I arrived ok etc. In the morning time Leanne provided great customer service and looked after me well and provided me with a phone charger as mine broke. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of options to choose from. The receptionist in the morning also provided great customer service (I forget her name, black hair tied back with glasses)

On arrival the girl at reception was not very friendly she did not welcome us, she did not say please or thank you. Given the cost of the room for the night I would expect the receptionist to be a lot more friendly.

Lovely check-in with Dawn who is so cheerful and helpful! Great stay as we make our way up the east coast - roomy accommodations, comfortable and modern. Perfect location for easy parking and seeing city centre Wexford which is just a walk across the bridge. Beautiful property!

We stayed in the hotel on a Saturday night and we booked at short notice so therefore we paid more than you would expect for a double room in this hotel at €150. The hotel room was quite dated, the window latches didn't close properly and there was no plug in the sink so my husband could not shave. However the restaurant food and service were both very good. It is also in a convenient location to walk across the bridge into the town so I think we would book this hotel again for that reason but it would need to be at a more reasonable price.
