Property and staff were nice. The room overlooked The Crown bar and there is music until 1am on Friday and 2am on Saturday nights. While we knew the bar offered late night music we didn’t realize we would experience that in the room itself. It was as if we were in the bar. There is no soundproofing of the bar or room. Ok if you were out on the town for the night but if looking for an early night that was not an option. Perhaps when there is no music it is a different experience.

The car parking area was haphazard and slightly disorganised but the staff sorted things out. The e-mail the hotel sent was not correct and we had to go into the cafe pub and ask the staff rather than be sent a code a day before our booking. They couldn't have been more helpful and the room was fine.

Our stay was perfect as the hotel is lovely, well situated by the quay with easy access to all amenities in Wexford town. The bedroom was quirky with modern finishes...! Bathroom would suit people with a disability as there is plenty of room with walk-in shower 🚿. The staff and manager were absolutely lovely, always ready to make the guests comfortable and contented. The one downfall is parking, not so much parking as it's pay parking. One day it cost us 10 Euro as The Crown Quarter have a discount to 5 Euro where if we had put in the 6 Euro as displayed we would have gotten an all day ticket so advice spend the extra Euro for cheaper parking 🅿️.

Check in is at the bar, convenient! The room was nice, clean and comfortable. View off to the side of the water. Restaurant downstairs was very nice, good food, service and the BEST sticky toffee pudding! Nice little bar, Maggie May's right across the courtyard for a nightcap. Paid parking is right behind the property.

Excellent hotel with fab Indian restaurant on 1st floor. Would recommend the special which is three mains (smaller dishes) to give lots of choice. Crown bar also great and staff were excellent. Parking costs £5 for 24hrs which is good value and a very short distance to the hotel.

Nice pub, not too bad on the noise. Smell of Indian restaurant was a bit strong at times and the check in was a nightmare as we were behind a crowd of drunks waiting to check in. Not really the pubs fault

Parking is not good nearest car park you need cash for, we parked at the cinema as took card. Very noisy until after midnight as our room was overlooking the entertainment area. Room was lovely but far too warm even with the window open. 27 degrees Celsius so struggled to sleep. Bed was comfy. As long as you don’t want an early night it’s a lovely hotel

Spacious, comfortable room with fun decor. Comfortable bar and 2 lovely resterants in the building. The room was clean but had an odd smell that made spending time in the room unpleasant. Staff made a note of it but couldn't do anything about it since they were booked up.

We waited until an hour after check in for our room. The room was like a bordello and dark with very little light. When took off my shoes the floor was sopping wet. The manager wanted to dry it with a blow dryer while we were there. The noise from the bar below went on into the wee hours. Whoever highly rated this place was nuts.

The room was comfortable, clean and nice size. The bed was great. There were ear plugs for us because of the music but we were there when there wasn't music and it was great. Staff were very helpful. Cute bar area and lots of places to eat within walking distance.

Very convenient location with lots of great stuff nearby. The room itself was very quirky and stylish. Lots of noise transference inside the room (footsteps from above, voices and TV from next door), and I could hear music from the bars below - on a Sunday and Monday night it wasn't bad at all, but I imagine it could be disruptive on a weekend! They do provide earplugs in the room though which was a nice touch.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They explained the parking rules so we knew our best options. We will stay here again. Bar manager/owner came around to make sure all was going well for us and was very helpful too.

Overnight stay on an Irish road trip. Check in was a little bit laboured but very friendly staff and a nice room made up for that. Hotel is on a traffic free street but parking is available at the back.

We had a lovely stay at the Crown. There was a mix-up with our reservation (not the fault of the Hotel) and the staff worked hard to resolve it for us (thanks Anthony and Tyra!). The location is definitely convenient for those traveling by rail or bus, but be aware the area is quite lively with nightlife.

Crown Quarter was located conveniently close to many pubs, shopping and restaurants as well as to the main bus and train station which was terrific since we relied on public transportation for our entire trip. Slept very well, shower was super and excellent coffee in room each morning. There was some noise from pub downstairs on the Friday and Saturday but it didn't bother either of us at all. They did provide ear plugs but I didn't use them. Maybe I was just so tired from touring but I slept like the dead even on the supposed 'noisy' nights.

Great place to stay in Wexford. We stayed on a Sunday & Monday night so had no problems with noise. We ate & drank in the bar downstairs & it was very good. The venue doesn't do breakfast so we had to find cafes in the main street. Parking was a bit of a walk away but not too far. Communication from the hotel before arrival was excellent.

Sadly there was a bank playing in the dance hall which was very loud. Not really somthing i would complain abot but this time it was really lous and kept going till 1.30 .. i had a 5 am stsrt so not much sleep overall a nice place and great foos in jaspers

The room was really lovely with lots of frills. Very clean and cosy. Couldn’t get the heating to work, a bit too complicated for us to work out. The entrance to the hotel let it down a bit. The dining area and the restaurant was great and so was the food. We were made to feel special there.
