Very outdated. No elevator and limited staff checking in. One of the wait staffed was asked to help bring up bags and they only helped one of our party and said they had to get back to their station. Leaving the rest of us to bring up our own bags up the flight of stairs. Room was very hot with no way to turn down heat.

Great friendly staff. Front counter assistance was super. Restaurant amazing. Note there is no lift in this hotel and showers above baths only. Those with mobility issues may need to look elsewhere. All in all, a great hotel.

Made to feel very welcome from the moment we walked in the door. Rooms clean and modern. Shower was good. Plenty of food options and a nice pub attached (with unobtrusive sports tv). 15 mins from Rosslare port. Perfect!

The hotel did a great job of checking me in early. The only thing I would bring up was the shower area has some black mould on the ceiling. Other than that, great place to stay got the early ferry.

Bathroom was mouldy and plenty of cobwebs around. Surfaces clean but had not been thoroughly cleaned in a while. Corridors carpets were very worn, corridors also smelt damp. On check in the receptionist could not find our booking, it eventually emerged that someone else had been checked into our room. Reception told us no need to book for dinner, when we went to dinner the restaurant was full, after a long wait we were eventually seated in the bar wich had football on.

Handy hotel on the way to Rosslare Harbour. Rooms have not been decorated in years and our carpets were quite filthy and worn. If you’re running for the ferry in the morning bear in mind breakfast service is very slow with no buffet service at all.

This is a budget hotel and our stay was a short overnight prior to catching the morning ferry from Rosslare, so I am trying to put it into perspective. Plus points: it is very convenient for Rosslare and the evening meal and inclusive breakfast there are very good. Very good service too and we cannot praise the staff highly enough. Minus points: it is on a busy main road and the rooms in the front can be noisy with the window open. We needed the window open because in the absence of air con the west facing room got rather hot and stuffy. Though a desk fan in the room mitigated this to some extent. The TV only had a limited number of channels working. The room was big enough, but with limited facilities, and except for the temperature in warm weather it was comfortable. To be honest, the room especially looks in need of refurbishment. But given its location and price we were content with our stay.

Nice Hotel, friendly staff, my room was spacious, clean and quiet, Wifi worked well. I went for a pint in the attached pub, was friendly and lively. The included breakfast was really good. I didn't really explore the area of Wexford as I was jet lagged, but it was a good stop over on my way to Cork. Would recommend.

stayed for three nights, despite continually asking for it to be sorted out the TV in my room had extremely poor sound quality and was unusable. was told that if they couldn't fix it they would change my room, didn't happen and spent three nights listening to the radio on my phone.

Good hotel for a night’s stay, comfy bed and nice big room, quiet at night, really good food both dinner and at breakfast. Only downside was the quilt was too heavy and hot for the time of year, which made it a bit of an uncomfortable night as window could only be opened a little bit.

Staff were efficient, the room was spacious, quiet, comfortable and clean, and the hotel in general was attractive. The decor is a bit worn and dated, but not enough to affect the enjoyment of the stay. I had dinner at the hotel's restaurant, which was a great convenience after a long day's driving. The food was acceptable if a bit overpriced. It's not a restaurant I would go out of my way to visit. The orange juice they served was on the edge of freshness (a distinct alcohol smell) and the fish wasn't as fresh as one might hope although it was very palatable. I left too early to avail myself of the breakfast menu. I recommend this hotel.

The staff is wonderful, especially the young man that worked the overnight shift. He a had a hot takeaway breakfast ready for us. We had to leave before breakfast to catch the ferry to Wales. The dinner the night before was delicious and the server was very sweet.. The room was comfortable. The only complaints would be that the shower was quite small and it was very easy to hear the peoole walking around above us. Neither of those things are huge issues, but they are potential issues.

Needed a quiet and comfortable place to stay while in Wexford and the Farmer's Kitchen fitted the bill. Staff were welcoming and pleasant throughout my stay. The room was clean, towels changed daily, and the bed was comfortable. (not too sure about the carpet-looked a bit worn.) Had dinner at the hotel on the first night- well cooked and (too) plentiful. Breakfast was to order and the staff couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful. The hotel is only 10 mins from where I was working in Wexford town- easy access and free parking. Many thanks.

The staff were really friendly and very helpful. We had a very early start after our overnight stay and Sophie,the receptionist said she’d make sure we had a takeaway breakfast. It was ready at 06:30 and really very good. Great service all round.

We were put in an older, dated room, right next door to the function. A big function was on and lasted well past 8:00 pm, so we stayed away from the hotel as it was very loud. Stayed for 1 night at the Farmers Kitchen Hotel, pleasant stay with friendly helpful staff. Had requested an early check in as we were going to another event and this was arranged for us with both rooms being available. Rooms are good size, cleaned to a high standard, comfortable beds, tea making facilities. Breakfast served until 11.15 whihc was ideal for us. Have stayed here previously and would recommend it - good value, clean comfortable hotel, friendly staff

The staff including the Receptionist who checked us in, the night porter, the barman,the dining room at staff at breakfast were so helpful and friendly. The cooked breakfast was served quickly and it was hot and served with a smile! Nothing was too much trouble! We will be back!

Hotel is on an industrial esrate with nowhere nearby to walk to. I had asked for a high floor and quiet room, but was on level 1. I could hesr people above walking around and even coughing. Poor soundproofing as could hear the outside traffic too. Breakfast was very good though, with prompt ser ice and friendly staff. If i was in the area though i'd stay closer to town.
