The staff here are so friendly and helpful, they really make the place special. We had an early check out to catch the ferry and they gave us a lovely takeaway breakfast ready for us as we headed away.

Excellent dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and the room was great for a family of 4. Easy parking and good location for the ferry.

A very convenient place to stay, loads of parking. The room was good, quiet too. The food was fine for dinner, and the breakfast was full. My only gripe was the cheap toilet paper.

What great value and a great place.the room was spotless and was in the perfect location for my easy journey to the ferry port after a long day travelling. All the staff were friendly and couldn't be more helpful. The food in the restaurant was top class and the breakfast was freshly cooked and excellent. Couldn't fault it.The guy running the bar was friendly, funny and working his socks off.Would happily recommend.

The checkin in experience was quick and efficient and all information I’d need for my stay was provided to me. There was a staircase to the floor my room was on. Upon entering the floor was extremely creaky, there was only a fan and the window opened a crack for air circulation. There’s no air conditioning. The room was clean but it’s very very basic. This is almost more B&B style rooms rather than a modern hotel. The bedroom does overlook a busy main road so I had to close the window at night as the traffic the next morning would surely wake me this made the room a lot more stuffier. The next morning the hotel had an electrical outage which meant i had no running water in my room. This was fixed within 10/15 mins of me reporting it. I went for my breakfast and a waitress sat me at my table but I wasn’t taken care of for at least 25/30 mins it’s table service by the way and you choose from a menu. The lady in reception noticed me and I waved to check if I was supposed to go order the food at the coffee station. The lady who originally said she’d be back in a minute never came back to my table. This was the only negative about the entire stay. It’s fine for an overnight.
