Everything was perfect except the Valet. It was $65 per night and the last night my truck was left on the street under a tree and was covered in sap when they brought it to me to leave. I will definitely be back but will definitely ask where exactly my vehicle will be stored.

Great location, 2 blocks from Broadway and across from Bridgestone arena. Easy walk to Pancake Palace and The Diner for breakfast. We also walked to Nissan Stadium for the game. Very clean, great staff, nice gym and pool areas.

They Lost our car in Valet and also our key It’s the valet experience that caused us a lot of anxiety and inconvenience but Kiley did her best to help us in getting new keys etc I understand it wasn’t her fault personally

Beautiful hotel with a great rooftop bar and pool. The room was spotless, the bed super comfy, and the staff incredibly friendly. I was even able to check in early, which was a big plus. The location is perfect, walkable to all the fun spots. Will definitely be back!

The Joseph is an amazing hotel and I’ll definitely be staying again. The restaurant was excellent and the spa was incredible. It also has a really great gym, with an amazing view of the city while you’re working out.

The service from the employees at this property was top notch. Frankly, I haven't experienced this level of service since pre-Covid, and I'm grateful it exists somewhere. The property was ideally located for a quick walk to Broadway. It's a beautiful property. The room was immaculate and comfortable. The amenities were great. There's a rooftop pool, and a great Speakeasy on the 2nd floor, where the cocktails imaginative and tasty.

Pool area is dysfunctional. Waited 2 hours for a lounge chair. No one readily available to turn over chairs, drink and food service. Cleaning service didn’t come for requested cleaning. Towels with stains on them.

The hotel was great and close walking distance to explore. We were on the 18th floor so it was very quiet for downtown. Would love to stay here again. I wish we had a refrigerator in our room to accommodate any leftovers we had from eating out but overall great experience.

Room service screwed up every order. Resteraunt is horrible food. Nothing worked in room. No iPad, no work fi, no tv controller. Fridge was not working either. Spa was way over priced and locker room was horrible. No shelves on lockers and no bench to sit on. 385 for a poor massage and no service. Will never recommend or stay here again.

Great place to stay ! I stayed there for 3 days ! The restaurant serves excellent breakfast and coffee , pool is located right next to the rooftop bar, it’s really nice however crowded on weekends . The gym is very modern and basically has everything you need when you’re travelling ! The rooms are modern spacious clean and the beds are very comfortable too

Conveniently located just one block from the Country Music Hall of Fame and Bridgestone Arena, the famous Honky Tonk Broadway scene was only two blocks away. Every inch of this place was top notch. The room was elegantly appointed with the latest trending design and technology with a nod to sustainability by incorporating "borrowing light" from the room to the interior bathroom window. Every amenity I could think of was provided from the Nespresso machine to bedside charging stations to automatic motion detecting ambient lighting when entering the bathroom to heated bathroom floors. Most important, however, the bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable. For a grand view of the city, I recommend a visit to the rooftop bar and pool.

We arrived about one and a half hours before the 4 pm checkin. Our room was not ready so they said they would contact us when it was. They kept making excuses and finally at 4 pm we asked why we hadn't been notified. They said there was a staff change and basically they forgot us even thought we were sitting right across from the front desk for more than an hour. They just didn't care what to us was a serious miscommunication. This is NOT a 5 star hotel!

Reception were absolutely brilliant, very welcoming, always had a smile and were ready to help with anything we needed. Beautiful swimming pool and the staff in Denim were helpful and attentive. We were staying for 5 nights and the room was lovely and housekeeping kept it immaculate. Only criticism was the "cocktail bar" Four Walls which didn't and wouldn't serve proper pina coladas and was very expensive and the "mixologist" or barman as they were called in my day was not helpful and very grumpy. The bar was practically empty when we arrived but we were still told we would have to wait whilst they checked if there was sealing available, and it was still practically empty when we left. However, the Food and Beverage Manager was very helpful when we raised in an issue regarding our experience. Overall top ratings for the hotel, great position for visiting everything without the noise, hussle and bussle and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking to stay there.

The Joseph is an excellent hotel. We loved hanging out at the pool, the staff were very attentive, they always had a smile, enthusiasm and even though it was extremely hot nothing was too much trouble for them. We ate dinner at Yolan the hotel’s restaurant and the steak was the best I have ever tasted. Every morning we would get pastries and eat them in our room with coffee. Oh man I miss those pastries were so yummy. It was the highlight of my morning.

This hotel was nice. It was updated, clean, trendy, had good furnishings/comfortable bed, and large rooms. The pool was nice, but was not heated to 91 degrees as they said it was, it would be nice if they added a hot tub. Our main complaint was that it took forever to get food service. We ordered room service and waited almost 2 hours for the food to arrive. We also tried to go to the coffee bar and waited 25 minutes for a cup of coffee and pastry, I believe they were understaffed. All in all, it's a really nice hotel.

My friends and I were in Nashville just for 24hrs to see a concert ! The Joseph is really in a central location it’s walking distance to broadway , restaurants ,shops , museums, and the sports stadiums ! The hotel is very clean we enjoyed the bar in the lobby the staff was also friendly

Our stay at the Joseph exceeded our expectations. When you are inside the hotel you do not feel like you are in Nashville but two blocks away are all the sights, sounds and smells of the Broadway experience. The Joseph staff was kind and helpful, the accomodations beautiful, the pool a perfect blend of peaceful and lively, the food and service at Denim exceptional. We can't wait to go back!
