Room was big, clean, had nice shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion. The only complaint about room is that it was hot and stuffy. The staff was responsive and provided us a fan. The view from the roof top is beautiful. The restaurant has nice balcony seating with a view of the Plaza de Armas!! Perfect!! I didn’t find it loud, as I’ve read in other reviews, but could be because we had a room with no windows. Still found the hotel quiet inside, but I would expect noise as the hotel is situated in a corner where there is a lot of traffic. Overall. Great hotel in a great central location :)

Location was unmatched. Located right on Plaza de Armas. Plenty of food and shopping in the area. Safe at all hours. Staff was friendly and ready to help. There is a roof top terrace no one used that was a great place to relax.

My husband and I loved this hotel! It was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The view of the city from the top deck is incredible! The breakfast buffet was great and the restaurant as well. The location is perfect, right on the main square.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!! This hotel is a magical place to stay in the center of Cusco. The views and balcony from our room were impressionable. The dining area balcony was beautiful from the morning breakfast to the evening glass of wine. The noise is true but that is expected when staying in this area. Solution, add some white noise in your room and bring ear plugs. You'll sleep like a baby. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They made sure our breakfast was availble at 3:30am for our tour. pickups. Food was impeccable with a buffet of traditional cuisine for any appetitie. Local shopping, dining, and entertainment was right outside the doorstep. This hotel was a fusion of cultural traditional decor infused with modernism. Rooms were spacious, beds and linens were were comfortable, sitting area, desk area. lots of closet space, and bathroom had towel warmers. I had the pleasure to unexpectedly have tea in the lobby with a presidential candidate. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a MUST stay.

The location is pretty good but the traffic goes all night and the room is barely large enough to hold the bed. Water squirted sideways out the shower. Not worth the 98 dollars.

Great location. Had a trouble with checking in. I dont need a visa to travel Peru with my passport. But the front desk lady insisted for me to provide a proof of immigration? saying that she can’t find me on the system and it means my immigration status is not valid. She also called me twice and yelled at me through the phone that this will affect entire hotel so I need to bring that paperworks ASAP. I went to the front desk and found out she put a wrong passport number, it took me literally one minute to find out what was wrong. No apologies for getting yelled at. This was very unpleasant experience. Also some rooms are on the same floor as the coffee shop and the middle door doesnt completely sound proof. Room was a bit small but nice and clean.

This is a great hotel right in the center of Cusco. Lots to do in the area, and it felt very safe. I only take away one star because the shower. The water temperature was very inconsistent. The staff was super friendly and I actually decided to extend my stay an extra night.

The hotel was nice right in the corner of the plaza close to shopping and dining and the train. The downside is that it’s loud you hear honking all night long, the plaza doesn’t sleep they party all night long, music all night you get no sleep. The hotel has no AC nor ceiling fan it was hot and can’t leave windows open or the mosquitos eat you up.

So many things to recommend this place (including the staff who was so helpful) but if you're looking for quiet, consider somewhere else. Because of its central location you can hear the nightlife going on around you and if there are public demonstrations/celebrations you'll be right in the action.

What a great experience! From getting me into my room waaaay earlier bc of my flight arrival time and hooking me up with a car at the airport- plus great breakfast included with incredible views. A must stay place! Super comfortable beds, very clean. I cannot express how kind the people who work there are. Thank you for everything!

Excelente ubicación, cerca de restaurantes, tiendas, frente a la Catedral. Un poco pequeña la recepción. Llegamos desde Machu Picchu tarde a la noche y el trato del personal a ese horario no fue muy bueno. Debían pasar a buscarnos por la Estación Wanchaq y no lo hicieron así que tuvimos que pagar nuestro taxi. Tampoco nos ofrecieron upgrade de habitación dado que teníamos ese "Access VIP". Teníamos a la mañana siguiente taxi gratis al Aeropuerto según las condiciones del alquiler y no nos reconocían ese tema al principio hasta que les mostré la reserva.

Everyone one on the staff was excellent. I was struggling with the elevation and they provided me with oxygen. The location is perfect and the breakfast was very nice.

Location was unmatched. Located right on Plaza de Armas. Plenty of food and shopping in the area. Safe at all hours. Staff was friendly and ready to help. There is a roof top terrace no one used that was a great place to relax.

Very central position so you can walk everywhere. Great view from breakfast balcony. Nice staff. Stayed twice and brilliant second room. First was a bit small and low ceiling. Offer of free collection from the airport did not materialise but adequate compensation😊

The hotel was nice right in the corner of the plaza close to shopping and dining and the train. The downside is that it’s loud you hear honking all night long, the plaza doesn’t sleep they party all night long, music all night you get no sleep. The hotel has no AC nor ceiling fan it was hot and can’t leave windows open or the mosquitos eat you up.

The hotel was quaint with a simple breakfast. When we got to the breakfast, nothing was ready. We had to wait a while because the bread delivery was not sent yet. It was interesting because it was a mix of stuff available for free and stuff available for sale so it was kind of confusing. The things that looked great of course were for sale and the things that look mediocre of course were free. I was happy that they had hot cocoa powder and sugar and hot milk. But in general, it was just OK. The pillows and the bed were comfy and the water was nice and hot with a good pressure.

My husband and I loved this hotel! It was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The view of the city from the top deck is incredible! The breakfast buffet was great and the restaurant as well. The location is perfect, right on the main square.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!! This hotel is a magical place to stay in the center of Cusco. The views and balcony from our room were impressionable. The dining area balcony was beautiful from the morning breakfast to the evening glass of wine. The noise is true but that is expected when staying in this area. Solution, add some white noise in your room and bring ear plugs. You'll sleep like a baby. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They made sure our breakfast was availble at 3:30am for our tour. pickups. Food was impeccable with a buffet of traditional cuisine for any appetitie. Local shopping, dining, and entertainment was right outside the doorstep. This hotel was a fusion of cultural traditional decor infused with modernism. Rooms were spacious, beds and linens were were comfortable, sitting area, desk area. lots of closet space, and bathroom had towel warmers. I had the pleasure to unexpectedly have tea in the lobby with a presidential candidate. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a MUST stay.

The location was super convenient…right on the Plaza! The hotel staff was exceptionally helpful. They arranged airport transportation, held our luggage and even helped us navigate out of the area during a very busy festival. We were very pleased with everything about this hotel.
