The hotel location was outstanding. On he water, outside tiki bar, convenient. One disappointment were the beds. The mattresses were well used and if you didn’t sleep in the middle of the bed, you felt like you would roll off.

Beautiful building & location with castle views. Restaurant was amazing (ate there 3 nights for something new each night). Very outdated; needs new towels (clean but very thing & scratchy), replace discolored ceiling tiles, stained carpets, new couches in rooms (smelled moldy) and comfier mattresses. Note that Junior suite faces parking lot, which is loud in the morning.

The pool was disgusting. The sauna and hot tub were boarded up. The main flor was nicely updated but the rest of the hotel is very old and worn. Had a musty smell in the hallways. I will say our room was clean but they were an hour late getting it ready for us. Very disappointing stay. We had planned to use the pool to relax by since the weather was terrible. The restaurant staff was nice and the food was good. Would not recommend until they can put money back into the place.
