Too many people lingering around thw front building thwm peoples standing on the entrance teyong to get in without a key card...somwone knocked on my door at 9:45am asking of i was checking out and checkout was at 11am.I wont stay again .

The only issues I had while staying there was the hallways had a bad smell. My room bathroom door was hanging off the hinges, I didn’t have any water in my kitchen sink, I didn’t have any small towels to use in the bathroom(glad I brought my own towels). The front desk people would disappear for a long time and you will be waiting for them to come back, they also was cool with some of the people that was staying there, I seen them hanging outside with them instead of helping people when they need them at the front. The worst part was it was people sleeping outside the front of the hotel by the door all hours of the day and I would see people waiting or taken other people key cards when they check out off the front desk so they could get in so I believe people was at the hotel who didn’t stay there.

Check In Attendant was rude. Elevator smelled of cigarettes. Hallway had a stink to it.Room had no Linen on mattress,toilet seat was broken, Sockets did not work either. Went downstairs to request Linen, Attendant gave an attitude, then reluctantly gave Linen to go lay myself. Worst stay ever, glad i was only there for one night

Rooms very clean. Some maintenance needs to be done but love that there isn’t carpet. The staff was kind and I appreciated the morning recommendation on breakfast but needs to recognize that when people come in that doesn’t mean carry on conversations. We are guests coming into your home for the first time and we aren’t really being engaged with entirely. I understand there was a shift change and some explanations needed to occur but just acknowledge the people in front of you. Etiquette has been lost in the hospitality industry. Plus someone was always hanging out at the front and the laundry door was wide open. Guests don’t need to see the behind the scenes. Parking was fine and room was comfortably cold. All and all it was a fine time for a one night stay considering pricing and booked everywhere else.

Upon arrival we noticed obvious drug activity in the parking lot. We went To our room only to find the sheets were streaked and stained! Hair was also found in the bed. We went down to the front desk to request another room. After being shown a second room and that room was dirty as well, we did not stay! I told the lady at the front desk that the pictures and descriptions online were NOT what the hotel rooms looked like, she said she knew they weren’t correct but were close! They were nothing close to as picture on hotels.com

Terrible. If you book through Expedia they upcharge you when you get there. We were sleeping and found a small roach crawling over us. Green stains on the bedsheets. Please go anywhere else. Price is not worth it as they upcharge you anyway.

This hotel was soooo dirty! I asked for a different room because my first one smelled and was stained sheets, mattress and pillows. The second room smelled like bleach so i assumed it was cleaner. Hair on sheets, in shower, filth in toilet bowl, stained sheets, filth on nightstand and worst of all the floors were so dirty i couldnt walk barefoot. Just walking from the shower to the bed my feet were black! The stairwell reeked of urine and there was dog poop in front of the 2nd floor stairs. It was quiet so theres that.

Definitely the worst hotel I have ever been in. The room was absolutely disgusting, reeked of cigarette smoke, and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in forever. The light fixtures in the room were ripped out of the ceiling, there was mold on the ceiling, we didn’t even have towels in the room and the front desk said they didn’t have any, and was overall an awful experience. Wouldn’t recommend this property to my worst enemy.

I booked a queen bed and had a double. The floors are hardwood and were gross and left my feet dirty. Overall the room was not very clean & the bed was horrible. There was only two floppy pillows on the bed and the sheets/comforter were thin. They wouldn't let me check in because I'm not 21 even though I called to check to confirm that the check in age was 18 and it says on their website & on the confirmation email for the hotel that the check in age is 18. I asked for extra towels and was told the would send some to my room. (Never happened) After going down there again for the towels I had to wait 10 minutes for towels. Finally left without the towels and came back later. Front desk lady made me go bring my towels down in order to get new ones.

It was dirty. My barefeet got full of dirt from walking barefeet on floor. I wiped urine from floor of bathroom from previous occupant. Smelled of mildew and vape, invlufing hallways. Dogs barking all night. Walls are thin and heard TV's and other guests coming and going all night. Hotel is located along a highway and car noises were very loud. Will never stay here again.

Overall, it's a good place to stay for a low price. When I asked about moving to another room, the person at front desk mentioned re-modeling the property. The room itself was pretty good, the problem was the bed because it was much smaller than expected and more uncomfortable than most hotel beds. There was no point in moving to another room because it would be the same situation. The room was by no means awful, however, the floor was dirty; when walking around the room in bare feet, a soapy rinse on the feet was needed. The TV remote had no batteries, I asked for replacement batteries, remote still did not work. But, the TV did work...just no remote. Do far as good things, the location is decent and it's next door to a Whataburger. Staff was friendly. When I asked a person who appeared to be a room cleaner or service person if there was an ice machine, he told me this property and location is "a ghetto" in a joking way. So... it's OK. Not great.

It is not as advertised. I have never stayed at a one star hotel but if there was ever one that deserved that rating it would be this one. Dirty, sheets didn't appear to have been changed, shower did not work, tv spotty, very loud freeway traffic. Stay here if you are on an extreme budget and desperate.

Pretty good value for a no frills hotel. I had an odd numbered room which faces the highway so there was quite a lot of road noise all night long. Room was clean and everything was in good working order.

I arrived at 9pm I called to say I was going to arrive at 9pm. I reserved a 2 bed room. Also I had reserved the “pay at the property” option. When I arrived, the hotel was overbooked. They did not have a 2 bed available. And I had already been charged for the room, before I even showed up. I paid a 2 bed rate and that’s not what I got. The poor front desk clerk was asking her manager Paula for help, and Paula was not helpful. She was asked to clock out and go clean my room. Because the cleaning service had not done so that morning. Props to the front desks girls at that property. They deserve a raise.

We tried checking in around 5 & the room was not ready. The front desk lady seemed like she was bothered and rude. She asked us to come back in 30 minutes so they can clean our room. Hotel smelled like smoke. We also got a knock from the manager at 9:30 asking if we were checking out or staying late. This is the first time we have ever experienced this. If I wanted a wake up call, I would have set my alarm. Never again

The only thing good about this property is the customer service. The front desk was very polite and Fast getting me my room. Now the bad. The towels had stains on them. They allow Dogs in the rooms and they bark nonstop and they do not care. The property is very loud is located next to the highway. You’re gonna hear loud vehicles and ambulances and police activity all night long. You are also going to hear doors opening and closing all night because everybody that stays there is an addict. I would not stay here if I was female or had children. The area is not nice at all. I paid for two nights and left after night one. Will not be back.

Somehow the app (hotels.com) booked me for a smoking room with 2 queen beds, however I was able to get a non-smoking room with a queen bed. The bathroom was however for handicap (not to major of an issue) but I was unaware that the majority of the hotel was rented out to homeless people who were super loud. Screaming and hollering, cursing, and ranting throughout the day. Early Sunday morning I was waken up by this. At around 10:30 am as I was getting ready to check out, someone from the hotel staff came and beat on the door screaming for me to open the door (i did not at first as she did not identify herself) the manager was with her and he acknowledged who he was and so I opened the door. They just wanted to ask us when we were checking out and could do a room check…I told them we were about to check out but would have cooperated way easier if they had identified who they were first. The entire floor was full of people living in their rooms with the door open, like it was a college dormitory. Definitely was a surprise. I felt dirty the next day thinking I contacted bed bugs because of the itching I had the next day. Couldn’t believe that someone on staff actually tried to walk in…
