Vår overnatting på Renuka City Hotel var et hyggelig opphold i vår reise rundt i Sri Lanka. Flott anerkjent restaurant i kjelleren som kan anbefales. very nice experience. Paid much more to stay in 4 and 5 star hotels, and to be honest, the value for money at this place is outstanding. I had a clean, modern room (they upgraded me to a deluxe), the hotel is clean and relatively new. Nice (small) rooftoip infinity pool with amazing sea views. Really friendly staff who go out of their way for the guests. Highly recommended

Fabulous rooftop pool area with infinity pool at the ocean and pool-side restaurant/bar service; Also comfortable gym with treadmill’s overlooking ocean. Clean comfortable room with good AC. Hotel provides filtered water, which is safe to drink. Location is beautifully central to travel to different areas of Colombo.

We enjoyed our stay at Renuka City Hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean and the beds really comfortable. We really enjoyed the beautiful pool on the roof - a welcome break in the heat of the middle of the day. Breakfast was delicious and offered lots of choice. I would really recommend the hotel. The only thing I would note is that I think some of the plug sockets might need checking as one or two seemed to be overheating when we charged our phones.

The room was very nice and clean but the bars and pool bar etc were non existent, tried to order room service and they said they only offered snacks, no actual food. They ring your bell/bang on your door at 9am every morning and when you open no one is there, even though I put up the do not disturb. Very annoying if you’re jet lagged. Overall good and worth the money but not quite what they are advertising themselves to be

We had issues with the air conditioning. I made 3 calls and I sent was sent 3 different technicians. Each time the air conditioning was not fixed. Finally this young technician fixed it and we had cold air. On the negative there was only 1 over priced restaurant. It would be great if there was an informal Decently priced coffee shop. The pool was a great respite again it had overpriced drinks. Overall the renuka city hotel is a comfortable stay, the staff were pleasant and accommodating. I give It 4 stars out of five

The rooms were clean and spacious with updated bathrooms. The fitness center was good and the rooftop pool was relaxing with a view of the Indian Oceans and the waterfront. The restaurant has great service and excellent food.

We were asked to pay an extra of 10 dollars to get a room upgrade. In all fairness the difference between the standard room and the upgrade were not significant, anyway we accepted to go for the upgrade since the room was bigger. Once in the room we see the toilet quite dirty, and i complained to the hotel because i think if you upgrade a room you need to guarantee a certain level of service. Anyway at the reception the hotel manager didn't want to give the money back or offer us a breakfast. I think they are not customer orientated at all. As well for that amount of money there are in Colombo way better hotels.

Really lovely hotel and very friendly staff. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Our stay was very short but very enjoyable. The hotel is close to the centre of Colombo and an ideal stop over for the airport. The roof top pool is lovely

Booking room with balcony. I went room and not balcony?? In reception they told me they have only 5 Rooms with balcony and when this are booked give we you standard room you can read this in your booking?? Ask him show that’s but he can’t not . So give me delux room?? That’s was same standard and week WiFi can’t use for working.. but bed is good

夜中にチェックインした時点で前の部屋に何人か男性が大きな声で話しており、しかもドアーを開けっぱなしでした。そのことをスタッフに伝えましたが何も対応しなかったようで、そのあ夜は寝れませんでした。また、部屋での充電ができず、スリッパも無くひどい状態でした。

Had some issues with the air conditioning. We had 3 technicians who came to fix it. Luckily the 3 technician (a young guy) fixed the problem. The restaurant was overpriced and expensive for what you got. This hotel could do with a coffee shop serving good quality meals at reasonable prices. All in all the staff where good and personable. The pool is a welcome area of peace in a very busy city. Staff friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel has very little of interest, but very cheap tuk-tuks get you around teh city quickly

The hotel itself was basic but perfectly fine but location was not good. Nowhere to go buy dinner or do any sightseeing on foot. Need to take tuk tuks everywhere and pricing is very variable. I chose this hotel thinking it was near the beach but the railway line runs in front of the ocean and no beach to walk along.
