Our family had a very comfortable two night stay. Kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast buffet had everything we needed. Just need to replace the Fußball table! 😉

Easily reachable location on the ring road, at the edge of the old town. The hotel has its own subterranean parking. We had a large Executive Room, with an excellent bed and bathroom, and we were offered free water and soft drinks. Very good breakfast

I was worried this hotel would be a worn down Novotel, but instead it was a very nice, clean, up to date hotel which was perfectly located next to walled city. We parked in the basement and walked everywhere from the hotel. The rooms were surprisingly well-sized, they were clean, and they were quiet. Check-in was strange; they have stand-alone check-in desks and as you might imagine, it doesn't encourage folks to wait in line; so that's a minor issue. Parking was tight, but plentiful. Surprisingly, the restaurants in the walled city stop taking new customers around 9:00-9:30 pm, so if you're used to a late dinner you'll have to adjust your schedule. That said, it's probably for the best because the wall-city gets a little seedy at night; you don't want to walk down the sidewalks without other people around. Hence, recommend you go to eat dinner around 7:00 to 7:30. Oh, the pool is a nice as well. It is large, it has a nice deck area, and it's a welcome site on hot summer days. The bar area is nice as well, and for better or worse, the bartenders leave you alone--you have to interrupt their conversations if you need anything. I would definitely stay here again in the summer months.

Great location. Very nice, modern and updated hotel. Clean and comfortable. Excellent pool, kids enjoyed their swim time. Breakfast was included. Huge variety, fresh fruit and vegetables. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Personnel de l'accueil très réactif et courtois. La 1ère chambre qui nous a été attribuée était dans un état lamentable (moquette tachée, ménage approximatif). Nous avons été relogés dans une autre chambre. Le quartier de la gare n'est pas très agréable. La piscine est un plus mais elle est petite pour la taille de l'hôtel (bondée). L'offre de restauration est très limitée et chère pour les plats proposés. Au mieux un 3 étoiles.

- 2 Einzelbetten = 1 Pritsche 1 Matratze auf einem Lattenrost - Frühstücksbuffet ist ein Witz - nach dem Pool stanken wir trotz Dusche 2 Tage nach Chlor - KEINE Toilettenbürsten auf den Zimmern!!!; auf Nachfrage brachte man uns eine benutze in einer Tüte!!! - Parkplätze sehr eng - Überall tropft es im Hotel - Zimmer sehr abgewohnt - Zimmer sehr dreckig und wurden nicht mal ansatzweise ausreichend gesäubert!! Tassen wurden nicht gereinigt; fleckige Bettwäsche, Matratze mit Urinflecken - hatten überall Stiche/Bisse ohne jemals Mücken gehört oder gesehen zu haben (3. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, es liegt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs zwar nahe der Stadtmauer und Altstadt aber in keiner schönen Umgebung. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war leider nicht sauber, im Bad mussten wir viele Haare vom Boden und undefinierbare Flüssigkeiten (Spucke mit Zahnpaste? oder Schlimmeres..?!) von der Wand abwischen. Das Parken ist mit 12€/ Nacht günstig.

這次真的糟糕到爆炸。整個旅館房間的空調都不能用。房間內熱到不行，打電話給櫃檯得知唯一方式就是開窗通風。真的傻眼，我即使開窗那間房間外面也沒什麼風。這四星級酒店提供這樣的住宿體驗，也不會給予補償，我強烈不推薦大家來住這一間旅館。

Hôtel agréable très bien situé. Le personnel est agréable et souriant. L’hôtel est plutôt moderne et propre mais de nombreux infrastructures manque d’entretien. Ascenseur en panne, fontaine d’eau non fonctionnel à l'étage. Suivant les chambres pour notre par le douche balnéothérapie ne fonctionne pas, la vitre de la douche idem et le frigo ne refroidit pas mais la chambre reste propre agréable et bien insonorisé. Merci à l’équipe qui est très agréable pour l’accueil

Very convenient, only 4 min walking to the Avignon Center railway station. And it's just out of the old city wall. The room looks old, furniture, carpet, etc. AC/heater didn't work very well, so the room was cold. It should be 3 star instead of 4 star.

This hotel is in a great location to be able to walk to the town centre. Parking on site was easy and affordable. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful and pleasant. Ideal for a quick stopover to see the sites.

We had two stays here within a few days. The property is nice but I would say it didn’t seem there seems to be a person I charge. Everywhere we ran into problems — from checkin, to quality of room ( first room had no ac or soaps and despite us complaining it took 3 hours to rectify). The restaurant manager on night shift was rude and wouldn’t let us sit with our kids at 9:45 pm in the lobby area ( despite us getting permission from the hotel reception). Even though checkout is at noon, we had cleaning crews constantly knocking on our doors starting at 11 am and expressed annoyance that we haven’t left yet. Talking to the front desk it appeared we shouldn’t have experienced any of this but of course the hotel doesn’t seem to have a manager who can help solve these issues. We felt employees were doing what they could with very little supervision or coordination from anyone. It was a terrible experience considering it is a Novotel and we wouldn’t recommend this place to others with family( maybe okay if you are single in business)

Réception staf were excellent and extremely helpful. Bar staff were ok but didn’t really go out of their way to help. Area was so close to the town. Parking was underneath and secure. Lift from car park. Nice size rooms. Would stay here again

역이랑 매우 가깝고 바로앞은 유적지에다 시내라 걸어다니기 좋음. 방 사이즈는 비즈니스 호텔 같이 크지는 않지만 새 건물 같이 깔끔함. 직원들 정말 친절하고 주차장은 입구부터 넓어서 최고!!!

This could have been a nice hotel, but management does not seem to be able to manage bus loads properly. They should assign a separate breakfast room and buffet if they allow the hotel to be overwhelmed by these bus tourists. On saturday, no proper breakfast was available due to this. On the other days of our stay, the breakfast buffet was not what we expect from a Novotel. Mostly sugared pastries and fat foot, almost no choice of healthier breads
