Pension Catedral

The property is situated in a tightly packed neighborhood with one-lane, two-way traffic. I had rented a Mercedes C 4S20, and upon check-in, a full 40 minutes were spent trying to park in a garage so cramped it felt like a tuna can. The room we stayed in was the largest and best option available. While it appeared "clean," there was a persistent sewage-like odor wafting from the bathroom. it lingered until we had to leave the windows open, even in early April weather. George, the staff member who helped us, was friendly, but he wasn’t available for our early morning checkout. Given the parking ordeal, I decided to film the "Checkout for Dummies" process, expecting it to be straightforward. But, in the middle of recording, a truck squeezed by us so closely, I accidentally stopped the video. Naturally, I didn't realize this until the next morning, when I found out I had only captured a few seconds of footage—nothing helpful. Without any staff around and no recording, we ended up wasting another hour trying to check out and remove the car from the sardine-can garage. The bottom line is this: it shouldn't have been this complicated in the first place.

Close proximity to Real Alcazar, Cathedral and Plaza de España. Parking was challenging. Safe area and close to a variety of shops and restaurants. At times it was challenging finding an open bathroom, but it worked out.

Me gusto. Muy tranquila, apenas se escucho algún ruido y eso que estaba completa.Todo muy limpio. La amabilidad de sus trabajadores un encanto desde recepcionista ,hasta la señora de la limpieza un encanto. No me gustó. Falta de ascensor.Y baño compartido, aunque esto último ya lo sabíamos.

Affordable private room, in a very convenient location. Parking is a bit of a struggle, plan ahead and go to one of the underground car parks within walking distance.

Experiencia bastante buena. El baño aunque es compartido siempre ha estado limpio. La habitación también. El lugar es precioso y se puede pedir parking (pagando). Recomendable. El servicio es también muy bueno.

Isolation phonique interne et externe : 0 Isolation thermique 0 : froid dehors=froid dedans. Literie, no comment! Mon dos ne s en est tpujouts pas remis. Parking, on a oublié de dire sur le site que c est 18€ par jour et en cash. Louer une Fiat 500 comme nous autrement impossible de rentrer voir sortir. Je voyage beaucoup et ne suis pas difficile ni exigente concernant les hébergements mais là, passez votre chemin. Rapport qualite prix, encore zero. En conclusion, a fuire si vous voulez bien dormir pour recuperer de votre journee de visite.

Very well placed within easy walk to historic centre. Pleasant welcome from nice staff. Property has a lot of stairs. Good size room, comfy beds but pillows rock hard! Curtains needed attention as they were not completely attached to the rail. Nice bathroom. Air conditioner very old and not very efficient, took hours to cool the room to 20 deg. THERE IS NO WIFI in rooms & a very poor signal in reception. This should be amended on the description. This was value for money.

I was very close to many of the monuments. The personnel was very helpful. Just keep in mind that there is no elevator.

Clean room in a good location with very good personnel, overall a very good stay

Experiencia bastante buena. El baño aunque es compartido siempre ha estado limpio. La habitación también. El lugar es precioso y se puede pedir parking (pagando). Recomendable. El servicio es también muy bueno.

First impression want that good. When we arrive wait a lot for main door to be open the lady get x with us because we ring the bell twice for them to open the door for us. That was very unprofessional of them. Not like it at all. I booked very cheap room basement bank bed room. Room size is ok, lots of cupboard, air condition, only worse thing is bunk bed wasn't look safe. I thing needs to be change, looked like used for a long time or it is not the good strong one. Rest of it ok. Bed sheets and towels were good clean

Había una buena amistad de la señorita de la recepción, igual la vibra dentro del cuarto. El aire acondicionado funcionó, entonces pudimos dormir tranquilos. Pero, una de las camas era menos cómoda porque el colchón era mas dueo que el otro. Sin embargo, fue un buen hospedaje por el precio.

No había televisor y el gua caliente no había a primera hora de la mañana tenias que bañarte en la noche

Very basic but reasonably comfortable. Had an ensuite bathroom but unfortunately the shared bathroom was next to our room & other guests were not very considerate. Rooms are not soundproof so lots of outside noise. On our second night other guests came back at 03.00 & went up to the roof terrace to continue their party!! Air conditioner excellent. Beds a bit hard & only one pillow. Was very convenient to walk to local sights & for food etc.

The locación is very good . Although the location is not a busy area, you can hear all the noises inside the pension. Furniture is kind of old.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft gut gefallen. Die Lage ist gut, es gibt eine Klimaanlage, die Einrichtung war schön und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Leider ist es sehr hellhörig und das W-LAN funktioniert nicht. Richtige Bettdecken gab es auch nicht, nur dicke Wolldecken.

Room was clean, good location. But, where our room was located, it was nearly impossible to sleep in the morning because it was so loud. It wasn’t the guests that were loud, it was the cleaning being done starting before 8am. The wifi also wasn’t available in the hotel rooms, only the lobby.

Esta un poco.escondido ...en general muy bien todo..por poner un pero que no tenia la habitación tv...y que al ser planta calle la.habitacion es un poco mas fria...pero todo muy bien...

La habitación familiar para ir solo a dormir mal no estaba pero mucho ruido, se escucha todo. No pudimos ducharnos todos porque apenas había agua. La recepción regular, tuvimos que esperar y nada agradable.
