L’hôtel est situé plein centre. Problème : si vous avez une voiture un peu grosse ou longue, oubliez ! Que des petites rues étroites et des sens interdits un peu partout, une vraie galère ! À Cadix il est très difficile de se garer partout. La ville ne mérite pas vraiment une étape, seulement une 1/2 journée suffit. Il y a mieux en Andalousie. L’hôtel est propre, confortable, la chambre est cosy et bien équipée (ch de luxe), avec mini bar vide utile pour y mettre de l’eau. Plein de restos autour mais moyen. Wifi ok, personnel froid mais pro. Pour 1 nuit maxi.

The location and service was excellent the rooms were small but comfortable, there is breakfast available and is good enough no scramble eggs though, there is a restaurant on site open until late and a lot of places around to eat, is like 15 minutes walking from the catedral.

The hotel’s climatization system was completely inoperable throughout my stay. As a direct result, during a period of extreme cold temperatures and continuous rain over two days, I was left without any form of heating. These conditions created unsafe and unhealthy lodging circumstances, which led to my developing a sinus infection. The situation was further aggravated by the presence of significant mold within the property, compounding the health risks. Critically, the hotel failed to disclose these material deficiencies at the time of check-in, depriving me of the ability to make an informed decision or to seek alternative accommodations. Compounding the matter, the hotel initially refused to process any refund through Hotels.com despite my attempts to do so. It was only after I escalated the issue directly with the hotel—copying the Consulate General of Spain in Miami—that they agreed to issue a partial refund of approximately 10%, an inadequate amount given the health impact, lack of disclosure, and substandard conditions experienced.

Das Hotel liegt an einem bezaubernden, belebten Platz. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfang- und abwechlsungsreich und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Zimmer und das Bad und insgesamt das ganze Hotel waren super sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. (Sonder)wünsche wurden entgegenkommend erfüllt. Ich würde immer wieder dieses Hotel wählen, wenn ich (hoffentlich noch oft) in die faszinierende Stadt Càdiz komme.

While I cannot give a very high score on this occasion, there's potential for a better experience at this hotel. Location-wise one cannot wish better if one wants to stay in the city centre (not really the right location if you're there for the beaches though). Discovering used sanitary products in the bin upon arrival and the renovation works marred my overall experience somewhat. Breakfast is mediocre at best - cannot recommend.

Habitación normal,lo único y que menos nos gustó es que al llegar el inodoro 🚽 estaba lleno de restos fecales ,la mesita de noche con marcas de vasos y sucia con restos de líquido. Alguien no limpió ,no quisimos decir nada para que en estas fechas le diesen un reprimenda a nadie.El día siguiente si dejaron la habitación bien.Hotel recomendable.

The location is the best, right in the old town and in a street where taxis could drive you to the front door, which is not the case in most hotels in the Old Town. TONS of great places to eat, within walking distance from the Cathedral and main attractions....the hotel is old and in great maintenance condition. The rooms are small and comfortable.

Stayed at floor 4. Great view and was relatively quiet. The room had a terrible sewage smell or something. AC was insufficient, couldn't cool down the room until about 4am. Bed not 3 of 5. Locations is good, it has potential... Parking options are available nearby

Vi fick ett nyrenoverat rum på första våningen ovanför ingången till hotellet med utsikt över torget. Mycket fräscht och välutrustat. Om man har svårt med ljud så kan folklivet på torget bli påfrestande om man sover med öppet fönster. Vi bara njöt. Frukosten i restaurangen serverades vid bordet och var mycket god.

Hotel antigo, reformado. A localização é excelente! Fica numa bonita praça com opções de restaurantes. O chuveiro fica em cima de uma banheira, mas não há risco de escorregar porque é disponibilizado um tapete. O problema é que como não é vedado integralmente, durante o banho molha todo o banheiro.

仕事で約一週間滞在させて頂きましたが、フロントも優しくて、ビールの栓が空けられないと言えば、バーで空けてくれるし、お土産を買いたいと相談すると完璧なお店を紹介してくれるし、最高に心地の良いホテルです。朝ごはんの準備をしてくれる女性達も、毎日笑顔で迎えてくれて、すばらしかった。また、Cadizに行く機会があれば、泊まりたいですね。

Great location! Easy to find. 24hr front desk. Rooms were well appointed. And thank god for AC!! The only draw back was the front desk guy. He was dismissive and snotty. Other than that we had a great stay in Cadiz.

Petit déjeuner honteux, serveuses pas aimables du tout et peu coopératives , refus de resservir alors qu’il s’agissait d’un buffet ( si on veux un second jus d’orange, il faut le payer … inadmissible.

The hotel was centrally located and everything was super walkable. If you come by car you will have to park at a car park a bit away as most of the city center is pedestrian only (or cars for residents) Hotel staff was friendly and rooms were on the larger side for Europe.

Stanza pulita. Posizione perfetta, in pieno centro e a 15min a piedi dalla Stazione. Le spiagge principali erano raggiungibili a piedi.

Billedet til hotellet på bookingsiden hører til ét enkelt værelse, og der er ikke, som man får indtryk af, adgang til en tagterasse. Værelser og rengøring var tilfredsstillende. Receptionens personale meget venlige. MEN den tilhørende café, hvor morgenmaden skulle indtages, var under al kritik. En kritik, jeg skrev om under opholdet, men aldrig har fået svar på. Kritikken går på flere forhold: personalet benytter et toilet lige, hvor man sidder, og her kunne vi tydeligt følge med i manglende sans for hygiejne - de vaskede aldrig hænder efter besøg på toilettet - bvadr!! Maden var uendelig kedelig og så ud til at have stået længe på bordet (se vedhæftede billede) og efter opdagelsen af manglende håndvask tog vi ikke længere vores morgenmad på hotellet.

Chauffage de clim très aléatoire , personnel de l’accueil le soir peu sympathique sauf la jeune femme de l’accueil de jour ( très aimable et disponible .
