I've been in this hotel when it was Eurostars in the past. I can tell you that the service has degraded drastically. Just two or three towels per room, when they change it they leave the room without towels. Bad service during the breakfast, no glasses even if i complain, they bring the glasses after 20min. In rush to sign the invoice even before i start eating... Also, in my room there was rust in the wall and it'clear thay the hotel is not well maintained. overall experience is bad. I wont book this hotel again.

The property seemed like with a little TLC it could do better , check in process was nice , the rooms super spacious , it’s just little things ( cracked wall behind the bathroom door , shower floor was stained , showerhead holder nearly coming off the walll , bed moves away from the wall like it’s not attached to anything , really simple things that tells a lot about quality control in the hotel , really a shame seemed like an over zealous manager trying to cut corners the place has so much potential

Amazing staff. Everybody is so nice! Like really nice. Nice room. Nice hotel. Great location. One negative review : floor of the room is dirty. Your white socks will turn black with the dirt. It’s sad considering the beautiful room and hotel.

After an overnight flight from Canada, the staff provided my family with an early check-in so that we could catch some needed sleep. Thanks to Hamza and the staff at the hotel. Courteous, caring and understanding. Room was clean and spacious. AC was ok but not as cold as expected.

Worst hotel ive stayed at so far. We just checked in to two superior rooms and found out that AC isn’t working. Called the front desk and they acknowledged saying that AC is not working in all rooms. To put a cherry on top, they dont even have fans for the rooms. They could have informed us at the time of check in but they didn’t and rooms are paid in full. Secondly, the washroom door doesn’t open completely and gets blocked by the toilet seat, you have to squeeze yourself in through a small gap. Also a known issue for the hotel staff. Highly disappointed.

comme je l'ai déjà expliqué, le réceptionniste a refusé de prendre en compte une erreur de l'application et a voulu me forcer à payer deux nuits au lieu d'une (plus de 700€), afin de pouvoir séjourner ce soir-là. Well I got there at 12pm and they make me wait for the 2pm. While I was waiting they check in in a guy and saying he booked his room 1 day before. And I booked my rook 7/17 mean one month in advance. They even didn’t welcome me to see my status, they just told me wait there in I arrived to the hotel. The crazy part was my wife was pregnant feeling pain and I as them is there way I can pay extra to get a room because my wife can’t sit that long but they said wait for 2pm. However the fact that they wrongly check a wait or Arable person in front of me, I told them you must take care of and when I look out my American passport then they start getting interested on me. Am originally Senegalese but I felt ashamed because this experience was pure racism. But traveling is good cuz you will experience a lot and I lof’ve Morocco

j'ai réservé en ligne à minuit vingt à cause d'un vol retardé sur Air Maroc qui m'a fait rater la correspondance. Air Maroc étant débordé j'ai pris l'initiative de réserver deux chambres pour moi et mon collègue (à 145 et 188€). Le logiciel a automatiquement décalé ma réservation sur la nuitée suivante, car il était minuit passé. En arrivant j'ai donc demandé s'il restait bien des chambres pour cette nuitée et c'était le cas. Puis à avancer ma nuitée. Réponse : il faut payer une seconde nuitée sur chaque chambre ! Etant utilisatrice très régulière, je sais qu'hotel.com le permet très facilement mais le réceptionniste a accumulé les mensonges (c'est impossible, ça nous coûte des frais, vous ne pouvez pas nous les rembourser...) J'ai appelé hotel.com, qui a aussi essayé de le faire changer d'avis en disant qu'il n'y aurait pas de frais. A nouveau sans succès. Bref, pour moi c'est à la limite de la malhonnêteté.

Super nettes Personal . Die Herren von der Rezeption waren sehr Freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und groß. Einen Punktabzug kriegt das Frühstücksbuffet. Es war sehr bedürftig und der kaffe war nicht gesund man konnte raus schmecken dass die Kaffeemaschine nicht oft gereinigt wird

Bonjour Tres decu par le receptioniste , qui nous a donne de mauvaises informations sur l heure du petit dejeuner (sohr) en cette periode de ramadan. De plus je n ai pas compris son insistance pour qu on lui fournisse le livret de famille alors qu on etait avec nos trois enfants .
