Personnellement le personnel et le service l'hôtel est excellent. Diversité des plats et l’implication du personnel c’est vraiment WoW.Par contre l’animation très médiocre les moniteurs smiley et aussi jamaica manque de professionnalisme. C’est un point à travailler au niveau l'animation.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Telemaque. Hôtel à taille humaine, personnel et animateurs très gentils et serviables, nourriture variée et excellente, différents thêmes tous les jours, chambre spacieuse et propre. Belle plage aménagée de transats et nettoyée tous les jours, piscine agréable.

Beautiful location and lovely beach with good access from hotel and pool to beach. Pool was very good also. Food was excellent with a huge range of options, and staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend, and stay here if we were ever to come to Djerba again.

L’hôtel Telemaque est un super hôtel ,le personnel est très agréable ,très serviable et très accueillant ,la nourriture est de bonne qualité ,variée et en quantité ,les transats à la piscine et à la mer avec parasols sont très pratiques ,il y a un parking dans l’hôtel garde H24,les chambres spécieuses ,avec balcon et toutes climatisées et c’est vraiment « all inclusive « :pour les personnes qui veulent aller à Djerba,je recommande cet hôtel et en plus c’est ultra propre !!!

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances à l'Hôtel TELEMAQUE. L'hôtel n'est pas trop grand, il est très propre, le personnel est extrêmement agréable, serviable et bienveillant. Quant à l'équipe d'animation...au TOP !!! Nous recommandons et sommes pressés d'y retourner !!! Merci à l'équipe de TELEMAQUE d'avoir pris soin de nous pendant nos vacances.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the air circulation was quite poor, and the air conditioner didn’t work during my stay, which made the room a bit uncomfortable, especially during warm hours. Overall, it’s a nice place, but I wish the ventilation or AC worked better during this period.

Personnel aimable avec la volonté d’une satisfaction client permanente. Clin d’œil au chef cuisinier pour la cuisine locale que je conseille vivement ! Un vrai régal pour ceux qui aiment la cuisine tunisienne. Et si vous avez la chance d’être servie par Bilel ou Elyes, alors c’est sûr, votre dîner ou votre dîner se déroulera à merveilles. Concernant le café, je vous conseille vivement si vous voulez un expression réussi dans les règles de l’art de le commander auprès de Sadok, il maîtrise parfaitement sa machine et le café est un délice. Et enfin, le personnel de chambre au 3e étage a été magnifique avec une attention différente chaque jour et une volonté de bien faire en se rendant disponible quand nécessaire. Merci.

Totally Misleading – This Place Is a Dump Do not let the photos fool you. This property looks nothing like what’s shown online. It’s much older, run down, and has a noticeable smell throughout — like there was a past sewage or water damage issue that never got handled properly. Rooms and facilities are outdated and absolutely not worth the price being charged. The place felt cheap, but with a high price tag — nothing about it matched the cost. Restaurant service was especially bad. If you speak English, prepare to be ignored or treated rudely. I had to ask multiple times for basic things like fresh food or service, and often got attitude or was flat-out refused until I found someone else to help. Drink machines barely worked, and when they did, they dispensed the bare minimum. If you don’t have a car or aren’t arriving on a tour bus, getting to the property is a headache. And once you're there, the surrounding area is a disaster. It’s literally full of trash and looks abandoned — not somewhere you'd want to explore or relax in. Bottom line: This was one of the worst value stays I’ve experienced. It’s overpriced, poorly maintained, and completely misrepresented online. Rien à redire sur l’établissement! Par contre nous avons dû changé de chambre l deuxième jour, en arrivant nous avons eu une chambre standard sans balcon sans terrasse …pourtant nous avions réservé avec petite terrasse ! La réceptionniste très aimable Amina nous a expliqué qu’Hotel. Com n’a pas préciser et la réservation était chambre standard. Heureusement que l’amabilité du personnel de réception ont bien voulu nous satisfaire. Merci de bien vouloir nous dire d’où vient cette erreur ? Autrement un lieu à recommander, tout est extrait, animation , repas, bienveillance de tous le personnel et du staff ,,, cet endroit va nous manquer. Seul point négatif le jus d’orange pressé au petit déjeuner est payant 7 dinar DOMMAGE , car ce n’est pas préciser dans tout compris !!!!

Belle vue de la chambre mais du vis-à-vis de chaque côté du balcon..... Nourriture épicée dans l'ensemble avec malgré tout de la recherche dans les plats, assez variés. . Sinon grand hôtel comme tous ceux de Djerba., Resto bruyant,... (Cantine).

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is very nice, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Overall, it was a fantastic experience—I only wish I could have stayed longer. I’ll definitely be returning!

Beautiful location and lovely beach with good access from hotel and pool to beach. Pool was very good also. Food was excellent with a huge range of options, and staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend, and stay here if we were ever to come to Djerba again.

Super séjour, un service à la perfection, les tunisiens sont au petit soin avec les clients. L’hôtel est très propre et très agréable. La plage est très sécurisée. Le restaurant est à l’extérieur les jours de soleil, c’est super sympa et ils font des excellents bambaloni pour le goûter. Et la citronnade est très appréciable. Je suggérerai tout de même plus de plats tunisiens, ce sont les meilleurs. Le personnel nous a même proposé de prendre un café et un petit déjeuner froid alors que le taxi nous attendait dehors, à 4h00 du matin. En résumé : on reviendra, excellent rapport qualité prix

Rien à redire sur l’établissement! Par contre nous avons dû changé de chambre l deuxième jour, en arrivant nous avons eu une chambre standard sans balcon sans terrasse …pourtant nous avions réservé avec petite terrasse ! La réceptionniste très aimable Amina nous a expliqué qu’Hotel. Com n’a pas préciser et la réservation était chambre standard. Heureusement que l’amabilité du personnel de réception ont bien voulu nous satisfaire. Merci de bien vouloir nous dire d’où vient cette erreur ? Autrement un lieu à recommander, tout est extrait, animation , repas, bienveillance de tous le personnel et du staff ,,, cet endroit va nous manquer.
