The room was clean but a little old and a couple spots creaked. Staff was friendly and helpful. The gym/pool was not free even though i had a suite and the buffet had a good variety but it was hell to walk around. The open air bath was really far away and was given 1 water bottle because i was solo? Again, on a suite? There may seem to be a lot of issues but it was still better than most 4 star hotels.

Nice hotel. They provide pickup from the Gero station to the hotel. The osen was the best and I love it.
