Property is fine. Centrally located. Clean ,Staff are great. Two issues. We had to park on the street as all hotel parking full, also the bed was terrible, way too soft. Mattress needs replacing.

Ocean Centre Hotel was a very comfortable place to stay. The room was lovely, and staff were very helpful. It was great to have the bar at the property to have a relaxing drink with friends.

Dingy facilities, no on-site laundry or gym (as had been explicitly advertised on their Hotels.com page - perhaps y'all should verify this?), very limited parking available, noisy aircon, loud fighting neighbors at night - lack of overnight desk attendant meant that I had to call security to deal with neighboring room, and the security guard was unprofessional and took half an hour to arrive; loud fighting recommenced ten minutes later.

Check in was very friendly and we were given an upgrade because staying 3 nights. Room was spacious and nice, everything clean and in order. Housekeeping was friendly and efficient. Only issue was difficulty in getting a secure car park. On a long weekend there were more cars than spaces

Hotel ideally located, close to the main drag. We were located just above ground level facing the main road, but sound proofing on windows very effective. Room clean, however fixtures and carpets, particularly in the common hallway areas, tired. Bathroom tiny and whilst shower had very good pressure, no shower door so bathroom floor very wet every time, such that bathmat effectively had to be used as a mop. No exhaust fan. For the price can only give three stars

Paid for ocean view but was very obstructed, mould on the ceiling in bathroom, room next to me was making early hours of morning and then someone vacuuming at 6 am hitting the wall, not a pleasant stay at all

Pokey Little Car Park. Not enough Parking and had to leave our car out in the Street and walk back to hotel. Tried to upgrade to a Balcony Room Upstairs and were given the rediculous Excuse it was not available because our 15 year old Son was too young. They kept us down in the Dungeon type Room with ugly car park views and charged us a rediculous $275 /night for our pokey Little room with no ceiling fan in the Tiny Bathroom

Bathrooms are not user-friendly. The shower stall does not have a door, so the entire bathroom is flooded after bathing. When showering, toilet paper must also be avoided, otherwise it gets soaked. It is nice to receive a free drink voucher when you check in. Also, we were assigned a higher floor and the view from the room was very nice. Great location. Will stay again maybe we caught a staff member on a bad day. The bar was apparently busy the day we were there. One lady was very helpful and even though had mentioned to someone else she was already meant to have gone home was still helpful, polite and approachable. Her colleague from the front desk that came to help was, I will say, less so! Not everyone is equipped for customer service.

We needed a last minute place to stay and we chose well! The staff were amazing and customer service was spot on. Jo the manager went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and ensure our stay was pleasant. Maria and Kayla were very friendly which is something that was lacking from our previous nights accommodation. Will definitely return!

Great value. Room with ocean view was excellent. Easy check-in/out. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again on my next visit. Local shops and restaurants are a short walk across the street, however, there is a restaurant/ bar in the hotel, and room service is available. Secure parking. Great location. Highly recommended.

CJ/Ms Fox provided excellent customer service and support. The breakfast staff in the Sirocco were friendly, and provided excellent service. The breakfast menu was very good as with the food, fresh squeezed orange juice was tasty, as with the coffee offerings.

The restaurant was closed. No local restaurants open .New years day. Found a noodle bay the only available place for takeout. Had to eat in our room off a saucer with a spoon. The room was in the basement opening on the car park The cars were parked 4 foot away from our door. The car park resembled a builders yard A hydraulic hoist was working all day enabling some alterations to be done. The noise was horrendous. You couldn’t hold a conversation. Why were we put in that room when the hotel was half empty.

The Staff and location were both excellent. Parking extremely tight. The early bird (check-in) gets the best parking. The water pressure in the shower is the best in WA- awesome shower. It’s a shame the restaurant downstairs wasn’t open for evening dinner only for drinks. Great location and views. The other 3rd party (restaurant) hotel uses for delivery I.e. room service- is below average - not even tasty.
