The signature facility is the natural hot‑spring public bath, widely praised for comfort and long opening hours, though it can get crowded and a few cleanliness lapses were noted. Parking is limited, with guests sometimes directed to nearby partner lots; some elevators feel dated.

Many guests found rooms and common areas clean despite the building’s age, but reports also mention odors, dust, smoky smells on nonsmoking floors, and occasional bath-area hygiene issues; a few guests reported insect bites.

Some rooms are refurbished and comfortable, but sizes vary and unit baths can be very small. Several reviews note thin walls and elevator noise, physical keys and limited bedside outlets, and air conditioning that blows directly onto beds.

Staff are frequently friendly and helpful, with smooth luggage handling and, at times, early room access. A few guests experienced curt reception or insufficient guidance about facilities and breakfast venues; one-key-only lending was inconvenient for some.

Central and convenient for Fushimi and downtown dining and shopping (Don Quijote and drugstores nearby). Several guests felt it is a 10–20 minute walk from Nagoya Station, which some found inconvenient.

Breakfast is often praised for tasty Nagoya specialties and variety at reasonable prices. Some guests found certain dishes average, wanted more Western items, or noted it is not complimentary.
