TURIM Av. Liberdade Hotel

We had 3 nights in hotel and 2 rooms, upon entering one of the rooms stank like you were in a sewer! Reported the first morning and later that day was told it had been sorted. It wasn’t the smell came back through the 2nd evening, reported again on day 2 and the lady on reception that afternoon/evening told us she will have the cleaners sort as was a cleaning issue to her but we said it wasn’t it’s a drainage/plumbing issue. Again was told it was sorted but it wasn’t and we now also had the smell in the 2nd room also, which was so bad it woke me up.finally was offered a new room for last evening at 11pm that night. The cleaners did a lovely job each day and the receptionist needs speaking to about her rudeness and lack of customer service in saying we were lying! Should have been changed rooms after night 1 reporting it. Bar staff and actual cleanliness of the property was lovely but report a sewage issue which this was and you get called liers! After what we paid for 2 rooms for 4 of us this was not what I was expecting for the price. I doubt anyone from this company will bother to contact me and sort compensation but it ruined our experience of staying in Lisbon with this hotel again!

No hot water, had to be at airport at 700a took a cold shower, my husband did not take a shower due to no hot water. Nice hotel I stayed there before, but no HOT water, not acceptable.
