I had a great stay here. Everything was nearby, very walkable to all the things I want to do in Lisbon. The rooftop bar was amazing - cozy and gorgeous view.

The apartment is in a great location. It has two working elevators, which is not common in Europe. Decent space with an updated bathroom. The decor is interesting, but I don’t care much about that.

A surpresa da viagem!!!! Superou as expectativas. Desde o atendimento ate o tamanho do quarto e principalmente a localização! Optamos por nao pegar o cafe para conhecer locais diferentes. E tem muitossss, inclusive do outro lado da rua. Apto silencioso, chuveiro bom, cama boa, decoração super autentica. Fomos ao bar no rooftop com bons drinks e uma viata incrivel. Amamos

Localização excelente, tivemos problema em 1 banheiro, pois devido o prédio ser antigo não se podia usar a banheira, seria melhor tirar a banheira para não ter mais problemas. E infelizmente o bar ligado ao hotel estava em reforma, este é o diferencial do hotel pra mim, na outra estadia gostei muito do local

Unique property ! Flamboyant arty experiential interiors with some really cheeky fun pop and sexy hints. This applies throughout the hotel, from the rooms, the corridors, the reception. The lift is genious! A semitransparent capsule bringing you on a space journey through a different crazy theme for each floor (I won’t spoil the details) and climaxing on the rooftop bar with amazing city views. The room had a genious cheeky bathroom and lovely views of Lisbon’s roofs. The welcome was very warm with nice treats and every details is customised with the hotel signature art-pop witty style. All very comfortable, nice kitchenette and coffee in the room. Location is perfect, bang in the middle of Baixa, and very close to metro stations, Santa Justa elevator and everything you need to see, buy or eat. The restaurant just in front of the hotel is brilliant in both food and decor (Portuguese art-nouveau) and there are plenty of food options closeby

Excellent central location. Helpful staff. Very quirky, eye catching decor throughout the whole hotel. Rooms (21,22,23) were decent size and well laid out. Beds were comfortable. Rooftop bar isn't that big but had a great atmosphere and tasty cocktails. Plenty of variety for breakfast, however the 'cooked' items were cold the first morning and just about warm the following 2 mornings. Would recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

The hotel was very convenient. It is close to everything. It is very walkable. I love the location. The thing that I don’t like about it is that the apartment smell like sewage. It is ver stinking.

air conditioning is substandard On minimum 18• was still too warm Safe didn’t work despite numerous attempts from staff . Room often not cleaned until late afternoon BUT ….. the staff are wonderful! Lovely people who couldn’t do enough to help . Don’t think I’ll stay again but will go to the roof terrace bar which is excellent

The smell in the hall area wasn't really that awesome. I assume they are trying to fix the old carpet/wall smell with some air fresheners but it is not much better either. Gave my girlfriend a headache. Otherwise, it is a nice hotel, with a great location, and friendly stuff. Just not a place to stay for smell-sensitive folks.

위치는 너무너무 좋습니다. 방이 조금 작아요ㅠ 5층 묵었었는데... 마지막날에 천장에서 누수가 발생하여 패밀리룸으로 바꿔줬네요. 위치는 정말 좋습니당.

Location was excellent Property was a bit dated and there was some kind of sewer smell in the room

Pros: Great location, nice roof top. Cons: There was a patch on the floor near the foot of the beds that was rough and rugged. Could of easily had cuts and scrapes on foot if not wearing socks or shoes. The bathroom was dark, I get it, it suppose to give an ambience, but I don’t think it is deemed safe, can barely see anything while showering. The hallways smell like sewage, covered in fragrance. The morning of check out, had horrible sleep, a fast running leak came from the ceiling causing a wet mess and having to place the little given towels to soak up the mess and used bowls to catch the water. We told the front desk the situation when we checked out but felt they were accusatory towards us, ‘well why didn’t you let us know right away?’ as if we did something wrong. We are letting you know now, aren’t we?

We love that this place is so close to everything we needed to see. One of the 2 bathrooms was leaking and flooded. We ended up using just the other one. The kitchen smelled awful...like garbage and water mold.

Clean room, Cindy beds, excellent service, friendly staff.

We were 3 adults and had a family room on 3rd floor. The cleaning staff's room was in front of us and each morning they were so load, that they walk us up. This was around 7:50-8am. I did address it with them and they apologised, but continued in the same manner next day. The bathroom had an awful smell of mould and something rotten, but it looked cleaned and there was nothing visible to an eye to remove it. Apart from that, the hotel was nice and had a really good interior. I think we were just unlucky with the room.

The positive first: Hotel staff is wonderful. Very friendly and helpful with great recommendations on things to see and do along with restaurants. The location is great- you are walking distance from the river, Time Out Market, tons of shopping, restaurants, and points of interest. The not great: the hotel is definitely artsy, which is part of the reason we booked. We thought it was a unique, upscale hotel. Our room was at best average. It was mostly white tiles and floors with a mural over the bed. It was a general cold and uncomfortable vibe and not much space at all. There was a peep show window to the shower from the bedroom, which thankfully had a shade you could pull but was super strange. We missed having our room serviced the first day because we slept in. The second day it was needed badly and we left the room at 9am, hoping it would be done when we got back at 2. It wasn’t and we waited an additional 2 hours for it to be serviced (so 7 hours total). We stayed in hotels at similar price points/location hubs in Madrid and Seville and had luxurious rooms, pools, and room service. I feel like the rate you are paying here is for the artsy experience, because it’s definitely not the comfort. This was the least favorite of our hotels in our 6 city trip.

Stanze molto ampie, sono dei mini appartamenti con piano cottura e frigo, c’è anche la macchina per il caffè. C’è tutto ciò che serve. Stanza pulita e confortevole. Staff cordialissimo. Ottima la colazione a buffet, varia e di qualità. Gradito l’omaggio della bottiglia di vino.

It’s a perfect location in the heart of the city. Safe, clean and close to the restaurants, shops and attractions. The WiFi was pretty bad though.

투베드룸으로 했었고 더블침대 각 방에 하나씩 침대 양쪽으로 옷걸수있는 공간 넉넉했어요. 방마다 화장실이 각각 있고 거실도 크고 거실에도 화장실이 있어 샤워가능 화장실이 총 3개였어요 식당도 별도로 공간이 구분되어 있어요. 청결도도 좋았고 위치가 진짜 최고..저희는 트램 안타고 걸어서 여기저기 구경다녔어요..아주 만족했던 아주 넓어서 너무 좋았던 숙소입니다. 지하철역도 가까워서 포르투 이동도 굿

We stayed at Lisbon Art Stay for 5 nights with my family of 4 and it was perfect! It was my boys' first trip to Europe so I wanted something centrally located that included breakfast - and the Art Stay checked all the boxes! We had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (!!!) in the family unit and with the exception of Monday which was garbage pick up, the location was quiet at night despite being located so close to main parts of the city. I would highly recommend! And the communication with the staff was perfect!

Location is excellent. The only 2 issues we hand were the following: 1) windows didn’t latch properly which made sleeping at night difficult as every street noise could be heard. This is a lively neighborhood so there is a lot of late night partying folks. 2) probably the deal breaker for us to come back here again; you cannot flush toilet paper in the commode, you have to dispose of it in a plastic bag in the trash bin.

It has a cool vibe. Room was clean and modern. Only complaint was the noise from the bar on the 5th floor. We were on the 4th.

Lively “artsy” safe hotel in a prime location. 5 hotel room floors with a busy roof top bar outdoor patio. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms AC however, did not function well.

Front desk staff were very helpful. They printed our train tickets and booked a shuttle to the station. They were always ready to help, Room was cleaned everyday, unless we asked them not to do so. I would stay here again for sure. Great location to tour Lisbon.

The location was perfect! Staff went above and beyond to assist us in communicating with the airline about our lost luggage. Made excellent restaurant recommendations!

Tomas and Didi at the reception desk are absolutely fabulous! This hotel is lucky to be counting on such helpful employees towards their clients! We had an issue with our room, Tomas and Didi where very helpful in solving the situation and get us a new room . The customer service received at this hotel was fantastic!

For a VIP listed hotel, they were very unaccomidating. Only offered paid upgrade, not free due to Platinum status. They focus on the art of the hotel, and not the customer service.

So much fun. Restaurants and shops in walking distance as well as many important historical sites. Would absolutely recommend. We were looking for something that wasn't a plain tradition hotel. We wanted something fun. This was it! The staff was amazing, kind, helpful, engaging. The rooftop bar was really cool. Very funky and the outside balcony had an amazing view. Would go back in a minute.

They forgot room service. Front desk offered no solution or even an apology

My personal information was stolen by a 3rd party company the hotel uses. I was then targeted by scammers to input my credit card to keep my reservation secure. Sadly, I had to inform the hotel of this breach of data, not the other way around. I was never given clear information of what exact data was stolen and when I asked for compensation I was told it wasn’t their fault. In hindsight I should have just cancelled my reservation as the “not our fault” attitude continued into my stay. I asked for late check out, which I thought was a great way for the hotel to make up for the data breach. But was told it was impossible. Reception told me that it was not their fault they couldn’t help me, it was housekeeping's fault. Complete lack of any kind of effort to make up for the issues they caused me.

Excellent location, but don’t expect a lot of attention or help from the front desk. Agreements made with previous employees shift might not be honored by the next shift. Out of 3 hotels I stayed in Portugal this one has the poorest service…. unfortunately…

It was a great stay. They updated us for our 60th birthday ( unexpected). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was very unique and had a cool roof top bar. I plan on going back and have recommended to friends that are heading to Lisbon.

Tolle Unterkunft in einer Seitenstraße zur Einkaufsstraße. Sehr schön eingerichtete Zimmer. Sehr sauber. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Das einzige Manko ist, dass es recht laut abends ist. Aber das war zu erwarten, wenn man mitten in der Stadt eine Unterkunft mietet.

In the heart of Baxia Chaido (by the metro station) and the tourist area of the ‘Elevator’, this place is close to everything you can imagine in the Lisbon area.! A must stay.

Very central area, always buzzing, close to public transport and plenty of street entertainment.

It’s a somewhat eclectic Hotel located in an excellent part of Lisbon. Very walkable to many of the major tourist attractions. Close to the major arch and river/beachfront.

Perfekt läge. Nära till sevärdheter och Metro. Dålig frukost med litet utbud.. inga grönsaker och för få personal för att klara servicen. Man fick vänta på det mesta som tog slut; koppar,glas, bröd, mjölk mm Opraktiskt möblerat i frukostdelen-att behöva krypa ner på golvet för att hämta glas och kaffemugg är lite jobbigt. Möblemanget var gjort för att ligga och äta frukost. Sittpuffar/ fotpallar och alldeles för mjuka soffor. Rummet var okej men verkar byggt av amatörer. Handdukshängare satt löst, hårtorken fungerade inte och ac var inte i bruk. Murrig ljussättning överlag på hotellet, dunkelt överallt, många målningar. Bohemiskt inrett, färgglatt, jazzig bakgrundsmusik överallt. Restaurangen hade en begränsad meny men smakmässigt var det full pott- supergott.

Amazing stay! the staff was super friendly and always available. The room was cozy and beautiful. The breakfast was great, lots of vegan options :) We were able to walk to many attractions and the shops and restaurants are just a block away. We will definitely be back!!

Lovely and quirky hotel. Good quality and value for money. Good breakfast option. Lovely rooftop bar. Location is central albeit a bit noisy.
