呢間溫泉好大，有3個大浴場，好relax，又有個premium lounge 可以飲下酒，食下小吃，早餐buffet就一般，我諗住會喺房間嘆嘅，晚餐我就好期待，不過有少少落差，比禁貴價錢，就唔成正比，仲要喺餐廳食，無人服侍，自己燒烤，牛肉得好少，整體最正就係浴場，無咩人

We stayed for two nights in this wonderful hotel. It's located in the center of the well known Arima Onsen. The hotel has pick-up and bring service that covers the train, bus and cable car stations in the surrounding area. It's very convenient to get around. The hotel is well organized and the rooms are super clean. We stayed in the traditional Japanese room, which is fantastic. Wearing the yukata, sitting on the tatami while viewing the beautiful mountains just so easily brings peace to our minds. The onsen in the hotels are also fabulous. It has three very large and different public bath. All have outdoor areas. We tried the private ones too. They are all very well maintained and easy to use. Our 7 year old son enjoyed it too. We chose the buffet dinner because of our picky eater son. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the buffet dinner. In addition to our extra Kobe beef dish, wagyu beef is included in the buffet too. There are many other dishes, which are all in high quality and very delicious. We took the cable car and wondered in the Rikko mountain area during the day and then came back to the hotel for a hot bath, and then enjoyed the wonderful buffet dinner. We couldn't be more satisfied. Highly recommended!

My friends and I stayed at this hotel for one night in June 2023. We arrived at the hotel early at 10am before the check-in time, and they offered luggage storage services to us. We traveled around the onsen and returned at 2:30pm. By then, the room was ready and our luggage had been transferred directly to the room. I stayed on the 14th floor of the north wing and the mountain view from the room was excellent. We enjoyed a great Kobe beef dinner and Japanese breakfast in the room. The service was also professional and provided in fluent English. Our package also included access to the premium lounge, where the drinks were very good. I would recommend that the hotel increase the operating hours for the premium lounge (currently closed at around 10pm).

İnanılmaz güzel bir yerdi. Yemekler hem geleneksel hem de çok lezzetli. İnsanlar çok güleryüzlüydü, hamamlar tertemiz ve çok şıktı. Oteldeki tek yabancı bizdik ama hiç yabancılık çekmedik.

Arrival - My stay at the Hyoe Koyokaku was exceptional from check-in to checkout. I arrived at the property about two hours early as my family and I wanted to sightsee around town and get some lunch. The associates downstairs and at the front desk were more than helpful in assisting us check in our luggage and guide us to the car park which is just a few steps away from the main entrance. Check in - Upon check-in a few hours later we were told that we had complimentary upgrade from our original booked room (West Bldg-Deluxe Kaiseki Kobe Beef Dinner in Room w/ buffet breakfast) to the nicer and more expensive ($75 a night increase) North Building. The larger room also included a massage chair which was used by both my wife and I and was a nice treat. Overall the room was spacious while being comfortable and clean in addition to having a nice view of the onsen town. No need to bring any towel from your room, as both the wash towel and body towel are provided along with all the usual amenities like combs, razors, q-tips, etc. down in the baths. Amazing place. Room was huge with a very impressive massage chair. We opted in for in-room massage service, both masseuse were skilled and provided a memorable experience. Check in process was seamless and staff were friendly. Would stay here again.

房間有年代感，但維護的很好，很乾淨。 溫泉很舒服，讓人非常放鬆。 酒店櫃檯和接駁車的員工很熱情，非常有禮貌，給人很親切的感覺。 大廳有神戶名產伴手禮，很方便。

Very nice accommodation and clear information from the concierge about the whereabouts of the hotel. Excellent service!

The hotel should give notice to guests at reservation how to take shuttle bus from either bus station or train station to the hotel as the hotel is on a hill.

It is a historic accommodation being over 700 years, i expected the vintage kind of facilities. I came to Arima for the hot springs, this hotel has the greatest public and private baths. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast and dinner. I discovered they offer Tea ceremony between 9am to 10am to hotel guests while taking with a japanese return guest, wish the receptionist will inform me with this upon check-in so i wont miss out oj this opportunity.

仲井さんの人柄と丁寧さがピカイチのお宿でした(^^)夕朝ビュッフェプランでしたが美味しいのはもちろん、種類も多く他のお客さんにですが少し寒いのを感じ取られたのかブランケットを進められていました◎ お風呂の泉質も凄くよく4回入り大満足です。 また泊まりに来たくなる、そんなお宿です。 心地よい時間をありがとうございました(^^)

地點方便，酒店服務一流，VIP Lounge 除了汽水咖啡茶飲提供外，還有紅酒白酒其他酒類飲品，又有芝士果仁，和其他小食，環境優雅寧靜。套票跟頂級BBQ神戶和牛和龍蝦刺套餐，份量十足，旅程十分享受。

This property does take some effort to get to. But the stay was pleasant. Buffet was delicious and onsen baths were amazing. The ryokan experience is very interesting and comfortable for us. Staff were very helpful. One thing to mention is it is not very tattoo-friendly. They politely ask you to cover tattoos in common areas, including restaurants.
