We enjoyed our stay here. The food was delicious. The service was attentive. We were just not used to how hot the Japan onsen was but it was nice to have two different area. The kids really enjoyed the ping pong tables and the vintage video game room. We enjoyed the dinner buffet, but the breakfast could be better. The bedding - sleep mats were super thin and were hard to sleep on. We did asked for it to be double up to help with the hard floor. The front desk was able to arrange for this except if we want it set up by the staff there is additional charge. We didn’t mind doing it ourselves for free.

Everything was good during the stay except that it’s a bit far from JR Station, and the bus service wasn’t that frequent for getting around.

Property was located a bit far away from the train stations but close to the airport. Staff was pleasant and courteous. The breakfast and dinner buffets were incredible! Plenty of choices and food was super fresh and delicious! Definitely would recommend this place for a relaxing few days.
