Unlike APA hotels in other places, this is more for travelers. Very good exception the organization of Spa, how rooms are set up to get to the bath, etc. A bit unusual. Other than that, everything is excellent.

Very convenient to the train station and bus terminal, helpful for visiting sites in the area. The room was clean and equipped with every gadget. Swirly black and silver wallpaper on one wall, fortunately behind the bed and not visible when trying to sleep. Breakfast had a great choice of Japanese and western foods, though the fried eggs were tepid. The internet worked fine. The bed was comfortable, but for me the pillow was too hard, not resilient. Plenty of hot water and a good but smaller shower. The room and bathroom were incredibly small, the double bed and desk had maybe 18 inches separation and they filled the entire room. No place to set up a suitcase except on the bed or on the floor in the short narrow foyer hallway. There was a little luggage rack the size of a camp stool, could only hold a small bag and no place to set it up, and hooks and hangers in the hallway, no room for a closet. I would not recommend these rooms for two people but maybe they have bigger ones. All in all, it was a good value for the location and if traveling alone, I would stay there again.
