朝にパン派な人は嫌いかもしれませんが、朝食がとても美味しかったです。全体的に綺麗で駅からも近くて便利です。ただ一つだけ残念だったのが、洗濯機が２つしかホテルになく、洗濯したかったのですが、なかなか空いているタイミングと合わず、洗濯し終わったのが、日が変わる頃でした。ランドリーを増やしていただけると嬉しいです。

受付が13階（最上階）で荷物運ぶのに大変だったので低層階だったら良かったです。それと駐車場も数が少ないと感じました。アメニティでお茶と紅茶はありましたが、コーヒーがあったらもっと良かったです。

The hotel is within walkable range from Kanazawa Station. There's 2 shopping malls in between, one which you could walk through to reach the hotel and avoid some rain and snow. There's free coffee and tea for lodgers, the amenities were great too. If you want to visit most of the tourist spots around Kanazawa Station, it's within 2km vicinity so you could walk around too. Will return to stay at the hotel again if I ever return to Kanazawa again

Check in was very easy. I appreciated the cold tea and coffee machine in the lobby after sightseeing on a very hot day. The room was a good size, clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the pj’s and the air conditioning was perfect.

Nice ornament of goat and dragon at the lobby. Convenient since walkable from Kanazawa station. Unfortunately, the toilet/bath area had strong urine odor, which was disappointing. Other than the Bathroom smell, it was a good stay.

スタッフの方の対応はとても良かった。部屋の衛生面が少し気になる。シーツ、タオル等は綺麗。経年数的に仕方ないのかもしれないが、畳と壁の汚れが特に。水場に入ってすぐ髪の毛が落ちていた。

This was my first stay in Kanazawa and this location was perfect. Not too close to the train station, but within a 2 minute walk to get to the main transportation hub. My room could have used a bit of TLC as there were scuffs and marks on the walls in the room, but that's just not picking.

申し込みの画面上も朝食の案内も無く、チェックイン時にも特に説明もなくでも翌朝大勢の人が朝食を取っていたのは不思議な感覚でした。バスルームの隅に歯磨き粉のチューブが落ちていたのに気が付いていなかった、残念。

Traveled with partner. Well located with super comfy beds and more spacious than other Japanese hotel rooms we’ve stayed in. However, the air is centrally controlled and you don’t have control over the temperature of your specific room. There is something there that looks like an air conditioner but you cannot control the temperature. Given it was November they had the heater on way too high and we had to sleep with the window open to keep it cool enough for us. It was still too warm in the room. Hilarious because it was 38 degrees F outside. So the air conditioning was the only issue but a major issue for us.

The wifi did not work on our second day and when we asked front desk, they gave us the wifi details for the adjacent room, which was still very slow. The hotel location is conveniently next to the station but still at least 20 min walk to the tourist attractions.

Very accessible to JR Kanazawa Station. Also near to shopping centre Aeon. However, it is just next to the railway tracks so can hear the railway passing by if you are sensitive. I am okay with the slight noise. Hardly affecting my sleep as I am tired after a day of walking and sightseeing.

Location is good, 5mins walk to bus/JR stations. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Room is good size. Only thing i would pick on is the aircon. Not too stable and very noisy. I put at 24℃ with low fan, sometimes it is ok, sometimes suddenly it became hot, we tune to 23℃, after awhile it turned very cold.

The employees were very attentive and helpful, and the hotel and room are clean and nicely decorated. They have cards and pamphlets with English translations explaining the hotel procedures and amenities, and how to use them. I stayed in a double-room on the 7th floor. The bed takes up most of the floorspace, but the room was very comfy and had excellent amenities for the price. The bathroom, especially, was much larger than I thought it would be. My only worry was the tub. It was not sealed to the wall, so I was trying not to let water run into the crack while I showered. The hotel entrance can be a little difficult to get to, but it's very close to the station. You can hear the trains from your room, but it was faint enough to be background white noise and didn't bother me at all. They're using eco-cleaning, so they only leave fresh towels at the door unless you request a cleaning, which I didn't ask for. I also didn't eat at the restaurant, so I can't comment on that. All in all, a very good hotel for a very reasonable price.

電視遙控器故障，向櫃檯反應後，仍沒有解決。同時排除障礙的人員，竟然未將門關好，使得房間門在晚上回來後，仍是可以隨意進出的。

金沢駅から歩いてすぐなので便利でした。横断歩道の位置のせいで少々無駄に歩かされる感じがすることや、コンビニが近くにはないこと、線路の近くなので電車が通ると音が聞こえること、ズボンプレッサーが壊れて使えなかったことなどが気になった点。ただ、部屋は綺麗で照明などのスイッチ類も使いやすいところに配置され、清潔感のある印象。一番気に入ったのはお風呂がユニットバスでもバスタブがとても広いこと。ビジネス利用だったので、のびのびとお風呂につかれてとてもリラックスできました。

金沢駅から歩いてすぐなので便利でした。横断歩道の位置のせいで少々無駄に歩かされる感じがすることや、コンビニが近くにはないこと、線路の近くなので電車が通ると音が聞こえること、ズボンプレッサーが壊れて使えなかったことなどが気になった点。ただ、部屋は綺麗で照明などのスイッチ類も使いやすいところに配置され、清潔感のある印象。一番気に入ったのはお風呂がユニットバスでもバスタブがとても広いこと。ビジネス利用だったので、のびのびとお風呂につかれてとてもリラックスできました。

Very accessible to JR Kanazawa Station. Also near to shopping centre Aeon. However, it is just next to the railway tracks so can hear the railway passing by if you are sensitive. I am okay with the slight noise. Hardly affecting my sleep as I am tired after a day of walking and sightseeing.

The breakfast was most definitely not worth the money. We've had nothing but wonderful breakfasts since arriving in Japan 9 days ago, many were included in the room price, but this. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your money on this breakfast. Otherwise, the rooms were really quite nice and more spacious than typical and actually 2 small pillows, instead of just the typical one on your bed. The only other odd part is the lobby being located on the top floor.

The stuff does not speak English, AT ALL, we could not communicate. The room was very very small, the fridge was broken, the AC was very loud and we cannot control it. The hotel i think its for local tourists not for international travelers. I enjoyed my stay here and appreciated having a quiet room at the end of the hallway. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, although I initially had a little trouble finding it. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with a refrigerator and an electric kettle for preparing hot beverages. Like many hotels today, housekeeping is not provided daily, but the towel replacement and trash collection system worked very smoothly. I did not purchase breakfast, so I cannot comment on the food. However, the hotel provided complimentary coffee, hot beverages, iced tea, and lemon water on the 13th floor lobby area throughout the day, which was a nice touch. The only reason I rated the hotel 4 stars instead of 5 is that, unlike most Japanese hotels I have stayed in, there were no coffee or tea packets available in the room. To get my morning coffee, I had to use the beverage machine on the 13th floor. Since my room was on the 5th floor and the hotel has only two small elevators, this sometimes meant waiting during the busy morning period when guests were heading to breakfast or leaving for the day. Other than that minor inconvenience, I had a very pleasant stay. The front desk staff spoke some English and were always friendly, helpful, and accommodating with my questions and requests.
