ランドリー、電子レンジが共有部分にありコーヒー、ココア、ホットミルク等好きなだけ好きな時間にセルフで飲めるサービス等、朝食も金沢の名物や洋食メニュー等のビュッフェスタイルで大満足です。スタッフの方も皆さんとてもホスピタリティに溢れて滞在がとても楽しいものになりました。

Clean room, very good breakfast, laundry facility on second floor, close to market, restaurant and station. Loved the space in my Refresh Twin room.

The laundry room worked great and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was just a bit uninspired.

Central location. Easy walk from the train station without having to cross any major roads. Walking distance to the castle and gardens. Omichio market just nearby. Many good restaurants too. Hotel is clean. Breakfast although busy has very good selection. Check in took a while as there were many guests so have to take a number. Free coffee and matcha latte which is an absolute plus. The bathroom is superb with powerful all body shower. The laundry room does get very busy though. Overall, enjoyed staying here! Thank you.

ホテルの前に　バス停があります。金沢駅、近江町市場までは　徒歩圏内です。部屋は　広く整えられており　ウェルカムドリンク🥤も　嬉しかった✨バスタブも独立していて　足マッサージ機も置いてありました。何から何まで配慮されていて気持ちよく過ごせた事に感謝です。 提携駐車場🅿️は　有りませんが　すぐ裏に 割と安価で借りれる駐車場もあるので　便利です。

ホテルのロビーの横に コーヒーやワインが飲めるスペースがあり 外国人や家族がそこで楽しめるので ホテルでゆっくりすることができた

大変便利なロケーションです。部屋は大変清潔で申し分なかったです。強いて言えば、観光場所として2席の受付は大変時間を要します。またウェルカムドリンクのサービスなど良いですが、なぞのコインをもらわなければいけないのは、まどろっこしいです。

とても清潔でよかった。

近江町市場から直ぐの場所にありロケーションは最高です。朝食も夕食も近江町市場内で済ませました。駐車場はありまんが、裏手のコインパーキングが24時間駐車で800円程度でしたので気になりませんでした。窓下（ソファーの裏に別利用者が落としたお菓子が残っていたのが唯一気になりました。

前客の靴下の忘れ物が置いてあった。 子供連れでしたが、子供用のアメニティ(歯ブラシやスリッパ等)がなく、あると嬉しいかなと。 それ以外においては、全体的に清潔で良かったです。

房間很大很乾淨，早餐很好吃，服務人員都很盡責。近江町市場在對面，尾山神社，金澤城和兼六園都可步行到達，位置很棒。

立地もよく、ホテルも綺麗でとても大満足でした。ベッドの上の棚？のにメガネをおいたら埃で真っ白になったで、そういうぱっと見わからないところも清掃が行き届いているといいと思いました。

客室は非常に清潔で、スタッフの皆様にも、丁寧で温かいご対応をいただきました。 次回、お伺いする際も、利用させていただきたいと思います。

Good points: very well situated, hotel reception very modern with a good standing, breakfast buffet excellent, everything very clean. Bad points: room very small. Queen bed stuck in a corner you must escalate your companion to get out...

We absolutely loved our time at Forza. The location is central and very walkable. Our room was a corner, and we greatly enjoyed the foot massager, the shower, and the comforters. We would absolutely stay here again.

兼六園や金沢城、近江町市場など観光地から徒歩圏で便利な立地です。 駐車場は、裏手のタイムズを利用しましたが、荷物を持ってぐるりと回るのは少し不便でしたが、屋根付きでよかったです。 朝食なしプランでしたので、朝は近江町市場でお寿司をいただきました。 部屋もベッドも広くて快適でしたが、冷蔵庫？裏の壁？から水の流れる音がずっと聞こえてました。 神経質な方は気になるかもしれません。廊下や隣室の音漏れは無く静かです。リネンはパリッとしており気持ちよく利用できました。 EVが混み合うので、低層階は階段が利用できると便利だと思いました。

Room spacious and clean with many amenities provided!

We had a twin room that was very spacious. Shower was excellent. Our fridge wasn't working but quickly replaced. Room immaculate and very fresh. The breakfast was delicious! Very fresh and varied. We will return and recommend this hotel !

The room was large for Japan, and there was enough storage. I could walk to the main tourist attractions and the train station. The bed was very comfortable with 4 pillows.

Room was spacious. Breakfast was excellent with its variety and taste.

Great place to stay, an easy ten-minute walk from Kanazawa station. The hotel feels fresh and contemporary, the breakfast is varied and amazing and the staff welcoming and helpful. Our room was spacious with a nice outlook over the city, surprisingly quiet at night, with a firm bed, strong shower, a window that opened and good amenities. We enjoyed the welcome drink and appreciated the laundry room with its reasonably priced, efficient machines. The location is fantastic for sightseeing and there are plenty of places to shop and eat nearby. Excellent value for money, highly recommended.

2 Stars ruined by a frustrating dispute re breakfast. I booked a family room through Hotels.com, which clearly stated breakfast was included for all guests. However, upon arriving for breakfast on the 1st morning, the staffs insisted that breakfast was only included for adults& we must pay extra for our children. Despite showing our reservation confirmation stating breakfast was included for all, they refused to honor it. After a 20-min negot, they begrudgingly provided food vouchers for the children for that day only. When we asked for vouchers for the 2nd day to avoid the same issue, the staff member, Ms. S. DAXX, refused & said she would contact H.com to resolve it the following day. This was incredibly inconvenient as we were on vacation and wanted to minimize delays. The 2nd day, the same staff, Ms. S. DAXX, was on duty. She claimed Hs.com confirmed we needed to pay for the children's. We explained we didn't receive any communication from H.com. She gave us "that's your biz" attitude. So we had to contact Hs.com via app with virtual agent but cannot solve the issue. Ms. S decided to call Hs.com herself, but it is not hs.com offices hr yet. Instead of offering solutions, Ms. S asked us to wait until the Hs.com office opens an hour later! Not mentioned we had wasted 30min with her. This was completely unacceptable as we were eager to continue our journey. I even pointed out the absurdity of asking guests and children to wait hours for breakfast, but she was unmoved.

Super séjour, check in et check out rapide et professionnel, hôtel très propre, salle de restauration grande et lumineuse. Parfait !

My heartful appreciation to the front desk. I lost my tablet at my last hotel at Toyama. The staff here helped me to contact the hotel at Toyama and arranged the courier delivery service. All I needed to do was just to pay the courier fee and my tablet arrived at my hand the next day. Thank you so much Forza. Certainly I will recommend Forza to my friends and I will also consider to stay again in my next visit to Kanazawa.

Forza is about a 7 minute walk to the train station. Across the street is the Omicho market. The location is fantastic for exploring Kanazawa. We walked everywhere. In addition to the excellent location, our family enjoyed the breakfast. Everything was delicious.

Lovely hotel with great price. Breakfast was good with both Japanese & western choices. Location was very convenient to everywhere. City loop Bus stop was just in front of the hotel.

Placed perfectly near the Omichio market and equidistant to the train station, castle and garden, chaya districts and Korinbo shopping.
