Very close to most pubs and restaurants also main shopping area, room was clean but bed was very uncomfortable and spa didnt work other than that cant complain also staff are very nice and helpful

Booked the Spa room, had the pool and spa outside at the front door of the room and they were communal… Front door had a vent which cannot be closed so all sounds travel into and out of the room. Giant spider web in corner of room and hair in the shower drain. Car parks are tight! Don't be last car in. Freshly renovated bathroom was good. Space for the four of us was ok. No way 4 rating.

Motel room are nice, we had a family room and found comfortable. It really needs somewhere to washes dishes as it only had the bathroom sink. The car parks are very very tight and only 1 car spot, the other cars need to be left out on the street. Close to everything so don’t need your car for most things. All up my experience was good 👍

Kevin who runs this Hotel was very helpful and happy. We requested that the room be cleaned prior to our check in with no-fragrance products and this was done. The room was a good size. The hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance from the centre of Echuca. Parking onsite was good, but a little bit tight. Thank you to Kevin and his staff for a very pleasant stay.

The room was not clean …. The spa bath was not as clean, the curtain of the spa bath had white stuff on it… the rubbish bin in the toilet had rubbish from previous people stayed in the room…..

Room 17 was quite comfortable. Perfect location with a short walk to shops and places to eat. The apartment was not clean, with dust on most surfaces, spider webs around the air conditioner and used soap still in the shower. There were no coffee cups or teaspoons in the room. Had to use our travel mugs. Also no milk in the fridge. The apartment is due for some renovation, but quire a nice place to stay for the price.

Service on arrival was very good even though reception was closing earlier than normal. Room appeared clean, but soon became obvious it wasn't - large stains on the carpet, cobwebs in the corners. Bathroom was especially bad with previously installed old grout still over the floor surfaces, fresh paint had been applied over rough walls some time ago, dirt in all the corners and a shower curtain covered with algae. As reception was unattended there was no one to complain to so we were stuck as we had paid prior to arrival and it was non-refundable. I would not reccomend to anyone as there are so many choices in Echuca - don't be fooled by the photos on Wotif as I was!

Initial impression from the road is an older looking building, however you soon realise the motel is modelled on a riverboat with timber decks and rails. Room was very nice and spacious with an additional bedroom. Very comfortable and would highly recommend

Good check in despite the hot weather. Rooms are clean and good size but perhaps a bit tired. It was extremely hot when we were there and the air con worked ok in the main room but not very effective in other bedroom

Last minute booking for the Winter Blues Festival. Excellent service, friendly and polite and accommodating staff. Even rang me when I left my car lights on to see if they could switch them off for me. Our bed was also super comfy. Old fashioned service, make up your room daily if you require. Easy walk into the main part of town and to the wharf. No complaints. Would stay again. Thank you
