This hotel was walking distance to train station, airport limo stop, myeong dong area. Cleaning staff were very nice, didn't really have much to do with front staff as we took the exit on level 1 past the restaurant which avoided the front hill. Room was well sized and had a full size fridge and washing machine which was useful since I stayed a week. As the room didn't have aircon, we had the fan running whenever in the room. Communal kitchen was good with water filter and bins to separate the rubbish as opposed to having it in the room.

I'm really happy with our stay here. The room is clean and well equipped for people who want to stay for long. Aside from the basics, it has a full kitchen with glass stove, pot and pans, tableware for two and dishsoap, kettle, microwave, full size fridge and freezer, dining table with four chairs, air purifier. It has washer and drying rack. The place is quiet and secure. It's almost next door to Namsangol Nanok Village and short bus ride to N Seoul Tower. The staffs are friendly and helpful. They even came help with tv menu past mid-night. The daily cleaning service is great. The hotel's large backdoor three levels below the front door is an easy access to the main street and public transit. It's saves us from having to hike up the mountain. I only wish that the card access for this door is all day instead of only after 23:30.

大きな冷蔵庫があり、ペットボトルのビールが収納できてうれしかった。冷凍庫の効きも良く、フローズンバナナ牛乳して美味しかった。 広蔵市場にも、バス一本で行けて良かった。 私の部屋に洗濯機がなく、コインランドリーが一台のみだったので、夜は順番待ちになっていた。 次回は、南山ビューの方に宿泊してみたい。

Hotels was able to arrange airport transfer. Check-in was fuss free. Place was clean. Gym was surprisingly decent. Staff aided us in ordering food, and printing documents with no questions asked. The only downside is the walking to shopping area and public transport. But the price was good as a result, so I can't complain!

the Hotel is on a Hill, so keep that in mind with your luggage :D But it was a very pleasant stay!! It is located near Namsan Tower and is also very near to Myeongdong Shopping District, the overall vibe is very nice (especially in Autumn with the leaves changing their colors) - I was lucky to get a room with a little cooking niche! So I was able to cook something for myself! The nearest Subway Stations were Myeongdong Station and Chungmuro Station. Myeongdong Station was like a 5-7 Minute walk (depending on the streetlights) and Chungmuro Station was 3-5 Minutes away :)) There’s a cute little café right around the corner from the hotel and the next nearest convenience store was 2-3 Minutes away! I really enjoyed the stay at this Hotel and the staff was always very nice and super helpful whenever I had questions! (They also helped me with ordering food for delivery, since I didn’t had a korean phone number - I had an eSim) I will come back for sure! :))

2回目の滞在ですが、やはり冷蔵庫・キッチン・洗濯機有りの部屋は便利でした。今回はバスタブのないお風呂でしたが、個人的には問題なしです。バスタブ有りの方が良ければダブルではなくツインの部屋が良いと思います。駅から近く明洞にも歩いて行けて、ホテル周辺は静かで言うことなし。ただ、キッチンのある部屋は眺望は望めないので、眺めの良い部屋が希望の人にはお勧めできません。窓を開けて換気はできます。アイロン・アイロン台、傘も部屋にあり、本当に気遣いのあるホテルで、ソウルではここに泊まると決めています。これでウォシュレット便座だったら完璧です。是非ウォシュレットを導入してもらいたいです。

部屋は広く、冷蔵庫が大きくてたすかりました。スタッフさんのご対応が丁寧でした。が、部屋の清掃は、ベッドの枕下に髪の毛があり、トイレにコバエが飛んでました。流し台壁に血液の跡があり、2日間そのままでした。他は綺麗でした。お風呂の排水がトイレに流れ、バスマットが濡れました。工夫が要ります！ミラーの位置とドライヤのコンセントの位置が悪くて使い勝手が悪いです。タオルは毎回替えて頂けて良かったです。ただ、タオルはシャワー内の棚ではなくクローゼット等部屋内に置かれる方が良いかも思います。

Housekeeper was awesome. The place was very spacious and clean. I loved how accommodating they were. Anytime we called front desk for help or for towels/Toilet paper, they came up immediately. Overall, great place and service. FYI - If you’re coming from the Chungmurro train and using gps on your phone, if it takes you up a red brick road, do not keep walking. This path is very slopes and hard to walk up with luggage. There is a much easier way to get to hotel, keep walking on the main road (pass the red brick road) and to your left there will be a police station - take a left there and keep walking and you will see the hotel after a few mins to your left.

I really like the front desk, they were so helpful and professional. I wish I could give this hotel all 5 stars, but bumper to the room condition. It is very old and moldy, it smells so bad in the room and bathroom has lots of mold. I understand Korea is very humid, but please upgrade your room, perharps have air purifier / install better ventilation in the bathroom. I really enjoyed the location (safe, quite, convenience...etc)

We only stayed a night. The beds were clean and sheets were obviously clean. I am a germophobe though so I am used to taking a disinfectant wipe through all touch surfaces and I picked up a lot of dirt on touch surfaces. The bathroom seemed clean though. It is very deteriorated and needs updating. The kitchenette also needs some more detailed cleaning (we did not use it-it was only 1 night) The staff was extensive kind and helpful. The area has many restaurants and is within a 10 minute walk to the Main Street full of shopping and foodie galore. It is a strenuous walk, going up a hill and down and it must be done since there is a very dangerous highway that can’t be outrun. I’m glad it was only 1 night. I would probably compare this hotel to a US days inn? But the staff was AMAZINGLY kind.

The staff was amazing. The room was spacious, the shared kitchen was helpful. There’s a kitchen sink in the room which was nice. There is room for improvement in the washroom area however. The tub placing is such that it’s hard to avoid getting the floor wet when you shower, and there’s black spots on the walls and tub that are questionable.

I recently stayed and overall good experience. The staff were exceptional very polite, helpful, and their English communication skills were excellent, making check-in and requests very easy. The location is a major highlight; the airport bus stops just a two-minute walk away, and the main Myeongdong shopping area is only a 10-minute walk, which was incredibly convenient. The room was reasonably clean. However, the soundproofing wasn't the best; I often heard noise from the corridor, and there was some street noise one night. The bathroom could also use some updates like the bathtub showed signs of wear and age, and the sink was very small, causing water to splash onto the floor when washing my face. Overall, it was a pleasant stay due to the service and location. Despite the minor room issues, I would consider staying here again on my next visit.

The location is a major highlight; the airport bus stops just a two-minute walk away, and the main Myeongdong shopping area is only a 10-minute walk, which was incredibly convenient. The room was reasonably clean. However, the soundproofing wasn't the best; I often heard noise from the corridor, and there was some street noise one night. The bathroom could also use some updates like the bathtub showed signs of wear and age, and the sink was very small, causing water to splash onto the floor when washing my face. Overall, it was a pleasant stay due to the service and location. Despite the minor room issues, I would consider staying here again on my next visit.

Great things are: The front desk staff is very nice and speak English. The front desk arranged a taxi and shuttle when we needed it. Our deluxe suite 2 bedroom was very quiet, equipped with kitchen and washer/dryer. The TV was pretty good and surprisingly the Netflix worked. The housekeeper cleaned the room daily. 4 free bottles of water daily. The hotel is very close to Chungmuro subway station so one can travel from there. Close by, there is a GS25 and Emart. Walking distance to the Namsan cable car and Myungdong district. Seoul station and Lotte Mart are not far by subway. Minor quibbles: the washer/dryer took 5 hours to wash/dry the clothes. Due to use of air conditioner and washer/dryer, the circuit breaker would go off, and then the front desk staff showed us how to switch it back on, and we had to flip the switch several times. But it always switched back on. There is no restaurant or buffet in this hotel, which is not what their website says. But this wasn’t a big deal for us.

Housekeeper was awesome. The place was very spacious and clean. I loved how accommodating they were. Anytime we called front desk for help or for towels/Toilet paper, they came up immediately. Overall, great place and service. FYI - If you’re coming from the Chungmurro train and using gps on your phone, if it takes you up a red brick road, do not keep walking. This path is very slopes and hard to walk up with luggage. There is a much easier way to get to hotel, keep walking on the main road (pass the red brick road) and to your left there will be a police station - take a left there and keep walking and you will see the hotel after a few mins to your left.

Loved this property. Added an additional night to our stay and the staff were able to make sure we stayed in the same room. In addition they were kind enough to help us set up transportation from the airport to the hotel. This made our arrival so much easier and pleasant. Great location to get around the city. Did have trouble finding reasonably priced meal options in the area, but that’s not on the hotel at all.

the Hotel is on a Hill, so keep that in mind with your luggage :D But it was a very pleasant stay!! It is located near Namsan Tower and is also very near to Myeongdong Shopping District, the overall vibe is very nice (especially in Autumn with the leaves changing their colors) - I was lucky to get a room with a little cooking niche! So I was able to cook something for myself! The nearest Subway Stations were Myeongdong Station and Chungmuro Station. Myeongdong Station was like a 5-7 Minute walk (depending on the streetlights) and Chungmuro Station was 3-5 Minutes away :)) There’s a cute little café right around the corner from the hotel and the next nearest convenience store was 2-3 Minutes away! I really enjoyed the stay at this Hotel and the staff was always very nice and super helpful whenever I had questions! (They also helped me with ordering food for delivery, since I didn’t had a korean phone number - I had an eSim) I will come back for sure! :))

Due to my flight schedule changes, I was force to stay one extra night without prearrangement, I went down to front desk and Mr. Dani Park, the sales manager, was so very helpful; he completely help me out with his professional and friendly service, big gratitude to him. Hotel location was very close to subway station Line 3 and 4, only about 4 minutes walk.(if you take airport railway to Seoul station, transfer to Line 4 and get off on Chungmuro station, which is the 3rd station from Seoul station.,) Also you can walk to Myeongdong, it's about 10 to 15 minutes walk. The room is clean and spacious, cleaning lady clean the room every day with a friendly smile. I will stay here again on my next visit.

This hotel was walking distance to train station, airport limo stop, myeong dong area. Cleaning staff were very nice, didn't really have much to do with front staff as we took the exit on level 1 past the restaurant which avoided the front hill. Room was well sized and had a full size fridge and washing machine which was useful since I stayed a week. As the room didn't have aircon, we had the fan running whenever in the room. Communal kitchen was good with water filter and bins to separate the rubbish as opposed to having it in the room.

We stayed for two weeks in a family room at Oriens Hotel & Residence in June and had an overall pleasant experience. We traveled as a family with a small child, so the spacious room with a kitchen was very convenient. The staff was really kind and helpful. We received a 500ml water bottle per person daily, clean large towels, and regular trash removal. The bathroom had strong water pressure and hot water, and the room had a washer-dryer combo (clothes weren’t fully dry but dried quickly on the provided drying rack). The kitchen was equipped with cookware, utensils, a sponge, dish soap, and a large fridge with freezer. Although the air conditioner looked old, it cooled the room fast (a bit too much for overnight use), and there were also two fans. The beds were comfortable. The hotel has smoking areas at both entrances. However, the bathroom clearly needs renovation—the cabinet was water-damaged and dirty. The kitchen cupboards could’ve been cleaner, and one bed’s headboard had a large stain. Despite mosquito nets, some mosquitoes still got in, which was uncomfortable at night. The hotel is easiest to access from Chungmuro Station or via airport limousine bus (G3 Hotel/Namsan Hanok Village stop). Despite minor flaws, we recommend this hotel for families looking for a central and well-equipped place to stay in Seoul.

I really enjoyed the stay at this Hotel and the staff was always very nice and super helpful whenever I had questions! (They also helped me with ordering food for delivery, since I didn’t had a korean phone number - I had an eSim) I will come back for sure! :))
the Hotel is on a Hill, so keep that in mind with your luggage :D But it was a very pleasant stay!! It is located near Namsan Tower and is also very near to Myeongdong Shopping District, the overall vibe is very nice (especially in Autumn with the leaves changing their colors) - I was lucky to get a room with a little cooking niche! So I was able to cook something for myself! The nearest Subway Stations were Myeongdong Station and Chungmuro Station. Myeongdong Station was like a 5-7 Minute walk (depending on the streetlights) and Chungmuro Station was 3-5 Minutes away :)) There’s a cute little café right around the corner from the hotel and the next nearest convenience store was 2-3 Minutes away! good location. close to subway and bus stations. There are short cuts to the main streets but i needed to figure them out by ourselves. Generally it is good for first time traveler.

Very clean hotel, very strong AC in the rooms, nice washer dryer combo which was great. Large bathroom, living room and kitchen area with kitchenware, pots etc. Large fridge/freezer. Extremely friendly staff throughout. Nice tucked away but not too far from the busy markets so it’s not crazy. Will definitely come back to this hotel.
